The first thing you feel is a cold gush moving up the passageway towards you, sucking away the heat you felt earlier in the volcano. The walls start to shake and crack and suddenly burst away from you into the large entity rushing towards you.
What you see resembles a dragon but it is like no other dragon you’ve ever seen. His head and body consists of multiple separate creatures. Floating Eyes, ravenous Mouths, all rotten and decayed but moving in unison to form the dreaded dragon Ner’Ghal. They swirl around a dark mass, swallowing all the rocks it drags towards it and comes for all of you fast.

“NOW, GIRLS!” shouts Twilight. The Elements shine brightly and the ponies rise up into the sky bonding together in a single rainbow firing towards the mass.

Blinding light…

As you open your eyes you see everything seems frozen in place. The Elements, the Elemental Rainbow deathray, the dragon Spike, the miners, Ner’Ghal itself…no, the black mass within him still moves, ever so slowly. And Indy too! He looks down at all of you, as surprised as you are.
In the middle of your group an orb of light appears, slowly growing into the form of a white winged pony.

“I greet you, heroes” the shining pony says.

I blink a few times in surprise
"Wait… who are you!? If you want our help with something, we can't right now because we're about to fight this monster dragon!"

"Excuse you?"

Oh how beautiful, white winged ponies truly are the best are they not?

But… what on earth is going on?
"Excuse me, darling, did ya'll just stop time itself?"

Stare at the white pony with urgency.
"What is going on?"

"Are you here to help us?"

"Fear not. I am here to help you.
I have stopped the flow of time to prevent great disaster.
If you do nothing, not just Ner'Ghal will be destroyed, but the Elements of Harmony as well."

"Let's get to it then!
What is we have to do, swoop down and take the girls out of there?"

"Well, we've been doing everything but nothing, so just tell us what we need to do."

"What do you mean?"

"Oh goodness. What must we to to prevent that then?"

I scrunch.
"That wasn't part of the plan! They can't die! How do we make sure they don't?"

"What do you mean? Isn't this how he got sealed away before, only with a lot more druids?"

"Ner'Ghal was a dragon long ago, but he was tempted and corrupted by the ultimate evil, Tirek. Within Ner'Ghal lays a small piece of that power, if it touches the ultimate good, the Elements of Harmony, they will destroy each other and it might take decades for the Elements to gain physical form again."
She waves a hoof and slowly, as if unwilling, a tendril of the black mass comes forth and lays before you.
"To prevent this, you must go into the mind of the dragon itself and destroy that piece, the Heart of Ner'Ghal. Only you can do this, if you are willing.
If destroyed, the Elements will destroy whatever is left of Ner'Ghals power and the minions floating around him and in the caverns will be destroyed by the Fire Elementals."
She looks at Mabel for a second and then looks at the tendril.
"Touch this and you will be transported into his mind…"

"But… who are you? How do you know this… stuff?"
what does she look like exactly?

"How can we be certain you aren't just an illusion conjured by that power, or by Ner'ghal's?"

"This is new, but nopony can say I'm not open to new things."
Allright, let's do this.
Touch the tendril.

"I'm sorry, but why exactly should we accept this? You come out of nowhere the moment before we are to attack Ner'Ghal himself."

Stop Mabel.
"How do we know this isn't a trick?"

I nod.
"It is a bit strange."

"I am a servant of the Sun, I believe you once saw one like me, in the Underworld."
There are stories of spirits that serve the deities. Messengers and guardians, the opposite of demons.
Your instinct tells you she is aligned with the Sun.

"Your paladin friend would sense it, if I was aligned with evil."

"You may choose to follow my advice or not. We do not interfere regularly directly in the affairs of mortals. "

"Then I suppose, since neither Amber nor Silver are raising the alarm, I'll have to trust you."
Set hoof on the tendril.

Look at you.
"We must all make our destinies, Soil.
If I can help those ponies, I will, whatever the cost."

"Oooooooh. I do remember you! But… why didn't princess Celestia think of this?"
Shake my head.
"Nevermind, let's just get this done!"
Time to enter the rabbit hole!

"We'll just bust out if it's a trick."

"If the others are trusting you, so will I."

"Guess that's our destiny, pals!"
Grin and grab the dark tendil.

"Well… I suppose a leap of faith is in order then."
Join the others.

Grabbing that tendril like it was a thick and juicy sowrd

Everyone grabs the tendril including Indy.
You feel a shock and get pulled in.
You open your eyes in a dark wasteland. A cold wind is blowing hard, like a hurricane. A few dead trees are bent over from the wind.
In the distance you see the eye of the hurricane and some kind of object in it. It doesn't take a genius to figure out you need to go there.

Near you, but not towards the eye of the storm you see a large group of diamond dogs in shackles, working and digging.
They are overseen by an Eye.

You could make your way directly to the eye of the storm or go check out these Doges

Forgot to note something important.
Before you go in, the apparition swings her hoof and you all are healed!

"Indy! Try and use one of your wings to shield us from this wind!"
Shout above the sound of the roaring hurricane.
"Let's go see what those dogs are working at."

"You think maybe those are memories? Perhaps they can help us dislodge that thing in the eye of the storm if we set them loose."

"We must make it quick though."

I want to see what the dogs are digging at because those shackles are a bad indication!

"Ner'Ghal's mind wouldn't have some Diamond Dogs, or anything else not corrupted, without a reason. Let's see if it's something we can use for our advantage."

Indy shields all of you from the hurricane and you go take a look.
The Diamond Dogs are digging in the ground but you don't see anything they're digging up. They're just…digging.
As the overseeing Eye turns to you, the other Dogs look up as well.
They start waving their hands and shouting in a language you can't understand. One of them holds up his shackles and points at it.

"I do wonder… they seem to be reacting to our presence, but this cannot be real, can it? Are they a fleeting memory… or living beings like us, only locked up in this place?"

Kinda wish Snack was here to translate. I'm sure he'd be able to speak Dog, what with his recent studies…
"Looks like they want to be free. Shall we give them a hoof and take out the eye?"

"Look Warren, we are real. They could be too!"
Glare back at the eye!
'1d10+3' intimidate.

Roll #1 9 + 3 = 12

I scrunch.
"We should help them! This isn't just a memory or something!"

"Use your hammer, maybe that will be enough to gain us allies."

"Right! For Cadance!"
Charge at the eye, empower my hammer and smash it!

Roll #1 3 + 3 = 6

Suppose I might as well prep homing magic for support. '1d10'

Roll #1 2 = 2

You and the eye lock eyes.
Maybe it is the murderous intent in your eyes, maybe it sees a glimpse of madness in there, or maybe it is the huge dragon behind you, but it seems to think it's best to run and fight another time.
It quickly floats towards the middle of the storm.

The Diamond Dogs cheer and run towards you, showing their shackles.
One of them picks Light Heart up and gives her a very sloppy lick on the face.

Right. Well. that was oddly easy. Let's see if I can't hat magic the keys to their cuffs. '1d10'

Roll #1 2 = 2

He better run!
Turn to the doges.
"Who are you guys?"

Rude! Wipe my face with a hoof!

The keys!

Oh… guess I'll have to smash him some other time then…

"We should have them hide. I don't know if they're on any condition to fight."

Hopefully the right keys. I'm terribly out of practice with lockpicking.
Release the hounds.

You free the Diamond Dogs!

The Diamond Dog grins sheepishly.

One of them steps towards you and puts a paw on your head.

You see a vision of Silverhaze forest, but hundreds of years ago.
They lived there peacefully in a fort, until one day the dragon came. They were no match and the dragon quickly killed them. As their bodies rose again to serve their master, they were sent here. Trapped for eternity.
Until you came!
He gives you a hug!

Smile at the dogs happily.

"That dick of a dragon!"
Shoot my eyes wide in surprise amidst the hug!
"Time to go stop it then!"

Right. Well.
"I don't suppose you all would be willing to help us kill Ner'Ghal once and for all?"

That's horrible!
"So… these are the dogs who created those mines I guess?"

Hmmm. This reminds me of something familiar…

The dogs smile happily and fade away…
They flow into your weapons and they softly glow.
You all gain +1 global bonus to combat rolls targeting Ner'Ghal or his servants.

Proceed towards the middle?

"…So long dogs."
Ready to move on.

It must have been horrible to be prisoners for so long..

Off to the eye of the Storm!

If nothing else catches our eyes, time to move on.

They finally got the peace they wanted… that's so nice.

No good deed goes unrewarded, I suppose.
Time to put the cap on this adventure.

As you move to the center, the object in the middle slowly becomes larger. But you can't identify it visually yet.
The feint sound of a heartbeat comes from it, even from this far.

But you come across another obstacle, a dark swamp.
In the waters, you see ponies, they are trying to escape but each time they come close a vine from beneath the waters pushes them down again.

Everyone who was in Silverhaze should roll for perception.

Silver looks it over.
"I think if we watch our step we should be able to get through without attracting those plants."

I think I know those ponies…

Roll #1 7 = 7

Perception! Although I can already guess who those ponies are…

Roll #1 3 = 3

I get the unfortunate feeling those might be the townsfolk.

Roll #1 2 = 2

"It must be…"

'1d10+3' Survival

Roll #1 4 + 3 = 7

Nod at the crystal stallion.
"I hope they will be freed anyway after we defeat Ner'Ghal."

You niggas guessed alright, you recognize some of your former enemies from the cult in Silverhaze.
You even see the old Colonel in the middle. Struggling to get up.

I look at them sadly.
"We need to help them!"

"Yeah. We already beat them, they don't need to be kicked like this forever."

"They made their bed, Amber. Do you think they feel any real remorse for bringing this about?"

If I wasn't so dumb I'd say this is the corrupting magic chaining them there and that freeing them could help us give their spirits peace.
If I wasn't so dumb, I'd also enter an argument with myself over whatever they deserve peace, because corruption ran deep within their souls.
And then I could ask myself whatever they had evil intentions on their own or it was just a seed of temptation which sprung strong through ancient and evil magic.
But I don't care for any of that.
"Indy, think you can lift them without getting caught?"

Are there any vines I can tie to my arrows? I can shoot it out to them without getting to close to the water?

"But… what if they were just corrupted?"

"And if they weren't?"

"We can deal with them now, then. It'll be better than having them surprise us in a later battle."

I'll shrug.
"I'll freely admit I did not mix with them as much as everyone else seems to have, so I wouldn't mind leaving them to their just desserts. But… I'll help them if you all think that's the right thing to do."

"If they are here, they are no threat to begin with."

"… I don't think anypony deserves this kind of torture. If there's even a slight chance they were victims to some kind of corrupting influence, we need to help them!"

Can we help them somehow? We don't exactly have rope or anything.

"I doubt helping them now will cause them to be hostile to us, sugarcube."

I'll just shrug again.
"So let's get to helping them, then."

You could try to pull them out.

You'd have to get pretty close to do that.

"I'll try, Pa."
He grabs one of the ponies and tries to pull him out.
From the ground burst a bunch of vines attacking Indy and ALL OF YOU

I don't fucking think so.

Let's do a whirlwind. '6d10'

Roll #1 9, 10, 8, 7, 7, 6 = 47

"Indy! Maul the vines!"
And I'll get a Protect out on LH, and then a wide swing to slam the first bunch of vines coming my way.

Roll #1 1 + 1 = 2 / Roll #2 6 + 3 = 9

Roll #1 6, 7, 7, 8 = 28

Roll #1 5, 4, 2, 5 = 16

Indy claws at a vine and I try to rupture one too!

Roll #1 7, 5 = 12

"More gardening duty!?"

Cut as many as I can with my arrow.

Hawkeye '1d10'
Reflex '1d10+2'

Roll #1 6 = 6 / Roll #2 10 + 2 = 12

Not the vines again! Uh… bolster myself!

Knife out, attack the vines.
+1 because of the dog's gift. '1d10+1'

Roll #1 4 + 1 = 5

Before the vines wrap around all of you, Light Heart grabs her gun. And shoots the vine closest to her to pieces. She quickly reloads and fires a volley at all the vines attacking with unmatched speed and precision.
Remembering how the vines earlier came from a central plant she looks around, while instinctively firing at every moving vine.
Then she sees it, a fungi like plant in the middle of the swamp.
She quickly takes aim and fires 5 bullets in succession at it, each a bullseye.
The vines stop and drop to the ground as the central plant collapses full of holes.

This all happened in about 20 seconds.

I'll sorta lamely stand off to the side, and cough a bit awkwardly.
"Well. I guess we should start hauling them out."

Luagh heartly at LH.
"And here I thought you might have gotten in trouble!"

… I think I'll need a reload.

"Well, darling, what do you expect? Somepony from Dixie who is not good at shooting a gun?"

Cheer and stomp my hooves
"Hahaha! That was great! Dumb vines got what was coming for them!"

"Maybe you could show me how to use on of those…"

"What about the people in the swamp. Can we get them out now with Indy's help?"

Look impressed.
"…ever wondered about being a sharpshooter in a circus?"

The ponies manage to get out, unburdened by the vines.
They all stand there awkwardly…
The Colonel steps forward. "….Thank you…"

"There's good, and then there's that."
Raise my shield at him dropping everything else!

"Calm yourself, Soil."

"Well, you should certainly get with the times, sugarcube."
Wink at him.

"Hm, who might you be, sir?"

Step forward as well.
"We remember you and what you did. Was it worth it? Explain yourself!"

"We've already beaten them once. I don't think him or the others are in a mood for a second round."

"Maybe. Or at least find myself a smith to see what they can improve on mine. It's still plenty dangerous."

I'll just take a step back and let them handle it. Seems like they know these people.

"I'm not letting my guard down no matter what."

"They call me the Colonel." says the donkey.

"I…We all learned here that we made a big mistake. The dragon promised us freedom, instead we were slaves."

"I say we throw you all back into the swamp."

"Freedom from what? And how could you trust that thing?!"

I scrunch angrily.
"What do you mean "freedom"? You did this willingly!? Do you have any idea what you've done!?"

I'll stand back and listen.

"We lived all our lives working for Lord Silverhaze, we were poor, we wanted something more with our lives. The dragon said he could make us strong…"

"I can't fault you for trying to improve your lot in life, I can relate to going to extremes for it, but all of you went too far…"

"We know…we'll have a lot to answer for when we stand before Grogar. But maybe we can help you in your fight."

"That is not an excuse! You caused a lot of suffering to others for your own gains!"

"It won't clear the slate, but it's a step in the right direction."

"If they've been here since Silverhaze, they've been paying for it every moment of their existence. Let them pay back a portion of their debt and move on."

Grumble and lower my shield.
"This is so far from books…
Just get out of here now."

I frown.
"… Fine. We need to fix this mess as quick as possible."

"We're sorry…"
They fade away, going to be punished by Grogar no doubt.
You all gain another +1 to fighting Ner'Ghal, so that's +2

Ready to move on?

Ready, despite the bad taste in my mouth.

Let's move on. There are likely more souls trapped the closer we get.

Let us move on. This place is far too dark for my mind.

"When you write your own, it'll have a unique twist, right?"

I'll try to smile a bit, but I'll just sigh in the end.

"They aren't getting away. They are heading to a proper judgment now thanks to you."

Keep moving forward.

Ready as ever

Let's move on. How can ponies be so misguided…

You are all getting very close now and the storm increases.
You can see it now in the distance, a beating heart partly burrowed into the ground.
As you move forward a black mass appears behind the heart, growing larger.
It is a huge black dragon taking flight and speeding towards you!
Indy roars and takes to the air, ready to intercept the black dragon.

Two other figures speed towards you from the Heart. An Eye and a Mouth.
Indy's rolls count towards making sure the dragon cannot attack you from the sky for now.
You'll need to defeat the eye and the mouth to proceed to the Heart.

Right. Let's deflate that eye. Take aim with my crossbow at the eye, at let fly. '1d10+2'

Roll #1 9 + 2 = 11

"I'll poke it's eye out for all this trouble!"

Hawkeye '1d10'
Reflex '1d10+4' Does MH bonus apply?

Roll #1 3 = 3 / Roll #2 4 + 4 = 8

I mean… it worked last time, let's try and see if I can do an encore.

Whirlwind on the eye and mouth.

Roll #1 10, 7, 8, 7, 3, 8 = 43

Indy, be awesome.
"Make me proud kid!"
And with these last words, rush towards the eye, Slam right into it.

Roll #1 3 + 2 = 5 / Roll #2 4 + 4 = 8

I fly straight to the eye and blind it.

Roll #1 3 + 2 = 5

"For Cadance!"
Leap of faith at the mouth. Shut it up!

Roll #1 1 + 2 = 3

The others go the eye.
Inferni tries to blind it though.
I'll go for the Mouth.
After all, I can make it swallow swords like a pro, couldn't I?
'1d10+4' Backstab

Roll #1 7 + 2 = 9 / Roll #2 4 + 4 = 8

You shoot it right in its iris.
It shrieks back.

Yup yup.
You shoot the eye as well.

Indy grapples with the black dragon but gets caught off balance. The dragon unleashes black fire on all of you.
You slam right into the already battered eye.

You miss!
The Mouth jumps up and bites you.

You and Silver charge, but the Mouth jumps up with speed slamming both you and him to the ground. You're about to get chomped but…

Mabel slams the Mouth of Amber with her back hooves, slashing it in the back.
Inferni flashes and blinds the Eye
Another +2 for any rolls targeting the eye

But that will have to wait, as a huge torrent of black fire is surging down towards you.
Roll to dodge!

What about LH's attack?
Dodge the fire. '1d10'

Roll #1 7 = 7

I dodge!

Roll #1 4 = 4

Goddammit, sorry I'll get to it in a sec.

Roll #1 6 = 6

Fire = Good
Black fire = I'm guessing really bad

Agile jenny

Roll #1 10 = 10

So wait, are you telling me the choice is either to roll dodge with no modifiers or to roll attack with a +4 against the eye and suffer double damage if I fail?
On a success of 6?
Guess what I will go for.

Shoot the eye in the iris itself.
Blast my cannon.

And Indy, if he has to roll to dodge he does that.
Otherwise, he fires fire point blank into the dragon.

Roll #1 9 + 4 = 13 / Roll #2 3 + 2 = 5

Roll #1 7 = 7

Roll #1 2 = 2

You all manage to get out of the way.

Except Shortcake, this might be the moment you decide to do the occasional cardio.
This shit hurts and you lose a wound.

Not surprisingly you can't get out of the way. Both you and Silver get burned.

You shoot the Eye another time point blank.
It doesn't resemble an eye anymore, more a floating mass of squish. But somehow it still lives.

Indy misses, the black dragon is 2fast.

You fire a volley at the eye, destroying it completely. You get a shot in at the Mouth before it bites you and jumps away.

Oh, and Indy, get your shit together!

Roll #1 2 + 4 = 6 / Roll #2 5 + 2 = 7

I try to fly around behind that bitey mouth and backstab it.

Roll #1 1 = 1

Up up up!

Roll #1 5 = 5

Also, Protect Amber.

The Mouth goes crazy and starts jumping around biting everything it can see and slamming everything to the ground, including you!

Before you can administer the antidote, the mouth bites your hoof, causing you to drop your remedy.

This time the mouth grabs you and slams you to the ground.

You get chomped to the ground!

The mouth pushes you back, you're unable to help her.

You both can't get up.
Soil tries to protect you

You slam the mouth back, it is wounded and close to death.
Indy seems to get the hang of airborne fighting.
He slams his tail against the black dragons head.

I get away from the mouth.

"I'm not some snack!"

Escape '1d10'

You're bleeding badly.

You jump up and deliver another stab in the back while Inferni tries to get a clear shot.

You shoot it point blank in the mouth, combined with some of your freezing power, the mouth is frozen in place.

Soil grabs the frozen mouth and slams it into pieces on the ground.

Meanwhile in the air, Indy wins the battle and throws the black dragon back to the ground on the Heart.
He wraps himself around the Heart, taking it in himself.
He roars, you'll have to defeat him to reach it.

Raise my shield at Ner'Ghal.

Running and running and running as fast as I can.

Jump high and wide, arching my shield back for a mighty swing.
Past Ner'Ghal.

Your mighty slam shakes the ground but does relatively little damage.
Indy however finally gets the upper hand, slamming the dragon back.

You manage to get up again.
Warren gives you a healing potion and tells you to drink it.

You fire a cannonball right on the heart.
There's a cacophony of sound as you hit it, and the dragon seems wounded.
Indy does his best to push the dragon out of the way, and so far he is succeeding.

Flying without wings? That's a new one.
Anyway, you run as fast as you can and stab the heart.

You claw his eyes to pieces before digging your claws in the heart.

Pico heals a wound.

You blind Ner'Ghal

I try to get behind Ner'Ghal and backstab him.

Inferni claws away!

Roll #1 6 + 4 = 10 / Roll #2 7 + 2 = 9

Light Heart breaks out her secret weapon, her trumpet. A controversial choice given its track record, but this time it's a winner.
The trumpet goes over the ominous beating of the heart, giving you all newfound inspiration and courage!

Indy grabs the black dragon and with a mighty swing twists his neck. He falls to the ground.
This is when Shortcake takes her chance, running up the spine of the dragon, she stabs her dagger through his scales into his sensitive flesh.
The dragon roars and Pico takes this opportunity to fire a large bolt right into his mouth.
The dragon is writhing in pain, looking for the Heart to heal him.

But Soil has something else to say about that. Like a tornado he runs to the Heart shield first, slamming it right into the field. The Heart glows purple after contact with the shield, seeming to shrink.

With the heart open and undefended, Mabel, Inferni, Amber and Silver let loose their weapons. The Heart cracks and glows purple…………….

Continued in next post.

The glow engulfs you again and you find yourself again in the volcano of Tireks Mouth at the moment you were frozen.
Everything is moving again and Ner'Ghals minions scatter away from his black body as the power of #~HARMONY~ engulfs and annihilates it!

As all of you, including the Elements watch as the unholy dragon disappears into nothingness forever, the ground cracks open and lava flows out.
"QUICK, WE HAVE TO GET OUT!" shouts Twilight.
She and the Elements quickly climb and float the miners onto Spike. Indy crouches down so all of you can get up!

I'll cast one last look over the imminent wasteland, and then scramble up onto Indy's back, helping along anyone who might need the hand.

"Anyone need some help getting to Indy!?"

Board Indy, throwing up the wounded ladies first!
"Strike a pose, everypony!"

Well, time to get to Indy, but keep an eye on the lava.

Goodness me. Get on that dragon, mister!

"We can pose later! And if anyone asks, we'll lie! Just get on the dragon!"

"But Warren, I meant a pose on the dragon!"

Awesome! But uh oh! Get to da dragon!

I'll just give you a flat look.
"Perhaps it would be better to just think of the pose on the ride back. We can pose once we make landfall, since Indy can't fly if we're showboating up here."

Bump him on the back of his head.
"Think heroic, Warren!"

Strike a pose as I ride the dragon flying out of the exploding volcano.

Roll #1 5 = 5

I scramble up onto Indy's back and hang on tight!

As you all board the dragon and Indy tries to fly up, the minions of Ner'ghal, hundreds of Eyes and Mouths that were floating around his body try to make a run for it as well.
But from the ground burst the Fire Elementals, creating a net of flames around the minions.
The minions quickly form together firing a purple energy at the prison.
The Fire Elementals visibly have trouble keeping them contained.

Yet, the prison seems to be rapidly weakening at the combined onslaught of the hundreds of Eyes and Mouths working together.
Inferni flies up and unleashes his fire energy to help.
It helps, but will it be enough….

'1d10+2' because fuck, they are evil dudes!
"And then get us out of here!"

Roll #1 5 + 2 = 7

All the things Lord Pyrrus said start to make an awful lot of sense right now…
"I want you to know that you are the best friends I ever had."
Hop off of Indy's back and jump on whatever rocks aren't submerged in the lava to get closer to the elementals.
Give a smile to everyone.
"You guys go ahead."
Look at the phoenix shaped brand on my hoof. It's now or never. Stand up on my hindlegs and raise it in the air, at Inferni. I'll let the fire that burns in my heart help him.

"What in all the hells are you doing?!"

"Helping the Elementals hold those fiends back! We can't let them escape! Just go!"

As the ground shakes and the smell of sulfur becomes overwhelming, the flame prison weakens, a hole appears and the minions rush towards their freedom.

But Mabel jumps off Indy and raises her hoofs in the air. Touching the burning threads of the prison, she herself turns into flames, but it doesn't seem to hurt her. The flames from her spread all over the prison sealing it again, holding the minions in place.

Indy hesitates as he sees Mabel, but the roaring coming from the depths makes him spread his wings and fly through the hole in the mountain towards the sky, as lava and rocks fly out behind you and the mountain explodes!

The dragon and his minions are no more…

"If you die down there, I'm killing you!"

"See you later!"

"Let's trust her. She hasn't let us down yet."

"You'll be needed to do a second showing, okay?!"

Stare down, looking at the volcano disappear in the distance.
"We will have to go back to Phyrrus to bring her back!"

I don't even know what to think anymore.
"This was madness…"

You are all silent, as Indy flies back to field outside Eagle's Watch.
He lands next to Spike.
Twilight runs to you.
"We did it, WE DID IT!"

"It does seem so…"

Jump off Indy, looking up at the others.
"We did."
Smile wide.

"It's still hard to believe but,.."

I smile slightly.

I think I'll need some vacation time…

Just for your information.
Spike and the Elements didn't see Mabel getting ded.
So that's why they're not sad, they don't now..

"So, when are we gonna go to Phyrrus and get Mabel back?"

I'll sigh a bit, and get back to the ground.
"I don't think he'd be too willing to let her go, Soil. Even if he did give her his blessing, that volcano consumed everything."

I shrug.
"I'm sure she'll be fine."

"But the other elementals never died for real!"

"Mabel is a donkey, Soil. She's no elemental."

"She sure was on fire like one!"

"Darling please, we can bring her back. Death is not the end, as we have learned."

"Clerics can call on favors."
I'll shrug.
"Even so, the Lord of Fire isn't much in the business of bringing back the dead. It's not like he'll just magically rekindle her life, or however he phrases it, just because we ask nicely."

"We just have to have faith we'll meet again and trust her for now. She sure seemed to be confident about what she was doing."

"Faith is all well in good, but a fool's hope can lead to rather depressing results."

"That's like, your opinion pon!
You haven't even tried asking him yet!
And you know he hates me and stuff so for the good of his flaming butt I can't go ask myself!
Otherwise, I'd have to make him taste the shield!"

"How do you know? Have some faith."

You see the eruption in the distance, the miners you saved are slowly becoming themselves again.

Twilight looks over you.
"Wait…what happened to that jenny, Mabel?"

I frown and stomp my hooves. I failed to keep my friends safe again.
"She jumped into the lava! I couldn't even stop her or anything! I'm not even sure if she can survive that. She's not a dragon!"

"She's probably fine, fire can't hurt fire!"

"She sacrificed herself to bolster the fire elementals."
I'll shake my head sadly.
"Jumped right in there before we could even try to stop her, and then she became part of the flames.'

"She did what?" Twilight looks shocked.
"I should have stayed longer. Maybe my magic could have helped the Fire Elementals."
Fluttershy flutters closer.
"It's alright. You're a wise pony, Soil. This was all part of Nature's plan."

"What do you mean?"

"Nature should know lava is really hot!"

Twilight looks intrigued as well.
"Followers of Fire have to take the Purification as they call it. It is a journey through the flames to learn the essence of the Element. I believe your friend just did it."
"How dreadful" butts in Rarity "Going through a fire must do awful things for your coiffure."

"It was the same with those fire elementals!"
"Guys, it's simple!
Mabel's made of fire, so fire can't hurt her!
Didn't you see her burn bright?"

"Not to mention that it scares your friends to death."
"Lava does tend to make things burn, Soil."

Roll my eyes.
"She started burning before that! On her own!"

"All the better then, I would say. How very dramatic."

"Convection exists."

"Pots can't set you on fire!"
"Well she is a showjenny after all!"

I keep frowning.
"Are you serious? Why didn't she say so then!"

I'll open my mouth, then close it and grimace.
"You know, Iris should make you read more than adventure books."

I should read you my favourite Daring Doo book!"

"I'm perfectly capable of reading on my own, Soil. Though I appreciate the offer."

"What about my second favourite?"

Fluttershy raises her hooves.
"I'm not sure why she didn't tell.
I must admit I don't know too much about the Fire Elementals. We don't get along well."

"It's alright, Soil."
"Well, a stage performer doesn't like revealing all their tricks, I suppose."
I'll shrug.
"But, it is a relief to know that she isn't dead. This way, I can give her such a smack to the head for scaring us like that."

I cock my head.
"… Why not?"

"Do we have to go and get her back from the fire-guy's place now?

"I don't know."

Fluttershy shakes her head.
"If she's in the Fire Plane, she would have to stay there to learn from the Fire Elementals.
Some fire priests come back on their own from there.
I don't know how it is with Mabel, but even if you found a way into the Fire Planes I doubt you could get her back, she's not a prisoner, she's there to learn."

"Oh." She fiddles a bit with her hooves. "They respect ponies that are very assertive and willful and I don't know if you noticed, but I'm a bit shy."

"Well, I'm sure you can be assertive when you've reason to be."

"I think you're pretty willful! You helped us a whole bunch and you're friends with big spiders and everything!"

Her cheeks turn a bit red.
"Oh it was nothing really, those spiders were really really sweet."

Dash flies over and puts a hoof around Fluttershy.
"That's right! Fluttershy could fly almost as fast as me if she needs to!"

I'll nod.
"Still, it amazes me that the elements of harmony are all from such varied walks of life."

"That was a fun afternoon girls, how's the rest of the army doing?"

"It was something! You helped out so much!"

Raise a brow at Dash.
"You're a fast flier then?"

"Very different, but there's one thing the same. That we're friends, just like all of you."

"I'm waiting for a report from the captain but it's better than we thought. The enemies main attack was their poison but our soldiers were immune against it. And when Spike and Indy flew to their aid the battle turned into our favor."

"Thanks. You're really nice, Amber."

"Oh, right!"
Poke Indy's cheek with a big smile.
"How did that work out for you, champ?"

A slight smile will flit across my face, and I'll nod again.
"And friendship is a rather magical thing."

Look at Silver.
"Are you okay?"

Smirk, turning towards him.
"Why so cheesy, Warren?"

I'll shrug.
"Well, the giant evil dragon is dead, we freed the souls inside him, and Mabel isn't dead. I'd say I'm entitled to a bit of cheese after all that, don't you?"

"Just another day on the job."

"Speaking of jobs, it's a pity we couldn't raid Ner'Ghal's hoard, if he had one. Who knows what sort of things he had his minions gather for him."

"Spike taught me how to roar like a dragon! And I ate one of those big giant zombie ponies."
He pokes out his tongue.
"He didn't taste good, so I spit him out."
He points towards the volcano and even from here you see a big green spot on the mountainside.

"It is. Did you ever read my book on the magical mechanics of friendship? It's 4 volumes!"

"Seeing Mabel burn like that was rather hard. I hope she's okay…"

"I… have not. Though I'll wager I'll have the time to, now that Ner'Ghal is dead. Not to mention take care of a few personal projects."

My eyes will shine.
"Or imagine the things we could make out of his bones!"
Look at the green spot, then at him.
Then smirk as wide as wide can be.
"Bet you'd have a tummy-ache now if you had gulped him down!"

"That might be a bit hard, seeing as anything not scorched to ash is beneath an active volcano. The only one who'd be able to get a decent look is Indy."

"She'll be fine if this is just some kind of weird elemental ritual."

"Fire has weird rituals.
Princess Cadance's trials seem tame in comparison."

His tummy grumbles.
"But now I'm hungry."

My stomach will grouch in sympathy.
"It does seem saving the world builds up an appetite."

"Well, it's something that she needs to do nonetheless! I'm more worried about you right now, you got hurt pretty bad back there!"

He puffs his chest and looks to all of the party
"I'm fine. we're both fine."
Then whispers to you.
"I think we both need a doctor stat."

Twilight coughs.
"Perhaps you should go to Canterlot. Perhaps Dash can go with you to report our victory. The rest of us shall follow once we're sure everything is safe here."

"I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be wearing pieces of that unheartly dragon anyway…"
"What you say we hit the nearest town and find their tavern?"

"Sounds like a plan. Let's get our wounded to the medics, and fill our stomachs."

"No kidding, even my butt hurts!"
"I'm all for returning to Canterlot…"

Time for a bit of a timeskip.

You fly back to Canterlot on Indy with Rainbow Dash.
She allows you in the military hospital.

Some comments from the doctors.
On Soil:
"You seem surprisingly okay except for this lump in your skull." *shows X-Ray*

On Warren:
As the nurse investigates you, you suddenly pop wings.
The nurse screams and runs out of the room.

On Amber:
"By Celestia, your rib isn't supposed to be there. How are you even breathing?"

On Silver:
"Look, you keep saying you're okay, but this X-Ray is saying you're not gonna breath without hurting for the next two weeks."

On Indy:
"I don't know anything about dragons!"

On Pico:
"Please don't kill me…"

"Oh, that's where it went!"

I'll flap my regrown wings a few times, and then just laugh.

"With my lungs!"
I frown.
"Hey, aren't you supposed to know that? You're a medical professional!"

"Only the fastest flier you'll ever meet!"

"We could remove it. It is a risky operation, but it could significantly improve your cognitive abilities…"

Flap flap.
You missed that.

The doctor frowns.
"Just hold still while I magic this back in place."

"How… unexpected."

"Muh what now?"

"I tried to do it myself, but it was impossible to do on the battlefield!"

She looks at you curiously.
"What do you mean?"

"Your synapse interaction and overall intelligence might increase. Just think, you might be a genius in the making. You won't have to slam your shield like a maniac anymore!"

"And lucky too, you might have ripped open your pony spleen."

"Nothing, darling. Forget I ever said anything. I'm certain you are a marvelous flier."
Wink at her.

But this also means Vilina's done her part as well. Excellent for her.
I suppose I should wait until another doctor or nurse comes in so I can finish my check up.

"Hey, I know some pretty advanced healing spells! I'm a paladin of Cadance!"

"Heck no!"
Frown and jump off the medical bed.
"I like slamming my shield!"

"You don't believe me?
Wanna race?"

Another doctor comes in soon.
"There's somepony here to see you."

"That's not scientific at all! Do you have a doctor's degree, young lady?"

"But think of the science.
You might get yourself a comfy desk job, making mathematical formulas."

"Send them in, I think I'm well enough for visitors."

I chuckle heartily.
"You would race a cripple? Truly a test of your abilities. No darling, I believe you. You are simply not as athletic looking as I expected of a professional aviator."

Look at him as if he had just insulted my mother, picking up my shield and storming off.
"Y'all crazy!"

"I worked as a healer for a long time! Are you doubting Cadance's powers!?"

"It's called muscle. You don't seem like you'd know what those are though."

Time to get a drink?

"I've seen a lot of healers that claim to be touched by one deity or another. I'm telling you, nothings better than good old fashioned medicine. There. That's fixed. You'll need to take it slow for the next week however. This needs to heal."

It's Vilina!
"Hey, I heard you got back."

"You're calling me a liar!? Silver! Punch me! I'll show him!"

I'll go check on Indy first, and since we are in Canterlot…
Time to find my dame.

I'll nod.
"And that's not all."
I'll flap my wings a bit.
"Seems fate can change, doesn't it?"

"That is the odd thing, I expected more of it on you. You hardly seem any more fit than I am. Perhaps your Equestrian diet is not as good as it should be. You should try eating heartier meals."

The doctor stands between you two.

"Mmm, you should talk to Rarity, I can already tell you'll be best friends."

She touches them and smiles.
"Warren, that's wonderful!"

Indy is outside and your dame is in the inn.
Doubtlessly waiting for your return.

I scrunch.
"But how will I prove Cadance's powers to you then!?"

"How you holding up, pal?"
Approach him outside of the clinic.

"I am serious, darling. Try eating a hayburger and some jelly pudding every now and then."

Silver puts a hoof on your shoulder.
"Let's get out of here, Amber.
We'll prove it another day."

"The doctor said he thinks I'm okay. But he didn't know much about dragons."

"Bleh, do you know how many calories are in there?"

"And you know what this means, of course? Aside from me being able to fly again."
I'll give her a smile.

"You are strong. Stronger than me, maybe.
I didn't mean it like that. How did you like the adventure?"
Start casually strolling towards the inn.

"Try not to worry about such things. Enjoy life a bit more often, darling. Let yourself go."

"Fine! I guess we're off then!"

"Thanks Warren, for all you did.
I don't know how I can ever repay you…"

"I want to go on another adventure. It was fun. Do you think we'll find another dragon like that?"

"That's not an option.
The enemies of Equestria are lurking everywhere, looking for a time to strike."

"I do feel better, even if he was a bit of a jerk." Silver says as you walk outside.

I shrug.
"As you please."

Walk away from her. If she wants to be a bore then so be it.
"Ah, miss Rarity! I hear you are quite the entrepreneur."

"I don't know pal.
But there's a thing I know. Out there are some of the bestest and biggest and meanest monsters alive!"
Trot ahead of him, excited, looking up at the 'kid'.
"And they are all just waiting for us to show up and slay them all in name of good and heroism!"

"We should definitely rest up! I want to be ready and in top shape if another threat arises!"

"You can repay me by living well, and making the most of this second chance."

"Yes, and I'm hungry too.
Are you hungry?"

"Oh, darling, I'm merely a lover of fashion. Might I say your clothing is quite exquisite. Do you love fashion as well?"

"Pa…are we going to visit the other dragons too one day?"

"You know, I've been talking to some ponies in the Academy. One is willing to get me a job in Manehattan…"

"Oh really? Do tell."

"It's at a medical company. They're looking for ways to invent new cures for ponies. You know, for towns that don't have healers."

"Uh…well would you, if you want to, like to go like a restaurant together, as in the two of us?"

"What self-respecting lady does not appreciate fashion? Though with all the traveling, it is not quite that easy to keep a large wardrobe."

"Sure, that sounds fun!"

"That certainly sounds within your talents. Have you decided to take the job? Or are you still mulling it over?"

"Yeah. Why not. Sounds like a plan!"

"Oh darling, you simply must come to my boutique in Manehattan. I have a new fashion line I call Outdoor Fashions. It is made especially for the adventurous mare who likes to live dangerous and in style."

"I'd like to, but I was wondering if you'd like to come with me…"

You're at the inn.

"Let's go then!"

Open the door and casually stroll in.

"Well, I did say that I'd support you financially, as per our agreement…"
I'll rub my chin with a wing tip for a moment.
"But something tells me you're asking that for a different reason."
With a small grin, I'll nod slightly.
"And if that reason is the one I think it is, then I'll be glad to go with you. Though I'm a bit useless in a laboratory."

"Do you know where to go? Lead the way!"

The dinner place is full.
You see your dame at the bar, drinking a glass of wine and reading a book.

She smiles.
"Don't worry, I'll teach you."

"I saw this little place when we were here earlier. Do you like pastas?"

"I've never tried them!"

"And I'll endeavor to pay attention."

"That sounds enchanting, I would love to."

Oh gosh, she's all fancy today!
Try and sneak up to her!

Roll #1 1 = 1

You are ready to sneak up on her, but you're so focused on her, you don't notice the waiter carrying a giant birthday cake. You bump right into him, sending the cake flying into the air.
You manage to catch it but the the 5 layered cake wobbles dangerously. You run side to side keeping it on the tray, bumping into pony after pony, causing their lunch to drop on the ground.
The cake now leans forward and you run quickly forward right into Iris, dropping the whole cake and her onto the ground.
As you are both covered in cake she looks at you. She licks a part of the cake of her snout.
"Hey Soil."

"I'll make a special deal, just for you."

"They taste a bit like crystal frizzers, but waaay different."
The restaurant is not too far away.
There's a table outside in the sun with a candle and an accordion pony playing in the street.

"That's all I ask."

This is nice! I like it!
"Oh look! We can sit in the sun!"

Take a good lick of cake off her face.
Give her a goofy smile as I try my best not to crush her.

"Well, I'll have to pick up the appropriate attire. I hear Manehattan is a bit more… cosmopolitan than our usual stomping grounds. We could make a day of it, if you'd like."

As you sit down a moustached pony comes out
"Aaa, good day to you. Here is-a the menu, yes. Some wine for the pretty lady?"

"I didn't think you'd remember my birthday." Smooch.

"Once you feel better."

"I'll be glad to take it, sugar. Thank you kindly."

"Sure! I'd like some wine!"

I'll flap my wings a bit.
"Well, considering the nurse ran out of the room screaming when these came back, I think I should be mostly alright. Though I wouldn't mind the downtime. We've been going rather breakneck to get to this point."

Time to fix this cakey mess.
"Tried to make it back. Even brought Indyi n one piece."

A week has passed…
For your bravery and courage all of you have been awarded the medal in the order of saint Radiance. The highest distinguished a civilian can have in Equestria.
But time flows ever forward.
From Hyperborea a messenger arrives, calling Pico back to his hometown.
Amber and Silver are recalled to the Crystal Empire to continue their paladin duties.
Warren will soon leave for Manehattan.
Tulip is going back to Tall Tale.

It seems the time of the fellowship is at an end.

You all gather in a tavern in Canterlot. Tomorrow you'll each go your own path. Perhaps you'll not see each other again.

Sit quietly, looking with a tiny expression of sorrow at the table's occupants, my glance falling to the mug at my hooves if only to break away from their faces.

"… It certainly has been an experience."

"You got to see some of the best of it, too."

I sigh sadly
"Can't believe I have to leave you guys after all…"

Silver takes a sip of his mug.
"I'll miss all of you."

I clear my throat.
"I has been very exciting. I would like to thank ya'll for taking me with you. We may all be very different from one another, but we did well together.

Not just anypony can claim to have aided in taking down a gargantuan lich dragon, after all."

"Will you be sending letters from over there?
I want to know if there's trouble in the empire!"
"We should get some shirts to show off that it happened! Then everypony would know it!"

"Do you still have those shirts Tulip gave us?"

"The ones from mount Gelding?"
Look at Iris questioningly.

"It was fun while it lasted! … Not that lich dragons are fun, but you get the point!"

"I'll try!"

"No, the ones she gave us in Ponyville, when she hired that carriage."

I'll groan inwardly.
"I think the medals would be enough. I know Soil's likely going to wear his forever."

They oughta be somewhere! I loved those shirts!"

"I'm certain they were sold."
I chuckle.

"She gave one to each of us earlier, before she sold off the rest. Did you not keep yours?"

"Oh, that is true… it must be in my baggage then."

"What about you, Warren? What are you gonna do in Manehatten?"

"Keeping Vilina company, mostly. I figure I might try my hand at legitimate business, after I take care of a few personal projects. Research, for the most part. How about you, Soil? Planning on taking Iris home?"

"Wait, does that mean you and Vilina…"
Cock a brow, looking at him questioningly as one of my hooves reaches out to point at him.

"You're going to live together with Vilina? That's so great!"

"Probably. In time, maybe. At the moment, we're somewhere between friends and… something more."
"I'll probably just be holding down the fort, so to speak, while she's at work. She's going to show me the basics of chemistry, but I can only assume I'll be of marginal assistance in her work."

"I bet you like each other a lot!"
I giggle.

I'll roll my eyes.
"You spent almost as much time trying to pair everyone up as you did fighting, Amber. I think it must be your hobby."

"I think she likes you a lot already, Warren!"

"She's right though.
And what's up with your wings anyway? Have they been working okay?"

I'll flap a bit.
"Yes, my wings have been fine. As if I'd never given them away. You don't know how much of a relief it is to not have to fetch a ladder for things out of reach anymore."

"You mean you don't punch the wall until they fall?"

Look and sound honestly surprised.

I'll give you a flat stare.
"Iris is going to have her hooves full with you when you start living together."

"Your wings look darling, darling."

"Thank you."

"But we have been living together ever since Tall Tale!"

Iris pets your head.
"We'll install a special wall that you can break down as much as you want."

"In a house, I meant. Where you'd actually need shelving."
I'll shake my head.
"Just remember that if you break any walls, she's going to make you fix them."

"That sounds like fun!
And hey, I'd be the one fixing things, it's always fun to raise a barn!
But that's ages away, I'm not gonna stop hunting anytime soon!"

"Hey Iris, you better keep Soil out of trouble while we're away, okay?"

"I don't even want to think what might top this last one."

"A dragon twice as big and thrice as dead?"

Scrunch at her from across the table!

"Don't worry Amber. Make sure Silver doesn't get into too much trouble."

I'll pull a face.
"Well, I'm glad I'm retiring, then, since I doubt I'd want to try my luck against such a thing."

I grin.
"I will! He needs me to look after him!"

Share a desperate look with Silver.
"Are we gonna let them say that about us!?"
"I will be sure to bring some really large monster over to manehatten one of these days!
Just so we can take it on together!"

He shrugs.
"Good to know somepony's gonna bail us out when we're in trouble right?"

"Maybe if you need it processed, but if you come riding it down out of the sky, the guards might arrest you for being a menace to public safety."
I'll chuckle a little.
"And they can say it, Soil, because it's true. Though Silver's likely going to be the one keeping Amber from wandering off, much for the same reason Iris keeps an eye on you."

"They keep an eye on us because we are so good at fighting?"

"Hey! I can take care of myself!"

I'll give a small laugh and nod.
"Plus, they probably think you have nice butts."
"I know you can, Amber, but it never hurts to have an extra pair of eyes watching your back. Villains rarely play fair, so being in a duo with someone who has a vested interest in your survival is a good thing."

I scrunch and blush at his first comment.

Squint and look at him suspiciously.
Then, gasp!
"I know what you are doing! This is all a tactic to make us think not-sad things now that you are leaving!"

I'll feign surprise, and place a hoof over my chest.
"Egads, you've caught on to my dastardly scheme!"

"I'll get you for this! One day, when you think you are safe in your big city house, SLAM!
From above!"

"You'll have to find it, first."
I'll stick my tongue out at you.

"Indy will sniff you out, I bet!"

"Having Indy do the legwork is cheating."

"Villains are never fair!"
Let out a cartoonishly evil laughter!

"Since when are you a villain?"

"Just for this once, when hunting you!"

"Well, then your wife-to-be is just going to have to save the day, isn't she?"

Sigh and shake my head.
"I will miss ya, Warren."

Amber Stone
Amber and Silver left again for the long train ride back to the Empire. Within the tall crystal towers they started their paladin duties in earnest as members of the Order of the Crystal Heart. They travelled the Empire ensuring no demon would threaten the good ponies of the Empire.
In time they learned how to use the friendship for each other to enhance their powers and became a formidable pair. From the Crystal Palace, Princess Cadance looked with pride as she saw another pair of her ponies become stalwart defenders of the Empire.

Light Heart
Light Heart, ever the wanderer, continued her quest to see as much of the world as she could. A few years later, after she went to the city of Stonebriar the party ceased to hear news from the charismatic bounty hunter. And any trace of her disappeared in the ruins as shortly after Stonebriar was sacked by pirates.

As she fused with the flames, she opened her eyes to find herself in the hot wasteland of the Fire Planes. Not alone, for Inferni was here as well. Rid of his material bonds he appeared as a majestic burning bird. Together they wandered the wasteland, meeting many extraordinary creatures. For the Fire Plane encompasses all forms of fire, not just the standard orange flame.
After what seemed like ages, she returned back to the Palace of Pyrrus. "You have learned a great many things here, Mabel. Now is the time to return to the physical world and become a true agent of fire. Many things you have learned here, but as you go back you will not remember all at once. The physical body needs time to integrate your new knowledge, therefore you shall have a teacher to guide your path."
It was then that she woke up on the ashy foothills of Tirek's Mouth, 6 months after the eruption. On a dead tree was Inferni and next to her a zebra, his mane and tail red, as was part of Mabels mane and tail now.
It was time to walk a new path….

Poor Soil
Soil knew it was too early to root down yet, but that didn't mean he could forget his roots.
Before seeking new adventures far and wide, he and Iris decided to visit their families.
It was on a sunny day that they left Canterlot, Soil riding his dragon with Iris on his lap, into the sunset.

Queren Pico
Queren enjoyed newfound popularity in Hyperborea. The tales of his defeat of the Dragon and his capture of a demon spread far and wide until even his family could no longer ignore it.
When he came home he was invited to a family moot, something normally only the head of the family and his first clutch were allowed in.
Pico proved himself a capable leader and fighter but his interest went foremost to training new griffons in the family. It was they who couldn't get enough of his stories about Equestria and so he would plant the seed for adventuring and glory into all Picos.

After a short break Shortcake travelled on her own to Neighpon and became the first and only foreign chef amongst the many chefs employed by the Neighponese lord Yonaguni.
As his chef, she lived a life of luxury and plenty and her own style of Equestrian cooking became well known in Neighpon. Though she occasionally missed the old days with Melody and Mwandishi, she knew that this was a good life.

Snack and Star traveled for years, studying the ancient dog fortresses and the many hidden secrets within. Their discoveries were followed with interest by the mechanical society of Canterlot and many new pony inventions were made because of their hard work.
Altough the Dogs in many remote fortresses were unwilling to follow them, there was usually one or two intrigued enough to listen.
In time Snack founded the first Dog Academy in the foothills of Mt. Laurenia. It was small but the handful of students that came every year brought the wisdom back to their fort.
The Academy of Snacks and Star had planted a seed in many dog forts, ones that would one day bring the light of the Diamond Empire back to the Diamond Dogs.

Warren traveled and settled within Manehattan together with Vilina. While Vilina spent her time researching new cures, he studied and researched what he could about Anarchy's Bag of Holding.
It was unknown why Anarchy simply left his Bag of Holding there, especially considering the treasures it held within, until much later.
It would be many years before Warren with the help of the Academy unlocked the secret of how to restore Greenfields back to the world. And Warren became a hero for the town and Equestria itself all over again.
Yet in this moment of triumph, Anarchy's last trick became clear. For as they returned home, the Bag had been stolen.
After that the stories of the Bag of Holding became whispers. Criminal organizations fighting over the treasures in the bag, killings and betrayal.
