         I do three kinds of exercise: yoga, lifting and cycling. Made myself a schedule where I do one of them each day for an hour. Today was yoga day. That's my favorite to be honest. 
I made some starter gains, but the biggest benefit is that I generally feel so much better. More energy and all that. 
Next thing I should fix about myself is the diet. I still eat a lot of crap. If just exercise feels this good, I bet having a good diet too would do wonders.
