Yeah you'd rather NOT get electrocuted, or fuck something up.

>Is there any way to open the doors?

You turn around to check with the nearest room.

File: 1342164009128.gif (18.84 KB, 600x400, 317.gif)

Well you don't see any doorknobs, so maybe can just…push it op-

>input command

Stealthily press the pony doll up against it.

Try touching the door with 4 dots.

We started out in room 4, didn't we?

Oh man. I haven't posted in a while.

File: 1342317933145.png (6.02 KB, 600x400, 318.png)

>Stealthily press the pony doll up against it

You cover your hands before taking out your PONY DOLL.

File: 1342318032341.gif (10.59 KB, 600x400, 319.gif)

You press it against the door.

Nothing. Guess that wasn't it.

File: 1342318384370.png (6.16 KB, 600x400, 320.png)

>Try touching the door with 4 dots. We started out in room 4, didn't we?

That's right, you DID come out of room 4. Maybe…

You walk over to the room with 4 dots.

File: 1342318419682.gif (19.98 KB, 600x400, 321.gif)

You reach out and touch the door.

>input command

Tell the others what we're doing first. Just in case.

Also what was up with that packet and key? The packet looked like it had a lock or something on it. Maybe we should try to open it and see whats inside.

File: 1342500558701.png (11.11 KB, 600x400, 322.png)

>what was up with that packet and key? The packet looked like it had a lock or something on it

Nope. Just a little clock symbol like the last one.

File: 1342500695686.png (6.61 KB, 600x400, 323.png)

>Tell the others what we're doing first. Just in case.

You tell the others you're going in.

"Woah woah wait, what?"

File: 1342501000210.png (22 KB, 600x400, 324.png)

The others gather around you. Noir asks you how you managed to open the door. The others nod, saying they keep getting some sort of access error.

You explain to them about the whole "what room you came out of thing."

File: 1342501333114.png (16.86 KB, 600x400, 325.png)

After a collective "Oohhh…" the others begin chatting about what rooms they came out of.

Jason says he came from room 1, Ashley claims she came out of room 5 and Noir says he was from room 3. Steve lets out an awkward laugh and mentions he forgot which room he came from, and is quickly reminded by Ashley that it was room 6.

>input command

Well go check out the room already.

Hold on. Is it just me, or is the screwed up room the same number as the room that Evan came out of?

you're correct

File: 1342621044825.gif (7.94 KB, 600x400, 326.gif)

>Well go check out the room already.
You confirm your entry.

The door opens

File: 1342621097590.png (9.87 KB, 600x400, 327.png)

It's kind of dark in here.

>input command

>turn on the projector if it's not on already, look at what those disks in the corner are labeled.

Hey, maybe we'll find a demo video for Dinofag's Pony Crossing in there!

File: 1342754788343.png (12.1 KB, 600x400, 328.png)

>turn on the projector if it's not on already

It's on.

File: 1342757012870.png (9.47 KB, 600x400, 329.png)

>look at what those disks in the corner are labeled.

You go check out the BOXES

They're not all disks. The one in the corner by itself seems to have a few magazines and what appear to be VHS tapes. There's a piece of paper taped to the front of it.

File: 1342757170425.png (10.73 KB, 600x400, 330.png)

The others seem to contain a wide variety of paraphernalia. Rolled up posters, some movie props, clothing…it's too dark to make out what they are about though.

Several years are scribbled on paper taped to the boxes

>input command

>too dark
Use the light from the projector.

Flip through a couple magazines, check a couple posters. Try to get a general feel for what's in them, see if there's a theme.

Also what's the deal with the thing with the skull on top if it? Take that.

Whats that on the chair? Check it out.

File: 1342932450215.png (7.02 KB, 600x400, 331.png)

>Use the light from the projector.
That's a good idea. You take out one of the magazines from the box and carry it over to the screen.

File: 1342932531570.png (13.25 KB, 600x400, 332.png)

>Flip through a couple magazines
Huh. It looks like this is the Player's Guide for Earthbound. The one that came with the game.

File: 1342932632768.png (14.54 KB, 600x400, 333.png)

Yup, it's the exact book.

That was a good game, Earthbound. You think you played it before when you were a bit younger on the SNES.

File: 1342932744315.png (12.23 KB, 600x400, 334.png)

The other magazines in the box are old gaming journals and miscellaneous game guides.

Strange…you think you've read all of them before.

File: 1342932828128.png (8.54 KB, 600x400, 335.png)

>check a couple posters
You head over and pick out a poster from the 2012 box.

You suddenly don't feel like looking through the rest of the other posters.

File: 1342933151370.gif (43.7 KB, 600x400, 337.gif)

>what's the deal with the thing with the skull on top if it? Take that.

Seems to be some sort of CANE. The GOAT(?) SKULL at the top is a bit shakey, rattling when you pick it up.

You'd totally take it because it seems cool but your inventory's full, so you just put it back in the box.

File: 1342933241718.png (8.15 KB, 600x400, 338.png)

>Whats that on the chair? Check it out.
Feels like a…keychain?

You can't really tell what it is in the dark, so you pick it up and bring it to the screen.

File: 1342933292133.png (6 KB, 600x400, 339.png)

Oh. Looks like a USB drive.

There's something strange engraved on it though.

>input command

See if the top can come off of the cane.

Let's see if you can just…ah hah!

File: 1343047772299.png (6.32 KB, 600x400, 341.png)

You take it to the projector to inspect it further.

Looks like another novelty USB drive thing. There's something written on the underside of it.
>input command

>roman numerals
Okay so anything with a 4 around?

File: 1343125245395.png (8.26 KB, 600x400, 342.png)

Not from a glance.

Oh. Didn't see that there.
>input command

File: 1343300397995.gif (11.18 KB, 600x400, 344.gif)

>USB drive 4 into slot 4.
You stick the GOAT(?) SKULL USB into the last slot.

Something clicks.

File: 1343300532851.gif (9.6 KB, 600x400, 345.gif)

The screen flickers.

"Sixty-four?" What does that even mean?
>input command

The other USB could be in the room
Search carefully everywhere for them

That shape looks awful familiar.

Try fitting the USB from >>48943 into the other slots. Otherwise we're gonna need to look around for more, and probably check the other guys' rooms.

File: 1343388441143.png (8.95 KB, 600x400, 346.png)

>Search carefully everywhere for them
You spend some time making a mess of the room, looking for the other USBs.

File: 1343388682666.png (10.34 KB, 600x400, 347.png)

You manage to find…this in the piles of stuff.

Maybe you should look a bit harder.

File: 1343388783333.gif (7.99 KB, 600x400, 348.gif)

>Try fitting the USB from >>48943 into the other slots
Oh right, the one on the chair. You stick it into one of the slots.

File: 1343388855339.gif (13.09 KB, 600x400, 349.gif)

The screen flickers again.

"the last sixty-four?"

Not much of an improvemen-

File: 1343389098133.gif (3.47 KB, 600x400, 350.gif)

Oh crap, you completely forgot about this thing. Goddamn it, have you seriously taken that long?

>input command

Well stick the Rainbow USB thing in one of the projector slots. And be quick about it.

Man we really need some more time.

Check the card on the stool.

File: 1343569579228.gif (8.28 KB, 600x400, 351.gif)

>Well stick the Rainbow USB thing in one of the projector slots
You jam the stupid thing into the projector.

File: 1343569665821.gif (14.81 KB, 600x400, 352.gif)

The screen blanks out again.

"the last digit of sixty-four?"

Well that makes a lot more sense now…but what are you going to do with that question?

File: 1343569794141.png (7.07 KB, 600x400, 353.png)

>Check the card on the stool.
Card? If you meant the USB that's already been plugged into the projector.

Your thoughts go back to your watch. Maybe…

>input command

File: 1343645503491.gif (57.05 KB, 600x400, 356.gif)

Okay…you should be good for now…you think.

Your vision's fucking up again, what the hell is even in these things?

>input command

File: 1343703099457.png (29.04 KB, 600x400, 46278343.png)

Oh what the fuck

Look for a place on the projector where we can insert the VHS tapes.

Alright, focus yourself. We need to find the fourth USB thing.

File: 1343995638667.gif (99.87 KB, 600x400, 357.gif)

>Look for a place on the projector where we can insert the VHS tapes.
V…H…S…? Well if there's tapes there should be a place to put them…right?

File: 1343995692864.gif (31.69 KB, 600x400, 358.gif)

Oh. Well there it is. Right there. On the other side.

You wonder why you never saw them

File: 1343995779912.gif (146.82 KB, 600x400, 359.gif)

>Alright, focus yourself. We need to find the fourth USB thing.
You would if you had any idea where to look.

Man this is such a hassle. Your head's pounding. Do you even want to find this last one?

>input command

Look through the tapes for any ones that look interesting. Maybe one of USB things is hidden there.

File: 1344179860688.gif (7.9 KB, 600x400, 360.gif)

>Look through the tapes for any ones that look interesting. Maybe one of USB things is hidden there.
You randomly grab one of the tapes and bring it up to the light for better viewing.

The cover's a bit worn out but you think it's one of those "The Land Before Time" movies. The ones that got milked dry with like 15 sequels. This seems to be the very first one though, and you remember watching this too.

Anyways you should probably open it. There's a chance the last USB could be in one of these boxes.

File: 1344179895701.png (8.59 KB, 600x400, 361.png)

Well now.

>input command

That's a peculiar shape. What is it? A 1?

Anyway, plug that shit in.

File: 1344350001973.gif (8.23 KB, 600x400, 362.gif)

>plug that shit in.
Alright, in it goes.

File: 1344350261223.gif (16.93 KB, 600x400, 363.gif)

The screen flickers again.

"the last digit of What is sixty-four?"

>input command

Put the USB currently in slot I in slot II, the one currently in slot II in slot III, and the one currently in slot III in slot I.

File: 1344434744872.gif (9.15 KB, 600x400, 364.gif)

>Put the USB currently in slot I in slot II, the one currently in slot II in slot III, and the one currently in slot III in slot I.

You quickly shuffle the USBs around.

File: 1344434817241.gif (18.23 KB, 600x400, 365.gif)

Aha! Finally this thing makes sense!

"What is the last digit of sixty-four?"

…funny, you were expecting something more to happen.
>input command

Check if theres anything behind the projection screen. The rolly flappy paper thing.

File: 1344606195475.gif (18.54 KB, 600x400, 366.gif)

>Check if theres anything behind the projection screen
You approach the screen and yank the string.

Looks like there's nothing here. Hmm…what was all this for then?

File: 1344606366139.gif (6.2 KB, 600x400, 367.gif)

You suddenly hear some knocks behind you, and a muffled voice.

"Dave? Are you done in there? There's only about nine minutes left. We've all done our rooms so it would be great if you could hurry up!"

>input command

Well, we kinda HAVE been fucking around a lot.

So the number 4 seems to be a recurring theme in this room.
But how are we even supposed to "complete" this room, anyway? Is there something we have to input an answer in?
Look for something like that.

Alternatively just say the word "four" out loud.

I think we are done here. Let's go tell them what we found and ask what they found.

File: 1344737902992.png (6.91 KB, 600x400, 368.png)

>I think we are done here. Let's go tell them what we found and ask what they found.

Hmm, but it still feels like you haven't finished something. You head towards the exit you came out of.

Hey, you don't remember closing the door…

File: 1344738048077.png (6.76 KB, 600x400, 369.png)

You approach it for a closer look.

>input command

Another screen?

Tap 2012.

File: 1344854919921.gif (11.57 KB, 600x400, 370.gif)

>input command

Wait a minute, this is a trick. Where's the 2013 option?

File: 1344980241930.png (8.4 KB, 600x400, 371.png)

>Wait a minute, this is a trick. Where's the 2013 option?
That's an interesting question. Where IS the 2013 option? You wonder if you forgot something…but you can't spend much time just searching the place again.

>input command

Try to scroll down?

File: 1345260849712.gif (9.31 KB, 600x400, 372.gif)

>Try to scroll down?

It doesn't appear to be working.

File: 1345260946707.gif (35.71 KB, 600x400, 373.gif)

Well, let's give it a shot, 2013 or not…

>input command

Exit the room.

>our room isn't checked off
Well dicks.

[I like the subtle chan reference back there, not sure if it's a solution to this puzzle or part of the ongoing conspiracy. In any case; ]

>Raise your fist to the sky and curse 4chan. Obviously this is all their fault.

File: 1345909804070.gif (11.84 KB, 600x400, 374.gif)

>Exit the room.
You head back into the previous room.

Oh? It looks like some of the others are just lounging around.

File: 1345909974361.png (13.32 KB, 600x400, 375.png)

Immediately Ashley comes up to you, demanding to know what took you so long.

Did you really take that much time?
>input command

Tell her there was a lot of stuff and what she and the others found.

File: 1345996783471.png (18.65 KB, 600x400, 376.png)

>Tell her there was a lot of stuff and what she and the others found.

You explain you had to look through a lot of crap to get what you needed. She says it doesn't matter and to just go put in the answer already before you get them all killed.

Answer? You ask what she was talking about. Jason butts in tells you they've entered their answers into this screen thing here. He says you tap your number and follow the prompts.

You decide to do it before Ashley throws you into the damn screen.

File: 1345996809001.gif (50.73 KB, 600x400, 377.gif)

>input command

Well, I see no "four" option.
Ask the others if they had a similar problem. Maybe the answer has to be given using the symbols in some way.

File: 1346421044237.png (13.21 KB, 600x400, 378.png)

>Ask the others if they had a similar problem.
Ashley gives you a condescending stare and asks are you sure you know the right answer to your question. She says her answer was plain as day, anyone who's ever visited tumblr would know it.

Noir interjects and says his one wasn't there, but he found a clue in the room that gave him the correct format his answer should've been in.

>input command

Ask Noir about the nature of the clue. Maybe it'll help us think of something we missed.

Either way I feel like we're probably gonna need to take a look in our room again, looks like we did miss something…

Apparently the other answers had something to do with specific websites, so I'm pretty sure our answer will have something to do with 4Chan. There was that clover in our room as a clue.

File: 1347029838319.png (12.81 KB, 600x400, 379.png)

>Ask Noir about the nature of the clue.
Noir says it's kind of hard to explain. Ashley interrupts and asks what the hell was your question anyways. You tell them.

Noir nods, saying that seems about right, the others have all had numerical answers too. He says his one was a switch of bases, having to answer it in hexadecimal. You ask how he knew that. He says one of the puzzle pieces in his room was in hexadecimal as well.

>input command

I'm guessing it's roman numerals.
64 would be LXIV. The last digit would be "V", so I'm guessing the answer is 5?

File: 1347115084605.gif (13.62 KB, 600x400, 380.gif)

>I'm guessing the answer is 5?

Well let's see if that works. You press 5 on the screen.

File: 1347115466289.png (11.16 KB, 600x400, 381.png)

Guess that didn't work.

Noir points out that there's only one try left before the timer gets cut by 10 minutes, Steve already did it once, thinking he could just randomly guess the answer. But…isn't there only like 8 minutes left? Oh god, you really have to do this right.

Think damn it. You think you were onto something with the Roman Numerals, drawing back to the room with the GOAT HEAD and the numbered SLOTS. Maybe there was something else on those USBs, something you missed?

>input command

Go back and examine each of the USBs.

Rolled 6, 8 = 14

File: 1347679075576.png (8.88 KB, 600x400, 382.png)

>Go back and examine each of the USBs.

You go back in the room and pop out the four USBs for closer inspection

File: 1347679168292.png (6.18 KB, 600x400, 383.png)

There isn't anything interesting on the first one apart from its shape and dark grey color.

File: 1347679583873.png (5.99 KB, 600x400, 384.png)

The second one has something strange engraved into it.

Other than that, it looks like a cheap USB you get from office shops.

File: 1347681687234.png (7.53 KB, 600x400, 385.png)

The third USB is Rainbow Dash's cutie mark with a USB outlet.

There isn't anything else besides that on either sides of the thing.

File: 1347682180085.png (6.88 KB, 600x400, 386.png)

The fourth one is the GOAT-okay fine yeah it's DISCORD'S SKULL. The two horns made it glaringly obvious, you just chose to ignore them to hide the fact you were being swamped with Brony paraphernalia.

Apart from the IV you saw before, there isn't anything that could really count as a clue on this thing.

>input command

Okay, each USB in some way represent the order in which they have to be plugged onto the projector. The first one is a number 1, the second one has a number 2 in binary, the fourth one has a "IV", and I'm not sure where you get a 3 from RD's cutiemark.
But, Noir mentioned one of his clues was in hexadecimal, which led to his answer. One of our clues is in binary, so that's one possibility. 64 in binary is 1000000, making the last digit 0.
However, this is our last try at an answer, so I'm not really sure if we should go with it.

How do you get 2 from 0b10?

The "0b" is notation showing that the number is in binary.
Like how hex numbers are written like "0xF3", for example.
Or at least that's what I'm assuming.

You now more about this than I do. Go for it.

File: 1348637425444.gif (44.25 KB, 600x400, 387.gif)

>Go for it.
Here goes nothing…

File: 1348637725156.gif (53.06 KB, 600x400, 388.gif)

The wall in front of you suddenly disappears, revealing…an ELEVATOR?

Well at least you got the right answer, so you don't have to worry about dying…for now.

>input command

Huh? Why is everyone suddenly screaming?

I…is it Ashley? That doesn't sound like her at all, almost a deep manly growl instead of her normal voice. She looks frantic, eyes bulging out and…a huge cut in her neck. Holy shit what the hell happened?

You quiver and ask h-

She suddenly pulls you closer, screaming in your face…w-what the hell does she want?

>Tell her to let go
>Give her the sword
You try to tell her to let go but all you manage to squeak out was a lowly "leggo." She continues staring at you, eyes still wide as a plate.

You give up and hand her the sword, your hand shaking

((haha holy crap i didn't know there were people still looking after this, thought it'd fall off the board after all the inactivity.

sorry about the hiatus, what happened was well…life.))

She snatches it out of your hand, and you can hear her rush at something.

What the hell's happeni…ng?

((thanks for keeping it alive by the way.

…and it appears i'm banned from 4chan. if you guys are interested help put a notice in the general for me))

Help the other person get away from the fleshy wall.

>Help the other person get away from the fleshy wall.
Without thinking much about it, you step closer to the fleshy wall. It's got Noir! With some kind of…tentacle?

You move to help him ou-

Looks like Ashley got to him first. Making a clean slice through the tendril. But-

She's hit! Oh man oh man…where the hell are the other guys?
>input command.

Make sure she is alright and take the sword back from her. If she won't give the sword back take our knife out and help her attack the creature by stabbing its eye.

>Make sure she is alright and take the sword back from her.

She's out cold! But she LOOKS alright. You can't see any fractured bones or limbs bending the wrong way.

There isn't enough time to check her pulse. You grab the sword…

…and plunge it into the wall's eye!

File: 1354064117956.gif (66 KB, 600x400, 400.gif)

The wall continues to flail about, but it looks like you hit a weak point. It's not dead yet…

The shrieking is tearing away at your eardrums. you have to find some way to finish the thing before you go deaf.
>input command

Push the sword in to the hilt then pull down on it.

>Push the sword in to the hilt then pull down on it.

Despite the screaming you manage to push the entire length of the sword into its eye. Strange, there was very little resistance, as if the sword had pierced through the creature.

No time to question it though. You grip your hands firmly on the hilt and…

You stumble back, ears ringing. That last screech sent you flying back…and it looks like it fixed your eyesight.

The wall seems to have stopped moving. Its limbs are just dangling about now.

You hear a beep. And chatter from inside one of the rooms.
>input command

Now that the bad trip is over, take a deep breath, look around and check up on the others.
Especially Ashley. She didn't look too good.

>Strange, there was very little resistance, as if the sword had pierced through the creature.
See if you can cut the thing away from the wall entirely and look behind it, after looking for the others.
