It's morning in the port town of New Hoofen.
The first rays of sun break the waves as the townsponies slowly go about their businesses, though there are rumors in the air.
"Did you hear somepony got arrested yesterday?"
"I heard some out-of-towners attacked a pony!"
None of the party hear this though, as they wake up in their respective dwellings.
The inn is rather empty, but not cold. It seems the fire has just died out of the bar's firepit.
In the prison pit it's rather cold and wet. The guard rattles the bars above.
"We're lowering your breakfast there, and no funny business! The captain will come see you in a minute!"

In a smelly gutter with a bottle of really cheap booze in your hand. It seems you're hung over.
"Ya go straight to the city hall, and then west. It's near the city wall."
