One day in the town of Pegavillage, a city half on the land and half in the clouds. A dark cloud rolled in over the horizon. The thunder rolled, and rain started to pour from its dark billows; the pegasi of Pegavillage looked very confused, because they were not the ones bringing this weather in. They sent a team to investigate the thundering cloud, and that team cam back with horrible news. On top of the storm cloud there were the bat ponies from the legends of nightmare moon. The bat ponies were stubborn, insisting that they had a right to park their cloud here. They simply wouldn't agree to move their thunder cloud away from Pegavillage, so the mayor made a call for some out of town adventures to come assist them.

Pegavillage is an interesting place, they have some buildings on the ground, stylized like the pagodas of the far eastern land, the main body of the buildings are made of white stones, and the sloping roofs are sky blue tiles. There is a small stair way made of clouds leading to the magnificent Skyward portion. The buildings are all made of clouds there, they have a castle like quality to them, most of the buildings having a spiral tower for their chimney, and the larger buildings having a full balcony.

You see a pair of pegasi looking around for someone to assist them.
As you enter the land portion of Pegavillage, you notice its much more.. wet than usual.. The Storm cloud looming over head making the cheerful buildings look dark and grey, the bright blue of the tiles is starting to wash out into a clay orange-red color, the light drizzle from the cloud falling gently into the already rather large puddles. You see a pair of pegasi looking around for someone to assist them.
The rain storm picks up the further you go into town, you are getting soaking wet when you see: a unicorn white bodied, blue maned, and with purple eyes, covered in a blue rain coat and shielding herself from the rain with her telekinesis. She comes over to the party and shields them as well. "Oh, The adventurers?! I'm so glad you've arrived. My name is Anya, I'm here to help you get to the bat pony colony safely. Please come with me." She walks with you for a step. "Any questions you should ask now." she says over the sound of thunder and cackling in the distance.

There is also a crude map of this storm cloud city attached, along with patrol times and and a progress report saying they are 70% complete with the city. It then has a highly religious rant about how the places they are covering belong the Night Mare Moon..

Its quite nice on the inside, the puff clouds make a very nice wall, the occasional static electricity surging through it gives most of you the creeps but it doesn't seem like it will hurt you. The corridor is mostly empty and you see the rectangular room on the map. It looks like a dining hall, but no one is in there right now.

She can hear some commotion ahead, it sounds like someone else has infiltrated the Stormy castle, but much more clumsily than herself.

The other, is wearing a more decorative uniform, plated with gold and rare blue gem stones as its inserts his helmet has a painting of the moon and sky on it. The Regal bat ponies decent gently. One of the guard ponies declares. "Your lady Chiranne, and Master Chiro head of the western guard, have arrived." then he and the four others stand to the side of the throne eyeing the ponies infront of them. The lady sits down on the throne, her royal blue cape and tiara making her really look like a queen.
The one with the highly decorated armor steps forward as a reads from a scroll. "We are here to see to the quality of the storm castle. What kind of progress have you made, and why are the local ponies still here?"

There are a good amount of exits that require flying to use, the whole roof is in fact open, other than that there are just the one door to this room, and the four gates to the castle. Of course its just clouds so you can go through it if you really want to, but watch out for lightning.

Chiro says to you. "Speak of this to no one, I do not wish to pursue her, or to keep her locked up. I refuse to lock her away and force feed her the new teachings. That is not the right way. I might have done so in the past, but no longer. That behavior would not please Luna."
