A few days have passed since Sophie made friends with Muffles.

It's the weekend, and what do good little children do when they're free from school on the weekend? That's right, stay home and play video games. This newfangled Ninteendo XD has been pretty popular with children for a while now, but their popularity has really exploded with the release of the recent Pokeyman Green and Purple versions. Kids play one or the other versions, and can come into contact with anyone around the world to play with them! Technology! Sophie and Sam are no different, and while Sam is in his room, Sophie is on the couch, busy pressing buttons on her small thingy while you all do whatever it is toys do near her.

Who wants to go out on a sunny morning, anyway?

Oh boy, look at the time. Looks like the Sub is about to show today's MLTA! But…

You hit the Darby upwards and fly towards it. With a quick slash of your sword, you pry open the flaps on the Darby's plastic shell loose. You reach inside, then, with a quick few cuts, pull the battery pack insecure and loose, ripping it out of the laughing Darby before it can scream. Before it even lands, you kick the plastic flaps back, and it falls limp, with seemingly no damage on the outside, though its power pack is no longer within, but in your talon, pulsing with a blueish-white glow.

>>396526
You manage to pin another Darby, one who has been keeping silent, to a wall with an arrow, turning its snide grin into a look of fear as the nanites start going through its her and into its body.

Just nice.

Even as Eston is thrown a bit off balance, you cut open the battery port, and pull out the glowing blue tube. The darby ceases movement, and all is still.

Three Stripe is the first to speak.

"Our comrade is injured. Can any of you help? Do we know anyone who can help?"

Meanwhile, the spoils of the battle are in the area as Three Stripe replaces Sam's toys, hiding damage.

The Darby has left behind an odd black suit and a curved sword, while the party has five power packs. Three from Sophie's Darbies, one from the one here, and one pulled from Sam's toys.

>>406400
You don't know how to do that, do you? Besides, Ranger's battery isn't damaged, his connections to it are.

>>406399
Your nanites set to work healing his injuries, but it looks like a power cable can't be repaired. He might need a replacement.

Eston [Buffalo Shaman] 406407

>>406406
"She vanished shortly after her defeat. Such a lack of manners. No respect from the defeated."

BDN 406408

>>406406
You would probably damage parts if you tried to disassemble the Darby yourself? Maybe a toy with knowledge of healing could do it?

Three Stripe seems distracted by something, as he hops to the window and looks out down.

Gerald [troubador griffon] 406409

>>406408
"What about that young knight that helped us find sophie when we were long?"

Switch [Pilgrim] 406410

Eston [Buffalo Shaman] 406412

>>406409
"Ah, the Tabrony fellow! I should have his contact information, if you'd desire it. I did promise to help him improve his lot in life, and Eston does not walk away from such a promise!"

Gerald [troubador griffon] 406413

>>406410
"Switch, you think that black thing will fit you?" I point to the black outfit on the ground "It seems special."

I pick up the curved sword and examine it. '1d10'

Meanwhile, Three Stripe is heard yelling from otuside the window to.. something.

"Identify yourself and your purpose of visit!"

>"Come… explore! Learn.. roads!"

>>406415
>10
From its make, you perfectly identify it as a light refraction 'stealth' suit. Simply by wearing it, one can turn themselves invisible after a short charge time, but this however would mean one cannot turn invisible immediately in an emergency unless they themselves also possess light refraction stealth units to interface with the suit.

Gives the ability Stealth. If Stealth is already known, then it grants Vanish.

Ranger [Omnisser] 406418

>>406417
I stand up and hobble my way over to the window and look out.

Gerald [troubador griffon] 406419

>>406417
Hold onto the sword for now, seems like the others don't really know how to use one anyway.
Fly up to the window "A visitor?"

Eston [Buffalo Shaman] 406421

As you all look out of the window, it appears to be… a small vehicle of some sort, fitted for toys. Like a ship, except it has wheels.

"Me come explore, learn road! follow map and-"

The thing's voice is cut off as a familliar vocie cuts in.

"Oh, hey, it's you guys, remember me?"

Looks like it's the Tabrony seems to be controlling the thing, or looking over it remotely.

Eston [Buffalo Shaman] 406429

>>406428
"It seems that one of our friends has suffered a degree of damage that we are not capable of repairing ourselves. We've secured the necessary replacements, but we'd like to request your assistance in the installation thereof."

Ranger [Omnisser] 406430

Gerald [troubador griffon] 406431

The door to the vehicle opens up. Inside are seats comfortable for all of you.

Three Stripe goes back in.

"Go to your ally. I will stay back and defend form more incursions."
