Guess that didn't work.

Noir points out that there's only one try left before the timer gets cut by 10 minutes, Steve already did it once, thinking he could just randomly guess the answer. But…isn't there only like 8 minutes left? Oh god, you really have to do this right.

Think damn it. You think you were onto something with the Roman Numerals, drawing back to the room with the GOAT HEAD and the numbered SLOTS. Maybe there was something else on those USBs, something you missed?

Apart from the IV you saw before, there isn't anything that could really count as a clue on this thing.

Okay, each USB in some way represent the order in which they have to be plugged onto the projector. The first one is a number 1, the second one has a number 2 in binary, the fourth one has a "IV", and I'm not sure where you get a 3 from RD's cutiemark.
But, Noir mentioned one of his clues was in hexadecimal, which led to his answer. One of our clues is in binary, so that's one possibility. 64 in binary is 1000000, making the last digit 0.
However, this is our last try at an answer, so I'm not really sure if we should go with it.

The "0b" is notation showing that the number is in binary.
Like how hex numbers are written like "0xF3", for example.
Or at least that's what I'm assuming.
