In the land nicknamed Hopeless a new land mark has sprung up, a strange, large stone castle, but the stones.. they seem to be made of crystals and shine like a sunset. The land was called Hopeless for obvious reasons, there wasn't much here. The crops grew poorly, the citizens were poor, and the towns so pitiful not even a mountain troll would bother with them. Naturally this shining castle was a beacon of sorts for them, something they would be able to talk about, and substantially gain from. A few lucky ponies arrived at the site first. (that's you)

You all are standing a few yards away from the impressive structure and can see each other plainly.

324903

>>324900
I inspect the stones. Are they really made of crystal?

Roll #0 5 = 5

324905

>>324900
admire the castle
"Beautiful! …such a wondrous sight especially up close."

now take a look at the other ponies that are here, and try to ascertain if they're friendly or not '1d10'

Roll #1 3 = 3

324907

mockingly mimic him
"Lookin' at dis beautiful crystal stone wurk! Wha's a Diamond Dog doin' here?"

324912

>>324903
>>324905
The castle is probably the prettiest thing you've ever seen, and certainly the prettiest thing in the land. Its hard to determine if the bricks are really made of Crystal or not, they have a faint glow but it could be sunlight. The towers are regal and sturdy, the gate large enough for 5 ponies wide to walk down, and the path set with glowing stones.

324914

>>324912
smirk… AND THEN QUICKLY BOLT THROUGH THE GATE '1d10'

Roll #1 6 = 6

324915

>>324911
"Noth-HEY!"

>>324914
I try to beat her through the gate.

Roll #0 10 = 10

324921

>>324914
>>324915
In this race to the finish line the Diamond Dog comes out on top, rushing past the gate, and taking only a moment to look around. as the Smug tracker was just behind them.

You stop running and realize you're in a room of delightful craftsmanship. There are elegant seats, a chandelier, and spiral stairs leading to an upper floor. You can see three doors on the ground floor. North, East, and West.

324923

>>324921
I chuckle and look around there room. Can I see anything that is studded with gems or diamonds?

Roll #0 2 = 2

324924

324929

>>324923
everything looks like it was jewels in it, or is made of jewels, there are a few tables that look loaded with treasure, a few jeweled cups and plates and its all yours, you are just drooling thinking about it.
>>324924
You take a look through the western door and are blinded by the light coming from it, the room is quite bright but after a bit of blinking you can make out something that looks like a sundial, with a leaf as the center piece.

324931

>>324929
I start shoveling the stuff on the table into my bag.

324933

>>324929
damn diamond dog. making fun of me
"Hmm… Ey Diamond dog! Wha's in dat otha' door!"

>>324931
"Wh- hey QUIT THAT! You don't know what's here so don't load yourself down like an idiot!"

324937

>>324933
"If we find something all I have to do is run faster than pony. Pony does not give orders to me, I give orders to ponies."
I go look through the north door.

Roll #1 7 = 7

324939

>>324931
holy cow, look at this shiny loot, its all sparkly, and.. One of the cups stays stuck to the table and despite your efforts to pull it off it remains stubborn. This cup is made of crystal, and appears to have a bit of liquid inside of it.

324940

>>324937
"You can't give orders to a dead pony. Numbnuts"

324944

>>324940

The northern room has icicles hanging from the ceiling , and there seems to be snow slowly drifting down.. onto the floor, which is pretty much covered in the white stuff. The room seems safe enough, there are even little gum drops and sweet smelling cookies.

324947

>>324944
I keep from laughing loudly and it sounds like a perfectly normal laugh.

>>324945
"Snow?"
I walk into the room and examine the snow.

This room is some kind of green house, there are vines on the wall, a magical light floating in the middle of the room an assortment of rare plants are growing here in very fancy pots. Its smells enticing to you. The center piece of the room is a sundial with a large leaf as the center piece, this sundial in particular is marked with different flowers, except for the twelve o' clock mark, which is a boar.

324955

>>324947
This snow is rather warm, and sweet smelling. You let a droplet fall on your tongue and confirm that its sugar. However you feel a little odd.. roll for me please.

Roll #1 8 = 8

324962

>>324959
You're able to resist the green room, and rush after the Diamond Dog.
>>324956
You notice that there are some large pony shaped cookies here, and that your paw was starting to change into ginger bread. You shake your head and its normal again, but you now have an idea what this room is for..

324964

>>324962
I shudder.

>>324959
"Pony. Touch nothing. This room is cursed."
I swiftly walk back into the room I was just in.

324966

>>324964
You hear laughter as try to leave the room, and are bounced back by an invisible force field.

324968

with your significant cooking experience you can discern what parts of these treats are safe to eat, you store some cherries, sugar, and doe away for later.
You are so confident in the boat that you jump inside, but just barely miss and cling to edge of the boat.
>>325949
You pull on to the poor pony but your doey hooves betray you and you can't get a proper grip on her. Though you do hold on to her, you slip off the boat and both of you land in the pinkish waves. You now know that the water is pink lemonade. A slight laughter is heard from the distance "I didn't know ponies liked to swim!"
