And I spend all day
In the pirate bay
I steal those quests
And then I get away

575789

575790

>>575789
"Okay, that seems fun. There are a lot of new ponies lately…"

575791

>>575790
"I think its because we got so much money last time!"
See who is on deck '1d10'

Roll #1 4 = 4

575792

>>575791
In the evening light you see a glow coming from the crow's nest.

575793

>>575792
"Well.. that wasn't there before. Let's go see."
Go say hi.

575794

>>575793
Making your way up to the Crow's Nest of the Darklantern, you're confronted with an odd sight. An ancient-looking Trotantine pony is here, nearly completely covered by a thick, dark red cloak. She appears to have only a single tooth, which juts out at an odd angle, and the scant parts of her body that are not covered in cloak are covered in wrinkles. Something seems unnerving about her. She carries a walking stick and has a hunchback, but more shockingly she has several very small cages hanging loosely off of loops on her cloak. These cages are scarcely bigger than you are, and for good reason: four differently colored breezies are in the cages, one in each. They're producing the glow you saw down below.

The old crone speaks: "Oh, my. Has another light come to me? Eh heh heh heh."

Felix shivers. "Creepy!"

575795

>>575794
My eyes get wide in fear. "I don't glow. And I'm a crew member. M-my name is Manako. I'm a mechanic."

575796

>>575795
"You don't look quite ripe as it is… eh heh heh heh…"

Felix is shaking a little bit.

575797

>>575796
'1d10' appraise the cages.
"I see I'm disturbing you. My apologies "

Roll #1 5 = 5

575798

>>575796
" Felix be ready to run for help if she does anything to me. Go to Lady Heart or Flowing Tree or Hircus. "

575799

>>575797
They have no doors. They're clearly not designed to open at all.

"Not at all, dearie. Not at all."

>>575798
"B-but what about you?"

575800

>>575799
"If you don't mind my asking who are you? And why do you have breezies collected? Won't they die if you can't open the cages to feed them?"

575801

>>575800
"What is dead cannot die, child. Eh heh heh heh."

575802

>>575799
" they will find a way to help me. They promised they would. " I assure Felix.

575803

>>575801
"The breezies you have there are dead?" '1d10' appraise her.

Roll #1 8 = 8

575804

>>575803
"Yes… Ripe."

575805

>>575804
Look a little creeped out but nod "I see.. but why keep them in cages that do not open? Wouldn't such an undead be better served as a scout?"

575806

>>575805
"That is not their purpose, little one. Perhaps in time you will understand… or perhaps not."

575807

>>575806
Sigh "of course a madam must have her secrets. Welcome to the fleet.." bow and start to leave tugging Felix gently by the hoof.

575808

>>575807
Felix trots off after you.

"She's a weirdo… what a creep."

575809

>>575808
"I doubt any necromancer is normal. But still. You mustn't be rude to them." I say still shivering. "But I agree. A really weird pony."

575810

>>575809
"I want to meet more normal ponies…"

575811

>>575810
Shutter "and I don't want to wind up a 'light' "
"Let's try looking somewhere else. " go to the seaworthy and look around '1d10'

Roll #1 6 = 6

575812

>>575811
There's a goat here! That isn't Hircus!

He has a giant backpack.

575813

>>575812
"What do you think of that one little sis?"
'1d10' appraise the goat or what they are carrying.

Roll #1 2 = 2

575814

>>575813
He looks pretty strong and muscular. The kind of guy who has probably hiked all over the world! His bag is stuffed full of stuff but you can't figure out what.

"He looks like a hiker.. or a mountain climber? Why would they be on a boat?"

575815

>>575814
"Well maybe he wants to travel to a far away place like us?" I suggest. "He seems more normal at least."
Approach him with a friendly wave "hello mr. Goat. Are you new here?"

575816

>>575815
"Hm."

He's chewing on something. "I suppose. If you mean, did I recently join the fleet?"

575817

>>575816
"That's right. I've not met you yet. I'm manako a field medic and a mechanic. " I bow slightly.

575818

>>575817
"Hm… been a long time since I saw a breezie."

He spits something out overboard and sticks in more something.

"Didn't strike me as the mechanic type."

575819

>>575818
'1d10' something I have seen before?
Nod.
"Its not usual for a breezy, but that's part of why I left home. And really. Fixing something is fixing something. Be it a canon or a leg."

Roll #1 9 = 9

575820

>>575819
It must be some weird big pony… or goat thing.

"Hm… Doesn't make sense to me, but I say things that don't make sense to other folks, sounds about right."

575821

>>575820
"What's your name?"

575822

>>575821
"Winston. And yourself?"

575823

>>575822
"Manako. And this is my little sister Felix.
Anything in particular you are traveling for Winston?"

575824

>>575823
"Well, it's something to do. Why're you traveling?"

575825

>>575824
"To see what the world's buildings are like. I'm particularly interested in seeing equestrian architecture for personal reasons."

575826

>>575825
"So why this fleet?"

575827

>>575826
Shrug a bit "it was the best option at the time. Why did you join this fleet?"

575828

>>575827
"Seemed like there were a lot of interesting characters. I like that."

575829

>>575828
"Oh. Are you a story collector?"

575830

>>575829
"Heh… something like that, I suppose! It seems odd to put a title to it."

575831

>>575830
Rub my head a bit. "There are a few old stories about such people where I come from. They are seen as very wise. Perhaps I could cone to you for advice from time to time mr. Winston?"

575832

>>575831
"Oh, sure, I hardly mind."

575833

Light Heart:

He's floated off somewhere.

575834

Well I guess Who has gone off again then.

Let's go see where Rosemary has ran off to.

575835

I was planning to hang around Abilio's place after everyone left the moot.

575836

>Back to the lab! Your base is prepared… Now you can experiment with random ingredients or roll alchemic knowledge to try to guess ingredients. (The target for this roll is not 10. Instead, you want to match my hidden roll as closely as possible.)

I got this. I shall start by taken some of the base seperate, call it TFP1, and add some Dragon Lily.

575837

>>575834
No trace of her in the room.

Well, except of course the evidence of her living there, but no trace of where she went.

>>575835
"Yes?"

>>575836
How will you prepare the dragon lily?

>Drop it in unprepared

>Crush the seeds
>Boil the leaf
>Extract the oil
>Desiccate the leaf and crush it
>Extract the stringy growths from the stem

575838

>>575837
Ask around then, someone must have seen that slutty mare.

575839

>>575837
Smirk and lean back in the seat.
"Why do you always think I want something?
Okay, I do, but still."

575840

>>575838
Apparently she and Wark went off somewhere, according to Lacy.

>>575839
He gives a bemused look. "I imagine you came to ask me if I could conjure up some female Tartarians to share a bed with you? I'm sorry to be the one to inform you that Tartarians are genderless."

575841

>>575840
That's odd…

See if I can track them down.

Roll #1 4 = 4

575842

>>575840
Frown.
"Damnit."
Then smirk.
"Bet you learnt that the hard way~"

575843

>>575837
Uuuh.
Alchemical knowledge ACTIVATE '1d10'

Roll #1 1 = 1

575844

>>575841
Menials suggest they were headed to the mansion.

Off the top of your head, that's the location of Frankfurterfort, the pub, the theater, and Happy Puzzle's room. Also Lacy's, though she's in your room presently. Could be any number of places in there.

>>575843
Dragon lily is pretty exotic.

>>575842
"I read that in a book, in fact. The kind of learning you hate."

575845

>>575844
"You must have hated learning the fact that you can't bone any succubi too."

575846

>>575844
Unlikely to be Frankfurterfort.

But HP lovepone or Lacy's room? Maybe… to have privacy? I'm getting to the bottom of this. Go check both.

Roll #1 7 = 7

575847

>>575844
"Aloe, have you ever worked with Dragon Lily before?"

575848

>>575845
He waves a hoof.

"Succubi are a myth used to sell books."

>>575846
HP stops you at her room.

"Hi Light Heart! Did you come to party?"

>>575847
"Uh uhn baby. That's a real magical plant. It'll do all kinds of crazy stuff. But I might have a guess or two. What're you wantin' ta figure out?"

575849

>>575848
"How to best prepare it for our base."

575850

>>575848
"No, I am looking for Rosemary and Wark…"

575851

>>575848
"Are you telling me there's no such thing as sexy demon mares?
Must you really ruin everything that is good?"

575852

>>575849
"Well, hard to say, baby. Some plants keep all their goodness locked up in those seeds, but dragon lily is already mighty powerful. Maybe you want as much of it as you can get."

>>575850
"Do you wanna stay over anyway? We can braid each other's manes! Also: I haven't seen 'em!"

>>575851
"No such thing! Just a fairy tale for little lesbian fillies."

575853

>>575852
"That does sound tempting… but maybe later."
Hmmm… Lacy's room then?

575854

>>575852
"Next you'll tell me that lesbian butt babies don't exist either!"

575855

>>575852
"Worth a try."
Let's try dropping it in unprepared then.

575856

>>575853
This room is empty.

>>575854
"Not a one. Unless you count Light Heart's child, but I don't think 'butt' is part of that."

>>575855
Hm… it just floats on the top.

"Maybe you gotta give it a kick. Magic it up a little, or heat the whole thing up on a burner.'

575857

>>575856
The pub then? I was there earlier though…

575858

>>575856
"Burner it is."
Mmmm, there's already lots of magic in there.
I'd rather try to heat it up on a burner.

575859

>>575856
Pout.
"Please, please tell me the Cunt Fairy is real, though. Don't take that from me."

575860

>>575857
No sign of them here either…

>>575858
The whole solution starts to bubble and the leaf sinks to the bottom. The solution turns translucent and there's no sign of it…

>>575859
"I give up. What would this supposed fairy even leave you? Quarters for reaching puberty?"

575861

>>575860
Those two fucking whores. Fine, the Theater then? What would they be doing there?

575862

>>575860
"Great orgasms if you behave well?"

575863

>>575860
That's interesting.
Let's see….
Performance potion + loadsa magic.
Whatever comes out of here must be pretty volatile.
Is this ready for testing, or am I supposed to add more ingredients?

575864

>>575861
No sign of them here…. yet they must be in the mansion. Either you missed them somewhere or they're off in one of the boarded up areas… what could they be doing in there?

>>575862
"It makes sense that you haven't seen her then!"

>>575863
Ready for testing. Have a test subject?

575865

>>575864
"Hey! I've been behaving more than good! I'm a fucking role model for dykes!"

575866

>>575864
Yeah, I'd like to know what the hell they're doing in there!

Fine, check the boarded areas.

575867

>>575864
Nope. Mark the bottle with "TFP1 (base+DL)"
Time to find a female menial. '1d10'

Roll #1 8 = 8

575868

>>575865
"Well, in any case, you still haven't said what you came for."

>>575866
There are several…

The old master dining room… the whole of the third floor… the conservatory… the servants' quarters…

575869

>>575867
There are plenty in the bunkhouse! Literally a couple hundred.

575870

>>575868
I'm not giving up now. Just check them all.

575871

>>575868
"Remember when you enchanted my outfit?"

575872

>>575869
"Ladies, I'm looking for a volunteer for some easy work. It won't take long."

575873

>>575870
Creeping through the third floor is pretty creepy.

This place is REALLY run down - Lacy doesn't clean up here. The house constantly groans, and it doesn't help that as you walk across the hardwood floor, your steps echo. Who knows who could be squatting up here… this is a pirate ship after all. Besides, it is extradimensional…

There are a few rooms up ahead… you think you hear movement within.

>>575871
"Yes? Just a little bit of magic."

>>575872
"What kind of work?"

"How does it pay?"

575874

>>575873
"It's very easy, you drink some potions and once we're done you get a doubloon. Who volunteers?"

575875

>>575873
"And you could transform my clothes, so… can you make an enchantment for an attire that is from comfy silk to turn into a more tough and less tearable one in combat?"

575876

>>575873
Just flutter above ground then. Might as well put those wings to use.

Go further to investigate.

575877

>>575874
A bunch of them shrink back away, but you still get a bunch of volunteers. A doubloon is a lot of money, after all.

>>575875
"Hm… I'm not sure. You see, it's an active effect, transforming something. And clothing transfiguration is the simplest. Besides the fact that I wasn't changing the material before. Still, it might be possible, though not exactly my area of expertise."

>>575876
Your flapping of wings echoes, too.

You arrive at the door… there is definite talking inside, but it's muffled by the big mansion door.

575878

>>575877
Press my ear against it, hopefully I can hear.

Roll #1 7 = 7

575879

>>575877
Smirk.
"Why don't you start practicing, then? I know you can do it, for, y'know, the good of magic research and shit?"

575880

>>575877
I know.
Depending on how many trials I need to do on one, it might be easy money or not.
Pick a healthy looking female and take her back to the lab.

575881

>>575878
It's definitely Wark and Rosemary, but you can't tell what's being said.

>>575879
"Well, I do have certain other duties as a commodore."

>>575880
"What exactly is this potion supposed to do, anyway?"

575882

>>575881
Flutter my eyes.
"Can't you spare some time for me, daaaddy?"
Snicker.

575883

>>575881
What a world we live in if I can't even eavesdrop on my own minions. I probably shouldn't disturb them either. To hell with this, I'm going to see Bolt instead.

575884

>>575882
"Oh, very well. I'll look into it."

>>575883
Giving up so easily? Or perhaps just after a sneaky specialist.

She's feeding the pigeons.

575885

>>575881
Give her the test flask.
"It will make you more fertile than you've ever been before. What's your name anyway?""
Fuck, wait, do I have to take a control sample first?

575886

>>575884
Smirk and giggle.
"Awww, thanks! I knew I could count on you!"

575887

>>575884
What was I supposed to do? Barge in? That's just plain rude. If I'm going to be rude, I'll try to make sure no one knows about it.
"Do you never get headaches from all the noise in here? Goodness me."

575888

>>575885
You already set aside some potion unaltered. But in this case you don't need a control group because you know what the base potion does. It's a performance enhancer not a fertility enhancer.

"Um… how exactly do you plan on testing that? And it's Quiet Dove."

>>575886
He gives you a little grin and ruffles your mane.

"If you want, you can stay with us tonight. I had a new bed built – a bigger one. Family sized."

>>575887
She chuckles. "This is nothing compared to the chapterhouse. I don't supposed you've ever been inside, though."

575889

>>575888
I mean, a control sample of her fertility.
We were going to make a culture or something I believe?

575890

>>575888
"The order scared me when I was a child. And as a teenager, I had other things on my mind. So aside from a few very brief visits, I have not, no."

575891

>>575888
Snort.
"And miss out on sex with Tela? I'm not sure I see the upside."

575892

>>575889
How are you going to conduct the test?

>>575890
"The chapterhouse proper is filled with Black Jays. Perhaps not so much a bother to you, but I would imagine it would be a horrifying place to be for a spellcaster."

>>575891
"It was merely an invitation. A certain someone complained to me that I never invited her over. Well, there you have it."

575893

>>575892
"It sounds a little weird to just invite me over to sleep. Y'know, if I didn't know any better, it might even be creepy."

575894

>>575892
"Any unicorn, I imagine. Is that something I am being accused of too? Sleeping with a unicorn?"

575895

>>575892
I was thinking
>take a control sample of her before, I don't know how we're going to test that, female fertility tests are complicated so I hope that in this magic world some magic tests on a pap smear will do the trick.
>let her drink
>if she doesn't immediately turn into a chaos spawn or any other immediately detectable side-effects, take another test and see if her fertility changed.

575896

>>575895
>repeat until we succeeded.

575897

>>575894
"No, don't be silly. The Fraternal Order of the Olive does not deal in such petty affairs. We're a peacekeeping organization, not a moral police. That's what the normal police are for."

>>575893
"Those are the kinds of opinions you develop when you never grew up with a family. If you stayed over more often you'd realize it's natural."

>>575895
>>575896
That seems reasonable.

575898

>>575897
"I haven't really heard of grown mares sleeping with her par-"
Scrunch.
"It's still weird. At least let's have dinner or something, to make it have a point."

575899

>>575898
Abilio teases: "You don't have to be grown."

Then he straightens. "You do make a good suggestion, though. What do you eat, anyway?"

575900

>>575897
"You seem to be quite good at that. Keeping peace, I mean. I believe fear may be a factor."

575901

>>575897
Before we start, I have another question, this dispel potion, will it also work a day after or only right when the potion has been given.
Because if it doesn't fix long-term mistakes, I assume I'll have to make an antidote for my potion as well. I don't want Cloudy to turn into a hairless freak because I didn't have time to follow Quiet Dove for a month to check for side-effects.

575902

>>575899
"Shrink me and I'll never come."
Shrug.
"Stuff ponies get around here? We really should get a good cook and materials though. Eat fancy and tasty stuff for a change. With lots of honey!"

575903

>>575900
"Fear is one of our chief weapons. Fear and surprise. Surprise and fear. And fanatical devotion to the Order. Three weapons. Fear, surprise, fanatical devotion."

>>575901
Magic potions do not work that way. This isn't a drug trial this is a magic pony adventure.

575904

>>575902
"You seemed to have a pleasant evening last time. I think you're warming up to it. What about a more general question: do you eat meat?"

575905

>>575903
"What exactly made you decide to join this order, if you do not mind me asking. I never quite understood why ponies would so willingly bind themselves to a single thing in life."

575906

>>575904
"I'm serious, Abilio. I fucking hate it when you do that."
Shake my head.
"Nah, fuck that. Tried it, but never liked it."

575907

>>575903
Just making sure since I never know with you.

Grab Quiet Dove's hoof.
"Quiet, this is how it's going to go. We'll test your fertility." Explain how that's going to go.
"Then we'll test the potion and test your fertility again, if it improved significantly, we're done. You get a doubloon and if you want to keep the fertility, that's no problem, but we also have means to return you completely to normal, your choice."

575908

>>575905
"The Confederation of Dixie must survive and prosper."

>>575906
"Pity. Sauteed mushrooms?"

>>575907
"Okay. I was a little bit worried for a moment you were going to try to knock me up to test it. Alright… go ahead and run your test."

575909

>>575908
"Patriotism?"

575910

>>575908
Smile.
"Thank you."
Give her the test potion.
"Drink."

575911

>>575908
Nod.
"Sounds good for me."

575912

>>575910
And do the whole fertility test first of course!

575913

>>575909
"Even you must be at least somewhat patriotic, Miss Belle."

>>575910
>>575912
You swab her, and she drinks it.

… No immediately noticeable side-effects. Well, she hasn't turned into a dragon, at least. Better swab to test for a difference.

>>575911
"Good. I'll have some sent up."

He writes a note and drops it into his hat.

575914

>>575913
Swab her up and compare.

575915

>>575913
"Is your hat magical too now?"

575916

>>575913
"I love Dixie and it remains dear to me no matter what, yes, but to devote my entire life to it?"

575917

>>575914
…There's nothing to swab.

That is to say, she has no observable genitals. She doesn't seem to have noticed. "What's taking so long back there?"

>>575915
"The hat isn't magical. It's a type of magic known as hat magic. You may remember I actually did a lesson on it for Borders Skewed while you were studying elemental magic at the same time. In the same room!"

>>575916
"Patriotism is a word that doesn't carry a sense of value. Your context implies when you said 'patriotism', you meant 'large amounts of patriotism', but anyone who loves their land is a patriot."

575918

>>575917
"I've heard of hat magic. Selena told me she could get all sort of shit from it."
Take my hat off and reach into it with a hoof.
"Imagine if I could just pull out bars of gold!"
Put it back on my head.

575919

>>575918
"It is possible, but not reliably. Hat Magic – the bulk of it, anyway – relies on pulling one over on the universe. It doesn't fall for the same trick so easily."

575920

>>575917
"I appreciate the vocabulary lesson, but rest assured I am well aware of that. Do you see yourself as a bigger patriot than I am?"

575921

>>575917
Wooops.
"Nevermind dear. I have a feeling this one didn't succeed."
Give her a dispel potion. "Here, this will make sure no possible side-effects remain."
Go back to the mixing table, first note down what happened.
Seems like Dragon Lily might not have worked.
Rolling on alchemic knowledge to guess another ingredient. '1d10'

Roll #1 4 = 4

575922

>>575919
"Can you try? Pull some gold out for me? Please?~"

575923

>>575920
"There are different ways to love one's country."

>>575921
Papaya
Basilisk Tongue Vine
Sapphire
Morning Dew

Of course, some of these are kind of hard to obtain…

"Um, okay… what happened?"

>>575922
"I'll try if you stay the night as a filly. It would make Cloudy very happy. I think she's growing restless at not having a child as-yet."

He gives you a faint smile and dramatically extends his hoof above his hat. "No one has to know."

575924

>>575923
"What does your family do in Dixie?"

575925

>>575923
Bite my lip.
That's certainly a deal…
Snicker.
"So you'll pay me a bar of gold if I make your wife happy tonight?"

575926

>>575925
"Strictly speaking, I'm going to attempt to pull out a chunk of ore."

>>575924
"The Fraternal Order of the Olive are the main peacekeeping functionary in Dixie. We maintain peace from threats external and internal, but most importantly we police the use of magic. It is solely through the protection of the Order that Dixie has been able to survive against growing Equestrian animosity."

575927

>>575926
"I meant your biological family, sugar."

575928

>>575927
She winks. "That's classified."

575929

>>575923
Yeah, and looking over my list I don't have any of them.
Lemme see, I've got a bad feeling about Papaya.
That leaves the other three…
Let's give Sapphire a try, pull one from my hat '1d10+2'

"Did you drink your potion dear?"

Roll #1 1 + 2 = 3

575930

>>575926
"It has to be worth at least one double-doubloon, though."

575931

>>575929
You pull out a serpent, which immediately bites you. Aloe screams, "OH LAWDY!" and grabs the snake off your leg and throws it out the window.

You feel a little woozy… it might've had some venom…

"Yes? I feel the same, though."

She's all better back there.

>>575930
"Do we have a deal?"

575932

>>575928
"Hm. You know my family all too well."

575933

>>575932
"I am your case worker."

575934

>>575931
….
"Fine, we have a deal. I'll make your wife a very happy mare, for some gold. But nopony can know. That's also part of it."

575935

>>575933
"So I hear! You must know all about me already."

575936

>>575931
Fuck.
"Aloe, I feel dizzy. I need to get to the doc."

575937

>>575934
"Very well."

Roll=10

He pulls out a big hunk of gold ore.

"What do you know. We got lucky."

And with that, the world around you grows. Abilio levitates you up onto his desk. That chunk of gold is as big as your little filly head, though once it's purified and melted down it'll be coin size.

"The look does suit you." He gives you an amused smile.

>>575935
"Only what is necessary. But the past is the past. I'm here to learn about who you are today."

>>575936
Roll=5

"Let me see if I can treat that, sugar…"

She pours some gumbo down your throat. You nearly choke on it, but you feel less light-headed.

"Feelin' better?"

575938

>>575937
"Very amusing. I thought I'd be small in the afternoon?"
Grab muh ore!

575939

>>575937
I nod.
"Yes…thank you."
I'll still check with Lucky later, can't take chances with the twins.
I turn to Dove. "I'm sorry about that. Let's keep going. And if you really wanna know, I'll tell you once we're done what happened earlier."
Now…Hat Magic some Morning Dew '1d10+2'

Roll #1 1 + 2 = 3

575940

>>575938
"Good point. We can simply have dinner tonight, and you can spend all day with us tomorrow at this size. Stop by after lunch tomorrow."

>>575939
Bees fly out of the hat! AAAA!

They go out the window with some of Aloe's rug-beating.

575941

>>575940
Shake my head.
"This is not a good day."
Brace myself and go in for Basilisk Tongue Vine. '1d10+2'

Roll #1 10 + 2 = 12

575942

>>575941
You pull out a long, thick gray vine. It seems very tough.

575943

>>575937
"A bloodthirsty murderous pirate, as some ponies would like to make you believe?"

575944

>>575942
Grin.
"Aloe, it seems we're back in business. It's been a while since I worked with this. How would you prepare it?"

575945

>>575943
"I will withhold judgment until I have completed my research. It's unprofessional to speak about the investigation, however."

>>575944
"That's all tough and stringy, honey. You better boil that."

575946

>>575945
"Let's do it."
Boil the vine and add it to the base.
Mark it "TP2 (Base + Basilisk Tongue Vine)"

575947

>>575945
"As you please. Though I must wonder, what would happen if I were to leave this fleet?"

575948

>>575946
"How many of these do I have to drink, anyway? You said drink 'a' potion."

The potion turns a dark gray, like ash.

>>575947
"Then I would quit my position here and follow you elsewhere. Being in plain sight is not required. It's a courtesy I am affording to you."

575949

>>575946
And…I don't need all of it, before I boil it, I'll cut off a small piece of it, for further cultivation later.

575950

>>575948
"One I do appreciate, I assure you."

575951

>>575948
"If I recall correctly I said 'until we're done'. Don't worry, I believe we're almost there."
Give her the dark potion. "Drink."

575952

>>575950
"Is there a reason you came to speak to me?"

>>575951
She drinks it.

Hmm, no noticeable side-effects.

575953

>>575952
Take another swab if I can.
"Do you feel differently?"

575954

>>575953
"No…"

Yep, you got a swab.

575955

>>575952
"Because I worry for my family. Do you believe in fortune telling, miss Bolt?"

575956

>>575954
"Good, that's very good."
Time to test it then and compare to the earlier samples.

575957

>>575955
"For every legitimate fortune teller there are ten carnies."

>>575956
Indicators are up. This looks like a success!

575958

>>575957
"Indeed. But you do recognize that some are skilled?"

575959

>>575957
Smile.
"Congratulations, miss Dove. You're so fertile just looking at a stallion might make you pregnant."
Note down the results carefully.

575960

>>575958
"We use Black Jays for that."

575961

>>575959
She looks distraught.

"That sounds bad!"

575962

>>575961
I chuckle.
"As a manner of speaking, of course. I assume you want another dispel potion to get you back to normal." Offer her one.

575963

>>575960
"In any case, I fear that judging from what I heard, my family is in danger. Perhaps even Dixie altogether."

575964

>>575962
She drinks it. You only have three left.

"W-what about the money?"

>>575963
"I wouldn't concern yourself with the matter. Your family is being taken care of. In any case, we are not really deviating from the course of discussing your case, so in order to maintain my professional distance, I am going to go now."

She leaves.

575965

>>575964
"Of course. Here you go, you earned it."
Give her a shiny doubloon.
"If I ever need to do some test like these again, can I call on you, Dove?"

575966

>>575964
F-Fine.
Maybe Rosemary and Wark are done talking now, let's go check.

575967

>>575965
"Maybe… I need to go lay down… I'm stuffed."

That was a lot of liquid you just made her chug.

>>575966
They're still in there! What could be taking so long?

575968

>>575967
Fuck it, just go inside.

575969

>>575967
"Of course, thank again, dear."
Once she leaves, turn to Aloe.
"That went okay."

575970

>>575969
"I dunno honey. I coulda done without those bees. Mmmmhm."

>>575968
Rosemary and Wark are cuddling on an impromptu bed! They're whispering sweet nothings to each other!

What could this mean?
Could the apology have gone over better than expected?
Has Rosemary hit and quit Light Heart?
Please don't tell me this will end in even more children?

THE ANSWERS TO ALL OF THIS AND MORE

NEXT TIME

ON PIRATES!

#Pause

575971

>>575970
Raise a brow.
"Am I interrupting something?"

575972

>>575940
"What? Hey, that's a lot more fillyness than I agreed upon!"

575973

>>575970
"Sorry about that. Nice rug action from you." I smirk.

576013

During one of the early days at sea from neighpon, after receiving my pay, I will hit up LH's cabin.
Knock knock.

576018

>>576013
Door is open.
Cleaning my rifle, it's been used a lot lately.

576024

>>576018
"Lady Heart. Lovely to be at sea again, isn't it?"

576027

>>576024
Look up and carefully set my rifle down.
"Truth be told, I already look forward to arriving at our next destination. Wherever that may be."

576028

>>576027
"Did the Commodore decide on that already?"

576029

>>576028
"An officer's moot will be held to decide our next course of action. Likely somewhere during the coming weeks."

576030

>>576029
"May I?"
Point at a chair.

576031

>>576030
"Please, do feel free to. Should I make some tea?"

576032

>>576031
Shake my head and sit.
"You seem pre-occupied enough. I've never seen you clean your rifle before."

576035

>>576032
"A necessary precaution. This rifle was gifted to me and I intend on taking good care of it. An important lesson my father taught me, to ensure that you always make sure your firearms are in top condition. Imagine what a bother it would be if it jammed itself during combat."

576036

>>576035
"A lesson, you say? I sense a story."
Smirk.

576042

>>576036
"I'm afraid it is not a very exciting one. I believe I mentioned this before, but I was taught how to utilize a gun at a young age. I had only recently gotten my cutie mark when my father started teaching me. I had to use an old blunderbuss with a sawed off barrel. I was not exactly the strongest of foals, so I initially had a lot of trouble aiming."

576043

>>576042
"But I don't believe you ever finished that story."

576044

>>576043
"Well, simply put I never tended to it aside from reloading and firing while practicing. Eventually something went wrong and the gunpowder exploded whilst still inside the barrel. As a result said barrel looked like a banana peel afterwards and my pristine white coat had mysteriously blackened on about half of my body."
I chuckle.
"I may or may not have wet myself slightly."

576047

>>576044
Chuckle with her.
"Your father sounds like a wise pony, and the words of ammiration are clear to see.
It's nice to see you have such a strong bond with him."

576050

>>576047
"Yes, well he certainly was not happy with me. My sister found the whole thing quite amusing, on the other hoof."

576052

>>576050
"Siblings often do. But they always mean best for us."
Smile.
"But anyway, to the matter of my visit. I trust you still have the scroll, is that right?
I wish to buy it from you. For its full price of course."

576053

>>576052
"Oh yes, you do remind me."
Get up and walk over to a drawer, opening up and procuring the scroll.
"What do you intend to do with it, exactly?"

576054

>>576053
"Just hang it above my wall.
It's a beauty to simply behold."
Smile.

576055

>>576054
"Hm. Very well then."
Hoof it to him.
"It is a rather nice memento of our business in Neighpon."

576056

>>576055
"Indeed, I will cherish it dearly."
Roll it up and calmly set the banner-sized scroll away, putting a purse with the five thousands songs on the table.
"Speaking of our business in neighpon. I do confide you found my performance… Satisfactory."

576058

>>576056
"Oh certainly. I believe the commodore is quite pleased with our performance. Though I assume you desire more than mere praise and wealth."

576059

>>576058
"Praise and wealth are much, but praise, wealth and recognition are better."
Smirk.

576062

>>576059
"It is a harsh world with harsher competition, I'm afraid. I was quite lucky that the previous commodore was in need of my talents. Still, you would not believe what I had to do to get where I am. Some parts of the story are best kept to myself as well."

576064

>>576062
"Indeed. But I do not intend giving up.
Not like I have problems ordering the crew around even without an official rank.
Not during battles, at least."

576066

>>576064
"The personal quarters is what makes it truly worth it."
I chuckle.

576068

>>576066
Shrug.
"I still feel like sleeping with the rest of the troop is a greater boost for morale.
They are quicker to follow those they know."

576071

>>576068
"Perhaps so."

576074

>>576071
"Anyway. I thank you for the scroll. It has…
Much, in it.
A large spirit majestic to behold."

576078

>>576074
"Well… I will not pretend to understand everything behind it. Have I told you that I am beginning to learn Neighponese?"

576080

>>576078
"No, it's news to me.
How far in are you?"
Lean forward scratching my chin in curiosity.

576083

>>576080
"Oh, practically nowhere. Miss Puzzle and miss Manako will be helping me, but we only just started. As long as I can learn the basics of the language, I will be pleased."

576084

>>576083
"The grammar is… Different from Equestrian, but I would hardly call it harder."
I should bed.

576086

>>576084
"I think it is a very pretty language. Both verbally and the way it is written."
Alright, good night then.

576212

I'll let the final Fertility potion made of Basilisk cool off before bringing it to Cloudy.

I should use this pause to meet some new ponies. I briefly met this dog, Shu was his name, I go see if I can't find him around the ships.

576213

>>576212
You leave the fertility potion behind.

I don't know if BDN is able to play at work.

576214

576215

>>576212
I think Shu is still on his way.
Timesplit so I can deliver the potion to Cloudy?

576216

>>575971
They don't seem to take notice. Roll perception?

>>576215
Okay.

You knock on the door.

576217

>>576216
How did they not notice?

Roll #1 3 = 3

576218

>>576217
They seem very absorbed in each other! They're all wrapped up cuddling (but not lovemaking) and giggling as they stare into each other's eyes.

You have no idea what's going on here.

576219

>>576216
Knock knock.
"Hello, miss Cloudy?"

576220

>>576219
"Yes? Selena? Come in."

576221

>>576218
Shake my head and approach closer.
"Did I miss something important?"

576222

>>576219
Come in with a smile.
"Hello, miss Cloudy. I've got good news."

576223

>>576221
They still seem to take no notice of you.

"Ach, ye sweet bonnie lass."
"Mmmm~ Oh, my sweet sweetie pie."

Something seems… wrong. It puts you on edge.

576224

576225

>>576222
"Oh, come, please, have a seat. You haven't been by in a while – I heard the news! That… well, you can tell me all about it."

576226

Maybe it was a mistake to come here
I was imagining dead bodies piling up for experimentation.

Why do necromancers have to ruin everything?

576227

>>576223
Poke them experimentally.

576228

>>576227
They roll over in their pile of snuggles.

It doesn't look too different from what you imagine you look like with either one of them.

576229

>>576228
But normally they dislike each other…
This certainly does not seem natural.
"Rosemary? Wark? Can you hear me?"

576230

>>576226
I come find you.
And trot up to you.
"Hello, mister….Shuu, I believe it was?"

>>576225
I smile nervously.
"Yes, it was all so sudden for me. I suppose I'm still trying to wrap my head around it…"

576231

>>576229
Rosemary buries her face in Wark's chest. Wark brushes you off with a hoof. "Ach… leave us alone… I'm spendin' time with me lass…"

>>576230
She gives a nervous smile. "I mean, it was… you wanted children, right? I heard things were still uncertain with Face and I was worried that this was all my fault, and you had an accident while doing research for me.."

576232

>>576230
Oh finally! Someone interested!
Quickly brush myself up and put away the snake.

"Yes, hello, Madam. Indeed, it is I. And might I know your name?"

576233

>>576231
"… I will go get help."
Maybe they're hexed or something… go find Abilio.

576234

>>576233
Selena and Cloudy are chatting in the next room.

Abilio is at his desk.

576235

>>576231
"Oh not at all, it was not part of the research at all."
Get out the potion quickly.
"Here, before we talk further let me give you this first."

576236

>>576234
"… Commodore, there is a slight issue going on I may need your aid with. Rosemary and Wark are infatuated with one another. … To the point where they are ignoring the world around them and only have eyes for each other."

576237

>>576235
"Oh, that's a relief… Thank you. What do I owe you?"

576238

>>576236
He looks up from his paperwork.

"Good for them? As long as it doesn't affect our defensive capabilities they're free to do whatever they like."

576239

>>576238
"I do not think you understand. They are completely unresponsive. Unnaturally so."

576240

>>576232
"Selena Springleaf, alchemist. We met briefly in Neighpon."

>>576237
I shake my head.
"I spent one doubloon making sure it was well tested. I don't require anything else. If it makes you happy, I'll be happy."

576241

>>576239
"You think it's a demonic possession? Tartarians are usually more 'blood and thunder' than love and infatuation."

>>576240
"Well, I at least want to make sure you're covered…"

Got 2 doubloons.

576242

>>576240
"Indeed we did. Now, what may I do for you? A pain in the head? Weakness of the limbs? Or perhaps, being YOU is a problem, and you wish to change that?"

576243

>>576241
"I am not a mage, commodore, I do not know what exactly could be causing it, only that it must be magically induced."

576244

>>576243
"Master Tree is our resident spellbreaker."

576245

>>576241
Take the money.
"Thank you. If you're unsatisfied with it, come by and I'll work on something better."
Grin.
"Be careful though, being pregnant, it's quite a hoofful."

>>576242
"I'm quite happy with myself right now. How would that even be possible to change a pony?"

576246

>>576244
"Mmm… very well. I suppose I can ask him for aid with this matter."

576247

>>576245
"Three months… It'll only take me one month to have my foal. I would be nervous, but now that it's so thoroughly tested…"

576248

>>576246
"Excellent. Anything else?"

576249

>>576247
"You're going to ask Abilio to magically accelerate it?"

576250

>>576248
"No, nothing else. Thank you commodore."

576251

>>576249
"Yes. Miss Heart's children turned out fine… Going so fast, I'll swell up like a balloon! It's funny to think that you're the one giving me advice on how my pregnancy will go, but I'll be the one giving you advice for foalbirth."

>>576250
"Good luck with your friends, Miss Heart."

576252

>>576245
Oh, that is the greatest aspect of my craft. Want longer, more beautiful legs? Want a stronger chest? Lungs that can breathe more? That is all within Nature's secrets, and I have claimed many. Surely you, as an alchemist, must have found many secrets too.

576253

>>576251
I laugh and scratch my head.
"Oh boy, I don't even want to think about it right now. That's why I don't want to accelerate it really. I can barely wrap my head around being pregnant right now, having twins already would be too much. I feel I need a little more time."

576254

>>576251
The burdens of work and life are almost too much to bear.
Tree isn't around right now so… I guess I'll go over to where Cloudy and Selena are.

576255

>>576253
"Twins… that sounds so exciting to me. I've waited a long time to have children."

She pauses. "Listen… I can't see so… do you mind if I feel?"

>>576254
They're talking about Selena's pregnancy. Her belly is visibly round and pregnant.

576256

>>576255
I've seen Selena plenty of times to know!
"Miss Springleaf, miss Stripes."

576257

>>576253
My eyes widen.
"Truly? I've heard about such talents but I've never met anyone who could do it. You have an amazing talent mister Shu."

>>576255
"Of course."
Walk closer, grab her hoof and guide it to my belly.

>>576256
Turn my head.
"Hey, Light."

576258

>>576257
"How wonderful… not much movement yet, though."

>>576256
"Hello Miss Heart."

576259

>>576257
"How fare those two bundles of joy and happiness?"

576260

>>576258
"Doc Diamond told me it's a bit too early for that. He could already tell me they're girls however."

576261

>>576259
I chuckle.
"They're hanging in there."

576262

>>576260
"That sounds so nice. If you need somepony to watch them, I'll be happy to volunteer."

576263

>>576262
I grin.
"Oh, I'll keep you to that, miss Cloudy. I won't forget it."

576264

>>576257
"Yes, indeed. Did you remember the battle with that foul leader? I shortened his legs so he would trip. Hahah, stupid, stupid. Now, I'm sure you have a talent as fascinating. Why don't you tell me?"

576265

>>576261
"Very good."

>>576262
>>576263
"The same applies to me, of course."

576266

>>576264
"I'm an alchemist, I make all kinds of potions and chemical concoctions. I'm also studying illusion magic."
Make a doppleganger.

>>576265
"Both of you are too kind…Thank you, I mean it. Thank you."

576267

>>576262
That last comment in >>576266 is also directed towards Cloudy of course.

576268

>>576266
"Interesting. I did study some teleportation magic back in the day, but I am rusty now, so I doubt I can handle it. Chemical concoctions… any interesting medicine you have come across?"

576269

>>576268
"I mostly make standard healing potions. I am currently researching a rather delicate potion to significantly strengthen a heart however."

576270

>>576269
"Very interesting. I hope you will show me the results. Perhaps I can procure some of my medicines through you from now on."

Talk awhile to Queenie in her case.

"What do you think? Is the pretty pony a good friend? Hmmm?"

The cobra probably hisses less threateningly than expected

576271

>>576270
Smile a bit nervously at the snake.
"If you need some medicine, I'd be happy to help. That's what I'm here for."

576272

>>576266
"Oh that's quite alright. It is only natural that I would help a good friend."

576273

>>576271
"There IS an abundance of doctors on this fleet. So I had to make use of more of my talents to distinguish myself. Now.. what did you come here for, again? Is it about the.. children?"

576274

>>576272
"What brings you here?"

>>576273
I chuckle nervously.
"You saw it were twins?"

576275

>>576274
"I am dealing with a bit of an issue. Something is wrong with Rosemary and Wark."

576276

>>576274
"Yes, one can tell. I doubt a pony of your size would have children so big as to want so much space. Two seems a good number."

576277

>>576276
I'm flabbergasted for a second.
"Uh, yes they're twins. Good eye." I say with a tinge of irritation.

>>576275
"Oh dear, what's going on?"

576278

>>576277
"They seem to be infatuated with one another. Unnaturally so. I suspect there is some type of magic at work."

576279

>>576277
Merely keep smiling.
"Well, any concerns? Need any checks?"

576280

Time to pay a visit to Bigass McSlut Heart!

576281

>>576280
Oh dear, here comes thundercunt.
I'll be enjoying my afternoon tea.
"Miss Emrille. What wind has blown you here?"

576282

>>576281
Take a seat somewhere nearby.
"Aww, having tea without me? How rude of you."

576283

>>576282
"I am a true ruffian. Do feel free to share."

576284

>>576283
Pour myself a cup.
"I don't even know how I could ever imagine you were fancy."

576285

>>576284
Just enjoy my tea in silence for a moment before speaking up again.
"What brings you here, miss Emrille? A mere wih to socialize?"

576286

>>576285
"Can't I visit my friends?"

576287

>>576286
"That is what a mere wish to socialize implies."

576288

>>576287
"I know."
Look around.
Are we alone?

576289

>>576288
Most likely not. The kids/Rosemary/Wark are likely here.

576290

>>576289
Pout.
"Though, after we are finished with the tea, I'd like to talk with just you."

576291

>>576290
I smile smugly. I knew there was more to this visit.
"Of course. Would you care for a walk in the clouds?"

576292

>>576291
Smirk back.
"That would be nice~"

576293

>>576292
"How does miss Tela fare? It has been a while since I spoke to her."

576294

>>576293
"She's good. Getting the Hourglass did wonders to her."

576295

>>576294
"That is comforting to hear. And you? Feeling well?"

576296

>>576295
Lay back and sip some more tea.
"I'm pretty well allright. Getting paid did wonders to me!"

576298

>>576296
"You did seem rather stressed for some time during the end stages of the Neighpon campaign."

576299

>>576298
Wave a hoof.
"Eh, that got resolved. No big deal."

576300

>>576299
"That is good to hear as well. It appears you have it all sorted out then."

576301

>>576300
"Life is going swell once again! I just need to get the mansion cleared out properly, some of those boarded up rooms, fuck, they just mess up the overall look."

576302

>>576301
"The higher floors are in quite the state. Rather eerie to walk around there on your lonesome."

576303

>>576302
"I know, right? Imagine what we could do with all the space!"

576304

>>576303
"Our imagination is the limit. The commodore has already given me permission to build a shrine dedicated to the elements in one of them."

576305

>>576304
"We should build a strip club, too…"
Snicker.
"You could get some additional income there, I bet."

576306

>>576305
"Very amusing."

576307

>>576306
"It was a compliment!"

576308

>>576307
"Oh I am certain it was. But please, do refrain from complimenting me in such a way in front of the children."

576309

>>576308
Roll my eyes.
"This is why I hate children. They kill all the fun."

576310

>>576309
I chuckle.
"No need to be quite so dramatic."

576311

>>576310
Shrug.
"Really, it seems to me that everypony but me is obsessed with kids."

576312

>>576311
"Yes, you do seem to loathe them for some odd reason. I was considering asking you to help Grey Worm by giving her some shooting lessons as well, but I imagine I would not be doing you any favors. Instead, I am teaching her to use guns myself."

576313

>>576312
Frown a bit.
"Hey know, I can teach a kid to shoot a gun, better than you I think, no offense, they just better not throw a tantrum or anything. And don't ask me to babysit them."

576314

>>576313
"I happen to be a good shot myself. Knowing how to do something and actually being able to teach someone said skills are two different matters entirely."

576315

>>576314
"I taught that dumb unruly little shit Summer how to shoot pretty well too, didn't I?"

576316

>>576315
"Language please. I suppose you must have."

576317

>>576316
"You think they won't hear a thousand swear words on a pirate fleet?"

576318

>>576279
"My doctor, Diamond Luck, tells me everything is fine for the moment."

576319

>>576317
"Oh I am certain they will, but at the very least I can attempt to keep it at minimum."

576320

>>576319
"Or you could teach them."

576321

>>576320
"Why on earth would I? There are far more useful things to teach."

576322

>>576321
"If you teach them then they won't hear it from others, will they?"

576323

>>576322
"That changes nothing. I appreciate your willingness to advice me on the subject of parenting, but I do believe I have a better grip on it than you have."

576324

>>576323
Snort.
"I'm sure you do."

576325

>>576324
"You do not seem very convinced."

576326

>>576325
"Nah, I'm sure, I mean, you've been tending to two kids you picked up at random for what, like a year now?"

576327

>>576326
"Longer than that, actually. In a few months it will be two years. A few more years and they will both be adult mares, ready to spread their metaphorical wings and fly off to do their own thing."
I smile.

576328

>>576327
"Good riddance, hm?"

576329

>>576328
"Now that is very rude."

576330

>>576329
"They'll be out of your mane, won't they?"

576331

>>576330
"You seem to be implying they are a bother to me. Which they are absolutely not. They may not share any blood with me, but I love them very dearly nonetheless. I would merely be happy that they could finally do their own thing and experience freedom for their own."

576332

>>576278
"That sounds like a love potion…or poison."

576333

>>576332
"Hm? Now who could brew something like that on this fleet?"
Give her a look.

576334

>>576333
"Wait..you're not thinking I made it?!?"

576335

>>576331
"I'm touched, really."
Not really.

576336

>>576334
I chuckle.
"Please. There is no reason to get upset. Perhaps somepony used your ingredients to create a poison like that, if what you say is correct. Or perhaps you had a sample stored someplace which somepony took? In the end it does not matter. I plan on asking mister Tree to dispel whatever magical effect is taking place. I have a suspicion Rosemary herself may know more."

>>576335
"Oh I am sure you are. You were always the compassionate kind of pony."

576337

>>576336
"I don't have any of the ingredients actually….oh well, I don't have most of the ingredients."

576338

>>576336
"A pony of true Kindness."

576339

>>576337
"Oh well."

>>576338
"You are faithless, correct? Perhaps the element of Kindness would be something for you."

576340

>>576339
"It's quite easy to make however…disturbingly easy. I hope mister Tree can fix it soon."

576341

>>576339
"Most faiths require us to do shit that are… ugh. I mean, praying daily, really?"

576342

>>576340
"Oh I am sure he will. He is quite capable when it comes to dispelling magical affects."

>>576341
"You do not need to pray to the elements. They are more… lifestyle like."

576343

>>576342
"And that lifestyle is? What about it's afterlife?"

576344

>>576342
I scrunch.
"Whoever is responsible should be severely punished. Love poison is no joking matter."

576345

>>576343
"Depends on the element. Mine means devotion to family and friends. Happy Puzzle's means being joyful and making those around you laugh and feel good. As for the afterlife, elementalism does not always provide one. But I have seen mine, albeit briefly."

>>576344
"Hm. We shall see."

576346

>>576345
"Is it better than the void?"

576347

>>576346
"Yes."

576348

>>576347
"I might consider it then. Maybe."

576350

>>576348
"You certainly should. Magic, Laughter, Generosity, Honesty, Loyalty and Kindness. What do you see yourself as, miss Emrille?"

576351

>>576350
"… Loyal, I guess? I'm a bit magical too, though."

576352

>>576351
"A 'bit' is hardly enough, I'm afraid. As I said, it is a lifestyle."

576353

>>576352
"I do set ponies on fire on a regular basis."

576354

>>576353
"Fire is a natural element. You would need to worship nature instead."

576355

>>576354
"I do it with magic."

576356

>>576355
"And shamans never use magic?"

576357

>>576356
"Do shamans teleport bullets?"

576358

>>576357
"I would hope not, or we would be in a heap of trouble if we ever visit the Mothersgrove."

576359

>>576358
"See, so that should count as magic!"
Point at my cutie mark with my wing.
"Not to mention that whole ordeal with my mark."

576360

>>576359
"One magic trick is hardly enough for the element of magic, I'm afraid. You would need to be devoted to the likes of commodore Abilio."

576361

>>576360
"Magic is out of the question then, I guess."

576362

>>576361
"Then Loyalty?"

576363

>>576362
"That works for me."

576364

>>576363
"Loyalty to… your friends?"

576365

>>576364
"And to contracts, too!"

576366

>>576365
"Hmmm. Well that is a given, I suppose. A mercenary who does not follow her contracts would not do good business."

576367

>>576366
"But I do, don't I?"

576368

>>576367
"You hardly have a choice as a mercenary, in any case."

576369

>>576368
"You don't look down on mercs, do you?"

576370

>>576369
I chuckle.
"I was one myself for years. Why would I look down on myself?"

576371

>>576370
"You sounded like you judged mercs."

576372

>>576371
"Well, I will be certain to let you know when I do end up judging mercenaries, given your apparant fascination with the subject."

576373

>>576372
"Should have stayed a jenny more, smartass."
Smirk.

576374

>>576373
"I would not want to tread on miss September's territory."

576375

>>576374
"How very polite of you."

576376

>>576375
"Please, remember who you are speaking to."

576377

>>576376
"Speaking of which, about that cloudwalk?"

576378

>>576377
Drink up the rest of my tea and place the cup on the table.
"Of course. Let us."

576379

>>576378
Drink up as well and stand up.
"Right behind your behind~"

576380

>>576379
Go outside and take flight. To the clouds.

576382

>>576380
Fly after her.

576383

>>576382
Land on one of the clouds and look around.
"Well, it looks like we're pretty clear."

576384

>>576383
Land beside you.
"Fucking finally!"

576385

>>576384
Just idly stroll ahead on the cloud, looking at the fleet below us.
"They look like toy boats from up here…"

576386

>>576385
Trot calmly after.
"I wish I had a toy to call my own already."

576387

>>576386
"You mean Tela?"

576388

>>576387
Snicker.
"I have her already."
Flip a wing towards the fleet.
"A toy like that. With shitloads of cannons and ponies looking up to me, waiting for my commands like dogs for a bone."

576389

>>576388
"A mare with great ambitions and no morals, I wouldn't bet against you."

576390

>>576389
Grin with determination.
"A ship is just the first step… One of these days, I'll be commodore. I'll have a fleet, and more. A mercenary company of my own, with the best killers in Equestria and beyond.
There will be no job too big."

576391

>>576390
"Ha! Is that why you wanted to be alone with me? To reveal your ambitions and aspirations in life?"

576392

>>576391
Shake my head.
"Just musing, now that you brought it up, no…

But just imagine the money a company like that would make."

576393

>>576392
"Maybe you should ask one of the already existing mercenary companies. There's plenty out there."

576394

Perhaps stumble upon the little insect of a pone as I go grab something to sew up some mast.
"Hey. What makes a small thing like you go wander around here? "

576395

>>576394
"Curiosity mister chip. There are a lot of new faces, maybe with new things to fix too!"

576396

>>576395
I nod.
"You tell me about it just as I am to fix these age-old moldy masts, damn menial may have left it wet for a month or so and now you can tell its one heck of a mess."

I then look at you and sit.
"Ha, looks like these are the few times I got to talk to a pretty small cretin like you. Kinda of a rarity if you ask an old sea-dog like me who has seen many things in me life."
"Well not… 'that' old mind you but perhaps I will spare you the details."

576397

>>576396
Nod "you have a story you wish to share mister chip?"

576398

>>576397
I smile and relax.
"What made you take interest in anything that I got to share? I got some things that I know from here and there and it looks like both of us got time."
I then erlax.
"So what does Manako wants to learn about?"

576399

>>576398
I float close to your head thinking a bit. " hmm I most want to learn how things are built, how things work, all kinds of things. Bones, ships, tall buildings, small gadgets."

576400

>>576393
"Pscht, fuck them. I'm going to make my own, and they will have two choices, join or die."

576401

>>576400
Well, we all have our own little fantasies I suppose.
"I see. So tell me, why are we here?"

576402

>>576401
"I sort of told Tela that you aren't as fancy as you lead others to believe, but she didn't understand."

576403

>>576399
"Ah, then you've come to the right dog, Manako." I smile and stand up.
"I assume you already know I am a bit knowledgeable about repairing ships and stuff. I know how to make it work. I also have a bit of knowledge about basic dungeoneering, underground places and what to expect, like traps for example, but that is my limit in my expertise around building stuff. I can show you the rope if you are willing but that really depends because there are other crew members who are interesting and qualified to teach you about building stuff."
"Say have you met Ms, Topaz or Yasvina the Gilder?"

576405

>>576403
Smile "whenever you have time i'd be honored to follow you and learn what you have to teach. Chip. Can I call you sensei chip in that case?" I bow respectfully

576406

>>576402
"… Why exactly?"

576407

>>576406
"Long story… but you trust her just as much as you trust me, don't you?"

576408

>>576407
"… Maybe."

576409

>>576408
"Maybe?"

576410

>>576405
I bite my lips and look sideways as I blush.
"eerr…. that sounds kind of…. good. I would not stop you if you insist."

"As for the teaching stuff, I can teach you a lot about wood and stuff. Perhaps we can start with how to make a designs, what do you think?" I grin.

576411

>>576409
"Well… yes. Sure I do."

576412

>>576411
"You didn't seem convinced.
If you have something to say, spit it out."

576413

>>576410
Make an excited fist pump and reply. "That is a great place to start. Have you been to the workshop? Its a great place to learn and work in this kind of thing "

576414

>>576412
Shake my head.
"I got nothing."

576415

>>576413
I scratch my head in embarassment.
"Well there are so many things done here and there, meeting new people and associating things that needed to be done so I really find little time visiting the new workshop. Perhaps you can show me about it."

576416

>>576414
"Why did you say maybe then?"

576417

>>576416
Just shrug.

576418

>>576417
Roll my eyes.
"For fuck's sake…"

576419

>>576418
"So what now? You want to re-introduce me to your girlfriend?"

576420

>>576419
"Maybe I do. She didn't believe me."

576421

>>576420
"And then what?"

576422

>>576415
"Sure. We can go there anytime you want sensei! But what about the sail?"

576423

>>576421
"A threesome, fucked if I know, I'm just saying if you trust me you can trust her as well."

576424

>>576422
I look at it.
"Oh! Oh, yes alright help me in here, I'll cut out this whole, rotten section and we will make sure to replace it with a layer of fresh clean sail's. You can sew things together in the right place aye?"
Begin repairing.
'1d10+2'

Roll #1 2 + 2 = 4

576425

>>576423
"Telling someone you're trustworthy is ussually a bad sign. Just saying. I trust Tela and all, but I don't need anyone telling me that."

576426

>>576424
"I'll do my best sensei!"
'1d10' sewing roll

Roll #1 6 = 6

576427

>>576426
"Aye there! That is some mighty good work there for a beginner, Where did you learn about sewing?"

576428

>>576425
"Oh, no, my plot is ruined, I actually planned to murder you and take your children."
Hold my hooves up.
"You got me."

576429

>>576428
"Hm. No need to joke about it."

576430

>>576427
Rub my head a bit. "Thank you sensei but Its just a basic stitch. Not all that good."

576431

>>576429
"Seriously. I just think she might get along with you better if she knew you more. Which means she'll be more loyal. And isn't loyalty what matters so much to you?

Tell me if I'm wrong about this."

576432

>>576431
"Maybe. Just seems like a weird thing to do. Like coming out of the closet and telling your parents you're gay or something."

576433

>>576432
Snort.
"Sorry, I'm afraid I'm not sure how that must feel."

576434

>>576430
I double look again at the stitch and just chuckle.
"Aye that is true, but work is work and every kind of appreciated by me."

576435

>>576434
Giggle a bit. "You're too kind sensei chip."

576436

>>576433
"Neither do I… I never told my parents I like making love to mares as well as stallions."

576437

>>576436
"Why would that bother anypony anyway?"

576438

>>576435
I raise an eyebrow.
"Am I? Why thank you." I bow at you in imitation of a neighpon bow.
'1d10'
"Wait, did I do that right?" I chuckle.

Roll #1 9 = 9

576439

>>576438
Nod furiously "that was alnost perfect sensei. But a dog should lean slightly more forward with the paw more curled up. Then it would be totally perfect." I explain while moving my hooves as I talk.

576440

>>576437
"Well… it's not that two mares having sex is forbidden in Dixie. A mare can make love to a mare, but a mare can't love a mare, is what it boils down to. Heck, most ponies wouldn't even care as long as you still have a husband and kids. The gentry almost never marries out of love and it's not completely rare for husband and wife to barely spend time with each other."

576441

>>576440
"That's marriage for you."

576442

>>576441
"I guess."

576443

>>576439
"Ah I see, it kinda hard to do that with my paws curled but I can do that. Well thanks for pointing that out."I observe with interest.

576444

>>576442
"Ever met people who were disgusted by dykes?"

576445

>>576444
"More than I could ever count."

576446

>>576445
"Did you shoot them in the face?"

576447

>>576443
"Of course sensei chip. I'm honored to share what I know with you."

576448

>>576446
"Of course not. If I went around shooting random people, I'd have gotten a big bounty on my head in no time. That was bad for business. And for my health."

576449

>>576447
"Alright help me out with these
I then reach out the stitched up sails and began to fold.
'1d10'
"Say after folding up and storing these maybe you can teach me some of those fancy Neighpon classy things you ponies do. I admit I am the crass type so I would be glad to know the finer points of acting like a person in front of the ladies."

Roll #1 9 = 9

576450

>>576448
"I know I shot stallions in the dick who called me a filthy lesbian. Some mares in the cunt too."

576451

>>576449
"Ooh. I will do my best sensei.. is there some lady in particular you want to impress?"
'1d10' help fold

Roll #1 10 = 10

576452

>>576450
"Am I supposed to be impressed or something?"

576453

>>576451
Well that will make these sails mold or whatever more proof. I then stacked it up in a dry corner and keep it a bit clean.
I kept quiet for a moment before stopping and thinking.
"Well too bad that the time of impressing has been gone already but there are other ladies that I can use that kind of special talent. " I grin.

576454

>>576452
"Maybe."

576455

>>576453
"Would it be too soon to ask who you have your eye on?"

576456

>>576455
I chuckle.
"Well I have lots of ladies that I have my eyes on apparently. I like to see who of them best fit for me."

576457

>>576456
"Hmm I see.. I guess that's smart. So if you are turned down you are not crushed."

576458

>>576454
"We're all liars here, Emrille. I judge ponies by their actions, not their words. Words are too easily twisted and bent around."

576459

>>576458
"You want me to shoot someone in their party parts? I'm afraid it's just the two of us up here, and I wouldn't want to ruin your cunt."

576460

>>576459
"You wouldn't dare harm a single hair on my body."

576461

>>576460
"Well, under some circumstances I might bite you~"

576462

>>576461
"I prefer to do the biting myself, really."

576463

>>576462
"Do you?"

576464

>>576463
"Yes."

576465

>>576457
Just stare at the ground for a moment.
"Yes, apparently. It is a bad feeling I can tell you that.."

576466

>>576464
Mock your voice.
"We're all liars here, Light Heart. I judge ponies by their actions, not their words."

576467

>>576466
"I would show you, but angering Tela isn't something I really strive for."

576468

>>576467
"I don't see Tela up here."

576469

>>576468
"Are you seriously asking me to fuck right here on this cloud?"

576470

>>576469
"Whoa, who was talking about fucking? I'm not going to cheat on Tela. We were talking about biting!"

576471

>>576470
"That just seems pointless."
Look down.
"Honestly, I should probably get going. Too much shit on my plate that I need to wipe off and my tea hour is long over."

576472

>>576465
"I.. am really afraid of feeling that way.. but.. I know hircus chan will help if it happened. He may be a baka yagi, but he's.. she's a good friend."

576473

>>576471
"Don't we all? I made a deal with Abilio for some gold so I'll have to make Cloudy happy tonight."
Snicker.

576474

>>576473
"Really? What kind of deal?"

576475

>>576474
"A secret deal~"

576476

>>576472
I look at you a bit confused.
"Baka… what?"

576477

>>576475
"I think Cloudy is afraid of me."

576478

>>576477
"She is afraid of a lot of ponies."

576479

>>576476
"Idiot goat."

576480

>>576478
"I look up to her, honestly. Thrown out of the house as a child but still surviving and doing this well in life? All of this with that condition? It's humbling."

576481

>>576480
"What baffles me the most is that we have a blind pony for us to handle the maps."

576482

>>576481
"Well… braille is a thing."

576483

>>576479
"He's not a goat?" I chuckle.
"Say why are you… kind of acting like that hmmm?" I raised an eyebrow.

576484

>>576483
"I.. kind of.. his do you say it… 'have a crush' with someone, but he may not want a relationship at all so all my effort might be wasted.."

576485

>>576482
"Not for maps. I think. I was talking with her about maps and shit, and there are no bumpy seacharts."

576486

>>576485
"It's got to be something magical, maybe they're enchanted maps or something."

576487

>>576486
"Probably. Y'know how those two are with magic."

576488

>>576487
"They're such a cute couple."

576489

>>576484
I look at you and give you an incredibly teasing smile
"Ohohoho…. wait till baka-gajin Flowing tree hear about this!" I pretend to walk straight to the door slowly.

576490

>>576488
"..eh, they sort of are."

576491

>>576489
I squeak in fear and hurry after you. "Sensei wait! You can't tell him!! "

576492

>>576490
"I'll hate the day we have to say goodbye to them."

576493

So… who have I not talked to in a while?

576494

>>576492
"The day when I'll become Commodore, you mean."

576495

>>576489
>>576491
I walk into the room.
"Hi uncle Chip! Hi bugpony!"

576496

>>576494
"I'm pretty sure September will be taking over the torch. Or Marsh. One of the two."

576497

>>576491
I stop and chuckle.
"Yes.. yes its all in jest. I dont plan too."

I then sit down and look at you with curiosity.
"Hmmm…. so this is a really odd kind of relationship now that I look at it. Flowing Tree is a strict and kind of an honor-bound stallion when I got to talk to him. Very very proud of his sword I can tell you that. He looks like a good choice for a mare to have a crush on."
"So what do you find about him that is interesting?"

576498

>>576496
"Are you?"

576499

>>576495
>>576497
>>576491
"Yes, please," I chuckle from the shadows where I was eavesdropping, "do tell. I'm curious as well."

576500

>>576497
"Well um.. he.. showed me I'm more than just a fae.. and he's strong and.."
>>576495
I blush harder when I see you "o-oh hey there little Fly chan. And my name is manako."

576501

>>576498
"Well, they have seniority and more experience."

576502

>>576499
"Aah you're here too!"
I turn completely red. "Baka yagi.. sneaking up like that.."

576503

>>576500
>>576499
>>576495
I scratch my head seeing everyone and all the happening.
"O.. oh my." I scratch my head.

>>576495
I pat your head.
"Hello there, how are you doing Fly?"

>>576499
I then look at you for a moment before gulping.

576504

>>576500
"Right."

>>576497
I try to climb up your back.

576505

>>576503
I laugh and press my head into your paw before going back to climbing.
"Fine. How are you?"

576506

>>576504
>>576505
Chuckle at you a bit "more cat than bird I see."

576507

>>576502
"Hey, it's what I do."
Smirk and put my chin on my hooves as I lean forward expectantly.
"So… you were telling us what you find so dreamy about Tree? Something about him being strong?"
>>576503
"Hey Chip~ Been a while."
>>576505
"And you're here too! You've grown."

576508

>>576506
I laugh.
"I'm bored!"

>>576507
"Yup!"

576509

>>576508
"So, what sort of mischief have you been getting into lately? Giving menials heart attacks by pranking them?"

576510

>>576504
"Ahaha! Alright there you go." Help her up on my shoulder and let her stay there.
"Alright, but no pecking on my ears okay?" I grin playfully.

>>576505
"Lots of work and stuffs to be done, so far there are many people aboard the ship that are kind of new to me and you so we officers are sorting them out and getting to know them. As for work, I am here helping Manako with chore's and…. private stuff." I smile

>>576507
"I… its been awhile." I look at you and look at your flank, trying to confirm something.

576511

>>576507
"Umm well he is.. I mean.. " blushing furiously I kind of punch and slice the air. "He's so fast. Takes down enemies rooms at a time! And he's so kind too!"

576512

>>576510
Wriggle my flank and smirk up at you as I flutter my lashes.
"Still the same as last time, sweetie~"
>>576511
"Really? What makes you say that he's kind?"

576513

>>576509
"Cutting up dead things."

>>576510
I grin and bite one of your ears before sitting on your shoulder like a parrot.
"You are helping Manako with her privates? You aren't supposed to touch people there."

576514

>>576512
"Umm he is just.. nice to me.. really nice.." I smile a bit at the memory.

576515

>>576513
"Fly! Thats not what is happening!!" I blush harder again.

576516

>>576514
"…Huh… maybe you've got a better shot than I thought."
Glance around at the room.
"Looks like you've been keeping yourself busy. What you working on?"
>>576513
"Oh? You aren't making more dead things, are you? Because I'm pretty sure that's not allowed."

576517

>>576506
I blush at you as I chuckle.
"N.. no silly. I mean about her private stories little one, not about that. Besides Manako kind of likes to share what is her thoughts about Flowing Tree, though I still have no idea if she wants help about it or not."

>>576514
I smile.
"Well that is an aspect of his that I havent seen yet. Flowing Tree seems so serious all the time… well in public that is."

576518

>>576501
"Yeah, but Abilio has the last word, doesn't he?"

576519

>>576515
"Oh. What's wrong with your privates?"

>>576516
I laugh.
"I'm making less, silly!"

>>576517
"Ooooooooh."

576520

>>576518
I chuckle.
"He has his vote, the others have theirs. You know the fleet is a democracy."

576521

>>576512
I gulp.
"Well… you really are liking that new form of yours are you Hircus?"

576522

>>576517
>>576516
"Uhh well of course he is formal in the field if one wastes time kissing like miss emrille and lady trla did then you die!" I say quickly
"Maybe he is just treating me nice because he is a friend and I really have no chance.. if only I were bigger it would be easier.."
Sigh
"As for what I'm working on its something to help with battle. But its not ready so I don't want everyone to see it yet.. and chip is going to be my sensei and show me some things about how the ship works and how to work better with wood."

576523

>>576519
"Oh… Well, that's good to hear. So, where you from? I don't think you ever told me."
>>576521
Chuckle at that.
"As a matter of fact, I am. It's… interesting, to say the least."

576524

>>576519
"Fly stop saying that! Nothing is wrong with me!"

576525

>>576523
I squint down at you.
"It's a secret."

>>576524
"Sorry."

576526

>>576522
"I'm his friend, and he doesn't treat me that nice. Stop talking yourself down; you're great just the way you are."

576527

>>576525
Sigh "its okay.."

576528

>>576520
"There's Cloudy too… and you."

576529

>>576525
"Fair enough. Anything that isn't a secret that you can tell me?"

576530

>>576526
"Maybe he doesn't treat you nice because you act like a baka yagi" I say teasingly.

576531

>>576528
"Me? I'm not sure who to vote for yet, actually. I'm investigating first."

576532

>>576527
I nod.
"You already told me your privates are alright."

>>576529
"Uh-huh. You're weird."

576533

>>576525
>>576527
"Alright now. I think everyone can be calm once in awhile." I then pat Fly's head affectionately.

"Its okay Fly, you are still a young griff but in time you will learn." I nuzzle Fly.

576534

>>576530
"Well… so what?" I huff and look away.
>>576532
Give her a deadpan look.
"Everypony knows that."

576535

>>576534
Boop your nose stealthily '1d10'

Roll #1 7 = 7

576536

>>576531
"Well, I'd be counting on you."

576537

>>576533
>>576532
"Aww that's cute.. if the lady you want to charm saw this she would certainly love you." I say while folding my hooves and nodding.

576538

>>576536
"You're not the only one, sadly."

576539

>>576533
I nuzzle back against you.

>>576534
I shrug.
"I guess."

576540

>>576538
"But I'm the prettiest pegasus counting on it, and we have to stick together, don't we?"

576541

>>576535
Scrunch and look around annoyedly.
"Who did that?!"
>>576539
"So where's that weird guy who usually follows you around?"

576542

>>576541
"Guarding my stuff."

576543

>>576541
Snicker softly "I didn't see anything "

576544

>>576537
I just lower my head and gulp.
"…. thanks for dat."

>>576539
"Good. I hope you are learning as of now how to properly talk with everyone are you Fly?" I smile.

576545

>>576543
Give you a flat look, then start giggling.
"You're a terrible liar, you know that?"
>>576542
"Smart. So, who you been hanging out with lately?"

576546

>>576523
I then look at you and smile and bite my lips a bit.
"Oh… it is interesting indeed."

576547

>>576544
"You can do it chip sensei! " I say in a cheer leader voice while fist pumping the air.

576548

>>576544
"Uh-huh. I'm good at talking to people."

>>576545
"No one. Selena's been acting funy."

576549

>>576545
Giggle "and you make kawaii faces now Hircus chan!"

576550

>>576540
"Look, Emrille, we're friends. We've been through a lot together. Fought together, bled together, died together. All of that. But honestly? I don't know if you'll make for a better commodore than Marsh or September. They're both far more experienced than you are and, let's be honest here, both of them are not the biggest fans of you."

576551

>>576550
"Things change, Light Heart, and ambition can do a lot of things."

576552

>>576548
"Ah… yeah…"
Chuckle nervously.
>>576546
"You little perv. You're mind's someplace dirty isn't it?~"
Bump hips with him.
>>576549
"Ka-what?"
Blink and look around.
"Though, that does remind me… There's something I wanted to talk to you about."

576553

>>576551
"It can. The mutiny was a good example of that."

576554

>>576552
"What is it? Should we talk here or go to one of your famous dark corners?"

576555

>>576553
"I'll make sure to tell you my plans of killing our friends and turning into a dragon."

576556

>>576555
I snort.
"Thanks. Seriously though, what would you do if you were in charge of the fleet? What do you know about leading a group as large as this?"

576557

>>576547
I smile warmly.
"Thanks, with that spirit of your I think you can do it too with… him."

>>576548
"Now now, this is good practice so learn." I nod.

576558

>>576556
"It can't be that hard, with the help of the right ponies."

576559

>>576557
"I'm learning, I'm learning."

576560

>>576552
I then gulp.
"Ahahaha,. well not really but I admit it is kind of someplace remvoed away from here."

576561

>>576557
>>576552
Look surprised at the two of you. "Oh. I see "

576562

>>576554
"Here is fine… it's about this thing called "makeup…""
>>576560
>>576561
"Hmn?"

576563

>>576558
"Really? Can't be that hard? You're not exactly filling me with confidence here, Emrille."

576564

>>576563
"It's all about managing the supplies and keeping ponies happy between your goals."

576565

>>576561
>>576562
I turn suddenly
"W.. What do you see?"

576566

>>576561
I look at them both.
"What are we seeing?"

576567

>>576564
"And what experience do you have in that? Compared to September? Who has been on this fleet for nearly 20 years? And Marsh? Who used to be in charge of supplies as quartermaster?"

576568

>>576566
I turn to you.
"Is there something to be seen?"

576569

>>576568
I shrug.

576570

>>576567
"Yeah, that's a lot of experience, they are doing a good job where they are. So they can continue to put that experience to good use, at the positions they are."

576571

>>576570
"We might as well promote Rosemary to commodore then."

576572

>>576571
"She's too much of a bottom bitch, isn't she?"

576573

>>576572
"You'd be surprised."

576574

>>576573
"Pretty sure I would."

576575

>>576574
"Exactly."

576576

>>576562
"What..?!"
>>576566
>>576565
"I see that Hircus Chan and sensei chip may want some space.." I say in a teasing tone

576577

>>576576
"Why?"

576578

>>576575
"We'll see how the biscuit crumbles, I guess."

576579

>>576565
>>576576
"Oh… Oh!" Chuckle and shake my head.
"Nah, right now I'm here to talk to you. Still, I guess you noticed, huh?"

576580

>>576576
"Oh, the makeup…"
Blush and fidget a little.
"Well, Selena first told me about it… but then Aloe offered to help me use some, and when I told her how little I know about it she… seemed to think it was a bad thing…"

576581

>>576576
>>576579
I gulp.
"Ah… well, no. Not right now." I grin.

576582

NPCs online

576583

>>576582
I had an appointment with Abilio and Cloudy.

576584

>>576578
"I guess so. Abilio's not gone yet after all. Things could still happen in the meantime."

576585

>>576582
And Sylt is gone already. Dammit.

Uh… how about a visit to Marsh?

576586

>>576584
"You can never know where the wind blows."

576587

>>576582
Perhaps I can arrange talk with Abilio and ms. Topaz?

576588

>>576582
I believe I need to meet with the Necbromancers?

576589

>>576580
"Hmm well we could fix you up. Don't worry. I think you would need to borrow from Selena chan for now thou. My make up wouldn't be enough to cover your hoof tips!"

576590

>>576586
"Right. Well, let's get back to the fleet. Nice talking to you again."

576591

>>576589
"It's not about that, Aloe offered to provide the rest if I get some jewelry and 'lipstick'… I just, uh… would you mind helping when the time comes? I trust you and, uh, am kinda out of my element here."

576592

>>576582
We were….here.
>>576263
>>576267

576593

>>576590
"Yeah, it was. Oh, right, one more thing. Would you be okay with pranking Selena?"

576594

>>576593
"What?"

576595

>>576594
"Just a harmless little prank. You'll know when it's coming."

576596

>>576595
"… We'll see, I guess."

576597

>>576589
>>576591
I just scratch my head at girl talk and just listen.

576598

>>576596
"Thanks. Ta-ta~"

576599

>>576263
"Of course."

>>576588
Yes. According to rumor they're hanging out on the Darklantern in one of the rooms.

>>576587
You'd have to ask me.

>>576585
He has the helm.

>>576583
Dinner? Or the next day?

576600

>>576599
Saunter up to him.
"Captain."

576601

>>576599
Dinner.

576602

>>576587
Ask each**

>>576600
"Yes?"

>>576601
You're back at your proper size. Dinner has been delivered, and Abilio has cleared off his desk. Cloudy came over after she finished speaking to Selena.

576603

>>576599
I grin.
"I have to talk to Abilio now. Say, if you have some time during the coming weeks, mind if I drop by for a little tea?"

576604

>>576603
"Alright… Very well."

576605

>>576602
"We're going to use your desk as the table?"

576606

>>576599
Head to the Darklantern's pub, I believe it is?

576607

>>576602
"Mind if we talk for a moment?"

576608

>>576604
Okay, what is Abilio doing?

576609

>>576605
"Normally we just eat on the bed."

>>576606
That's not where they are. Instead you go to the room they're staying in. There are loud sounds from within. Music among those sounds.

>>576607
"Alright. What is it?"

>>576608
Talking to Emrille.

576610

>>576609
In that case, they won't notice if I just open the door and waltz on in. What's with all the racket?

576611

>>576609
"Well, whatever works."
Get myself a chair or something.

576612

>>576609
Ah. I drop by.
"Excuse me, Abilio. Sorry for interrupting but is it alright if I come by again after you've had dinner?"

576613

>>576609
"When commodore Abilio retires from his position of commodore… would you step forward as a potential successor?"

576614

>>576602
>>576599
Lets go to Topaz first.
"Greetings miss Topaz.." I peek inside playfully with a smile as I enter before nodding to her with respect..

576615

>>576610
This room is a mess. There are articles of clothing and half-finished foods laying all over the floor, but more troublingly there are skeletons everywhere frantically playing music as loud as they can.

In the back, there are some smug looking unicorns lounging on a couch, an armchair, and a bean-bag chair. All of them look pretty buff. One of them wears glasses.

>>576612
"That sounds fine to me."

>>576613
"That's a matter for myself and Captain September to discuss behind closed doors."

>>576614
"Back again?"

576616

>>576615
I excuse myself and go back to the lab.
Is Aloe still here?

576617

>>576611
There's a chair on your side of the desk anyway.

"Hmmm… it's good to have white sauce again."

576618

>>576616
Yes. She's cleaning up from earlier.

576619

>>576615
"So the two of you are the only possible successors."

576620

>>576615
Head over to the unicorns, doing my best to avoid the skeletons and not get a burst eardrum from their music.
"Excuse me, but I was wondering if you guys could help me with something."

576621

>>576617
Take a seat.
"What now?"

576622

>>576618
"Hey. Can I help?"
Don't wait for an answer and start helping, I've done this before.

576623

>>576615
"I am back, cause I like to talk with ya. I mean I like you and Commodore Abilio to be here together so we can discuss together if my plan to add a magic conductor attached to the mast of the ship, if it is even a good idea by the least."

576624

>>576619
"By tradition Emrille is technically eligible. I think that's so unlikely I wouldn't even invite her to the discussion."

>>576620
"WHAT BRA? I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"

"YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO TALK LOUDER BRA!"

"YEAH SPEAK UP BRA!"

>>576621
He gives you an amused look. "Should we bless this meal?"

>>576622
There's not much work left. You get it done.

"Well, that was a busier day than the last few."

>>576623
"Well, we could talk about it. Bring him here, then."

576625

>>576624
"YOU GUYS KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GHOSTS?"

576626

>>576624
I wipe my head.
"And many more to come."
Turn to her.
"Want a cup of tea before we leave?"

576627

>>576624
"I'm not religious."

576628

>>576624
"… Why is she eligible?"

576629

>>576625
"YEAH BRA."

"YEAH I TOOK A MINOR IN GHOSTOLOGY BRA."

"WOOOO! GHOST PARTY BRA! BUST OUT THE KEGS!"

"DRINK! DRINK! DRINK! DRINK!"

>>576626
"Leave?"

>>576627
"I didn't think so."

With that, he cuts into his mushrooms.

Cloudy smiles. "It's good. I'm glad we can eat the good stuff on a regular basis now."

>>576628
"Assuming Abilio and Cloudy leave at the same time, she'd be the highest ranking officer on the Darklantern. This is the same method by which Smitts became commodore."

576630

>>576629
"…You're going to sleep here?"

576631

>>576630
"It's quieter here. I've got a bedroll in the corner."

576632

>>576629
"Ah. I take it you are not a fan of miss Emrille?"

576633

>>576629
"I wonder who you can thank for that, y'know, for dealing with all the shit back at the ching chongs."
Start eating.

576634

>>576624
"Ah alright then, I'll go and see if he's there." I nod to Miss Topaz as I leave and go back on the deck to see and meet Abilio.

576635

>>576632
"Listen, I know you're close, so I'm not going to go on an on about this. This isn't a matter of like or dislike. She can't run the fleet. That's all I have to say about that."

>>576633
"You're right! We should think of some way to thank Abilio for organizing the operation and directing the whole thing."

"Oh, that's not necessary. Seeing the fleet flourish is enough of a reward."

The good's good. It's still a little hot, but the white sauce is a flash of flavor you haven't been able to enjoy in a long time.

>>576634
Abilio is having dinner presently.

576636

>>576629
Holy jeez, what are these guys, twelve? I think this music's killed all their brain cells.
"DID YOU KNOW THIS SHIP IS HAUNTED?"

576637

>>576635
"We are friends, yes, but I agree. Friends or not, she lacks the experience and wisdom of a leader."

576638

>>576635
Mhhm.
Talk while eating.
"Yeah, remember how well he took the castle? Or that one time he fought the assassin and his goons."

576639

>>576635
Cant disturb the man now can we. Anyway lets go around deck for now and see who we might bump into the night.

576640

>>576631
I chuckle as I set some tea.
"The menials do get loud from time to time. I might put my own bedroll here."

576641

>>576636
"YEAH BRA! PRETTY SWEET HUH?"

"GHOST SHIP! WOOOOOO!"

A skeleton approaches you with a keg.

"KEG'S HERE! DRINK!"

>>576637
"Well, that settles that."

>>576638
Cloudy boops you. "Don't talk with your mouth full! I thought you wanted to be a fancy pony."

>>576639
There's a goat here. He's not Hircus.

>>576640
"Fine by me honey. You don't want your foals runnin around the equipment, though."

Skip to morning so you can work on your next potion?

576642

>>576641
I did tell Abilio I'd come around shortly after the dinner.

576643

>>576641
"I would be more than happy to support either yourself or captain September."

576644

>>576641
Eh, why not? I'll drink from the keg.
…cautiously, though.
"I WANT TO TALK TO THE GHOST! THINK YOU CAN HELP ME?"

576645

>>576641
Approach the goat.
"Enjoying the sea breeze are we?"

576646

>>576641
Shrug, but keep eating.
"It's just us now. And not like it matters to you, you can't see it."

576647

>>576642
Well, do whatever.

>>576643
"We'll work that out. You don't need to worry about it."

>>576644
"WOOO!"

"DRINK! DRINK! DRINK!"

This stuff is high proof! It's incredibly bitter.

"YEAHHHH! WE TALK TO GHOSTS! GHOST WHISPERER! WOOOOO!"

"HEY, BRAS, LET'S MAKE SOME PIZZA!"

"GHOST PARTY PIZZA BRA!"

>>576645
"Just antsy. Yourself?"

>>576646
She boops you again.

"I can hear it, dear."

576648

>>576647
It's just a short thing.
I want to get on with the experiments as soon as possible.
"Hello again, Abilio. Had a good dinner?"

576649

>>576647
…Damn, these guys are annoying. If they weren't the first lead I'd gotten on this ghost, I'd have left already. As it is, it looks like I'll have to herd them back to the subject at hand.
"COULD WE GO TALK TO IT NOW?"

576650

>>576648
"Only minor hiccups."

I really don't like splitting time, so it better be.

576651

>>576647
"Just waiting for a friend to finish dinner with her wife." I stretch what does he look like?
"Mind telling me what makes you pretty wired up?"

576652

>>576647
"As you say, captain. One more thing though… Tall or wide?"

576653

>>576649
"PARTY'S NOT OVER, BRA! SIT DOWN AND ENJOY YOURSELF!"

"YOU LIKE TUNES BRA?"

>>576652
"What?"

576654

>>576647
Okay, swallow the food before speaking now.
"Fine, fine.
Geez."

576655

>>576651
He looks pretty beefy. He has a huge backpack full of who-knows-what.

"Eh, I'm used to hiking around the world. Sailing is a whole lot of sitting still."

576656

>>576654
She gives you a little hug. "Good!"

Abilio smiles. "How's your food?"

576657

>>576650
It's just one thing I have to say and one question.
"I gather you've heard the news already?"

576658

>>576653
"The structure of the fleet. Do you prefer expanding the amount of vessels or to keep it to a miminum of larger ships?"

576659

>>576656
Smile.
"Pretty good, I have to say."

576660

>>576655
I chuckle
"Well it is faster than walking if you ask me. not to mention that hiking around can get pretty tiring. But that is just me."

I extend a hand.
"Chip."

576661

>>576653
Elements give me strength…
"…sure, why not." I groan half-heartedly as I look for someplace that at least looks comfortable to sit down.

576662

>>576657
"News? Old news, you must mean. Yes, if I hadn't heard it, I could see it."

>>576658
"That's a long way away. A lot of things could change between now and then."

>>576659
"Well, one of the perks of being commodore is a little more food freedom. I'm glad you enjoy it."

>>576660
He shakes it heartily.

"Winston. I think there's something to be gained from the exercise, though."

>>576661
"WOOOO!"

"WOOOOOOOO!"

You spend the next few hours 'enjoying' the loud music, pizza, and booze. In this time, you learn that the necbromancers are named Aquinas, Locke, Hobbes, and Rousseau respectively, and they've come here from Equestria.

576663

>>576662
"That is true, but I am still curious what your preference would be."

576664

>>576662
"Hmmm… mighty of you. I respect that." I nod as I look at the sea, being dazzled at its beauty and its depth.
"Say sir Winston, what makes you go and ride with the fleet. You dont look like the type I would see being present in one."

576665

>>576662
I chuckle.
"Yes, I suppose it's not a secret anymore. Abilio, you've known my mother..did she ever speak about any siblings she might have had or family?"

576666

>>576662
"I could get used to eating fancy!"

576667

>>576663
"I don't think it makes sense to make a judgment without that information. There is no one right answer."

>>576664
"Exploration. Pushing back the corners of the map. Why are you here?"

>>576665
"No… that doesn't mean she didn't have any, but I'm just not sure. I suppose she may have mentioned her parents once or twice, but it was years ago."

>>576666
"I'll be sure to make something fancy for your visit tomorrow!"

576668

>>576662
Booze? Rolling to see how drunk I get. '1d10'
At least this 'pizza' stuff is good; actually it's pretty freaking awesome! I just wish the music wasn't as loud…
"SO, WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE FLEET?"

Roll #1 2 = 2

576669

>>576667
"Ah…" tinge of disappointment. "Yes, I understand. This pregnancy, it makes me wonder about family…what happened to them."

576670

>>576667
"What of our current situation?"

576671

>>576667
"Great!"
Hmm… heh, why not. Just to humor Light Heart.
Stop eating momentarily.
"I have something important to say, though. It's pretty serious."

576672

>>576667
"Well of course for the money most likely and….. " I stop to ponder.
"….. and most likely because of the crew, they somehow feel like family to me now that ithink about it." I smile confidently.

576673

>>576668
"WE GOT HIRED TO WORK HERE BRA!""

"YEAH BRA, AND WE'RE FLEEING PREJUDICE BRA!"

"AND THERE IS A PHILOSOPHICAL IMPERATIVE BRA."

"HEY, HEY, CUT THE TUNES, THIS IS REAL TALK."

The music sharply cuts off. It's eerily quiet by comparison now. Your ears ring slightly.

>>576669
"Well… if you need help, I'll do what I can for you, out of respect for Theia."

>>576670
"I think we could stand to take on a ship or two."

>>576671
"Oh?"

"Serious…?"

>>576672
"Hm… interesting stuff. You're an interesting fellow, Chip."

576674

>>576673
Shake my head to get rid of the ringing… and the pounding.
"WHAT KIND- what kind of prejudice? Philosophical Imperative?"

576675

>>576673
"Abilio, Cloudy… I have something to admit. Something I should have told you already."

576676

>>576673
"Hm. I understand. Thank you very much, captain. Always a pleasure talking to you."

576677

>>576673
"Thank you, I'll keep that in mind."
We'll end the timesplit there. Other matters can be dealt with at their proper time.
I'm ready for more skips and experimenting.

576678

>>576673
"Why is that? Well I loved the crew for they saved my skin a bunch of times already not to mention that I also saved theirs. Its a benificial where both individuals rely on each other for greater profit and that of commaraderie. Its a great feeling really." I smile.

"How about you sir? Any friends?"

576679

>>576674
"You know, bra, about how necromancers are reviled by society."

"According to the Earthican school of thought, bra, one must fight injustice at the source, bra. But you can't do that without a support base. It's good for the house, bra."

>>576675
They give you expectant looks.

>>576676
"Good day."

>>576677
Morning time. You'll arrive at the river mouth today. What do you want to work on.

>>576678
"It's interesting because your motives have changed retroactively. But in my case, I like to think I'm friends with whoever happens to be nearby."

576680

>>576679
Bite my lip.
"… I am a lesbian."

576681

>>576679
Breezie Potion plox.
Check my recipe book, what should I use as a base?

576682

>>576679
"…Okay, I grew up on the streets, so… kinda missed out on the formal education. Necromancers are reviled? Then why are there so many on this fleet?"

576683

>>576679
Leave him be then.
Uh… Wheatwall?

576684

>>576680
They burst out laughing.

Cloudy manages to contain herself first. "I thought it was going to be something serious!"

>>576681
The only transformation potion you know of is the one that Wark showed you. It used Rainbow Dollop, Heart's Desire, and something else you couldn't detect.

>>576682
"This fleet operates outside the law, bra."

"Thieves and street orphans are disliked too, right bra?"

>>576683
That pony that wears the pith helmet and runs the pub.

576685

>>576684
Laugh along, but then fake a pout.
"How is this not serious?"

576686

>>576684
"Yeah, obviously. Still, I figured it was just because all the ponies I hung out with tended to just be shitty ponies in general. So, what's this Imperative you were talking about?"

576687

>>576684
Right. Let's go to the pub then.

576688

>>576685
"Because you spent yesterday telling me about lesbian fairies and how you got back together with your marefriend."

>>576686
"Already told you bra, pay attention."

"Yeah, it's an idea from the Earthican school of thought."

>>576687
He's cleaning glasses. He has a big bushy mustache.

576689

>>576688
"Good day. Mister Wheatwall, I presume?"

576690

>>576688
"Earthican? Like I said, not much in the way of education. Not many of my friends could even read."

576691

>>576688
"Yeah, but, y'know, I thought I'd make it official."

576692

>>576684
Hmmm. I don't remember, did Wark know the ingredients himself or didn't he say anything about that…
I'll go look if I can find him.

576693

>>576679
"Well… as they say, life is water, not stone." I grin as I then look at his bag with curiosity.

576694

>>576689
"Ah, yes. I suppose you've come for a drink?"

>>576690
"Philisophical thought bra."

"Ancient history bra."

>>576691
"Well! Consider it official."

"How is Tela anyway?"

>>576692
No, you were hired to identify the ingredients.

>>576693
"That's an odd saying."

It's stuffed full of stuff.

576695

>>576694
"I tend to mostly avoid alcohol, actually. But I hear you are quite the expert on spirits."

576696

>>576694
"I thought this was a thing, wasn't it?"
Finish the food.
"She's well. She's like a fucking hen and her egg with the Hourglass. It really boosted her spirit."

576697

>>576694
"Ancient history? What does that have to do with the way ponies think?"

576698

>>576694
"Just an old saying back in Nodvogod."
"Say you're carrying quite a load there?"

576699

>>576695
"Something like that. Should I get you coffee then?"

>>576696
Abilio teases: "Should I start calling the Hourglass my granddaughter?"

"It's good to hear that you two are back together and well, dear."

>>576697
"The ponies who came up with it are ancient, bra!"

"I don't think he follows, bra."

>>576698
"Yes, can never be without the essentials."

576700

>>576694
I thought that was a kind of test. Hmm, well we'll start with what we have, which is an incomplete recipe of ingredients I don't have.
I chew on some salted apples as I think on this.
I really should buy a lot more ingredients in Anneiv.
Hat magic some Rainbow Dollop '1d10+2'

Roll #1 4 + 2 = 6

576701

>>576699
Tease back.
"If the Hourglass is your granddaughter, don't you think it's time you got me a kid?"
Turn to Cloudy.
"Thanks. I knew things would sort themself. Or, well, hoping."

576702

>>576699
"Oh, I see. So, the guys who came up with it are so old they aren't around anymore, so you have to learn about it from history, right?
So, what are the teachings of this Earthican school of thought?"

576703

>>576699
"Some tea will suffice, thank you. Earl grey."

576704

>>576701
"You could have children the same way Light Heart did!"

"Oh, dear, Emrille is too young to be thinking about that."

"I suppose you may be right. Besides, I don't think she even wants kids."

"Tela could come along as well tomorrow, if she wanted, when Emrille visits."

"I think Emmy wanted some privacy with us."

>>576700
You pull out the foreign flower. It has strange colors…

>>576702
"It's a whole school bra. Whole libraries of philosophy. The Moral Imperative is just one idea."

>>576703
Two hundred years too early! Oh well.

"Tea it is."

576705

>>576704
"First of all, fuck kids. Second of all, not like that.
Third of all, Tela would tell everypony about me getting shrunk down again, so no."

576706

>>576704
"I see… in that case, it's probably not something that can be explained in just a single get-together, is it? It sounds like there's a lot more to it than that."

576707

>>576704
What can I say? I'm a progressive pony.
"Now I was wondering… Are you knowledgeable when it comes to Trotantine spirits?"

576708

>>576704
Strange colors as in normal for the plant but strange compared to other plants. Or it doesn't look like it's supposed to look?

576709

>>576699
"That is too many essentials." I grin.
"But since your a hiker, perhaps you may indeed need that many essential, I mean what do I know about hiking?"

576710

>>576704
Hmm
"Hey Felix where did you say that tailor was again?"

576711

>>576705
Cloudy gives you a devilish smile. "I meant you could drag her along too. Misery loves company. She wouldn't compromise her own dignity to admit it happened to her too!"

Abilio chortles and nearly coughs up some of his mushroom. "I think Emrille has other plans for Tela."

>>576706
"Nah, bra."

"Here, bra, I may as well take a look at this ghost you're talking about."

>>576707
"Oh, I know a few of them."

>>576708
Have you even ever seen this plant before?

>>576709
"Perhaps not much!"

>>576710
"Hm… I think she's somewhere in that door…"

576712

>>576711
I chuckle.
"Well what are 'the' essential for a hiker hmmm? Care to show me?"

576713

>>576711
"Oh? ..let's just.. see then" '1d10' knock on the door

Roll #1 8 = 8

576714

>>576711
"Would it be too bold of me to assume you know of the water of life too then?"

576715

>>576711
"Yeah, let's just leave her out of this. I'll take care of her some other way…. we could have dinner all together sometime, though."

576716

>>576711
>>576711
I identified it when I examined Warks potion. This suggests I know the plant yes?

576717

>>576711
"All right. What do we need to do to find it?"

576718

>>576712
"Not today. Trade secrets and all."

>>576714
"I am familiar with the drink."

>>576713
"Not that door, big sis. THE door. The weird one… The one that doesn't match the others."

>>576715
"That sounds pleasant."

>>576716
Good point. It looks normal.

576719

>>576717
"You don't know where it is?"

576720

>>576718
"Do you happen to have it in your possession?"

576721

>>576718
"Ha, almost got you but damn." I smile.
"Say we are going to Anniev as decided, any idea's what to do there?"

576722

>>576718
"I know, right? But no weird shit, you hear me?"

576723

>>576718
"Uuh.. show me!"

576724

>>576719
"I know it's on the ship, and I know the places where I found it… or where it found me, more accurately… but I haven't been able to draw it out since."

576725

>>576718
Put it on the table.
Take another bite of my salted apple and pull out some Heart's Desire '1d10+2'

Roll #1 2 + 2 = 4

576726

>>576720
"I'm afraid not. It's a magical wine."

>>576721
"As I understand, there are some wonderful alps near there I'd love to visit."

>>576722
He raises a brow. "Weird shit?"

"She doesn't want you to turn her into a filly while we're eating, dear."

"Well! That should go without saying. She might choke or something."

>>576723
She leads you to an oddly white door on the black ship of the Darklantern.

>>576724
"Iunno bra. It could take a while. I'll have a look around and let you know if I find anything out."

>>576725
Hm… no luck. Maybe now is the time to question Wark or speculate on what the other ingredient might have been.

576727

>>576726
"Yeah. I'm starting to worry it's your kink or something. Or do you just do it to spite me?"

576728

>>576726
"And… to brew it? Do you happen to know the recipe?"

576729

>>576726
'1d10' knock on the door

Roll #1 6 = 6

576730

>>576726
That it is.
Let's go to Wark first.
"Aloe, could you take a sample of the Rainbow Dollop to Ciddir so he can replicate it when we need it?"

576731

>>576726
"All right. Be careful though; it likes to hang out in the dark places of the ship, and if it catches you it likes to… use you."

576732

>>576727
Roll for comprehension

>>576728
"I could possibly brew it if I had the equipment, though I don't know the exact recipe, I have a taste for such things."

>>576729
No answer.

Felix just pushes it open. To your amazement, there's a whole mansion inside!

>>576730
"We need an actual place to store all of these plants, honey. You'll only be able to keep three at a time unless we get some kinda bigger garden in here."

>>576731
"I know how to handle ghosts, bra."

576733

>>576732
'1d10'

Roll #1 8 = 8

576734

>>576732
"I see. Exactly what kind of equipment would you require?"

576735

>>576732
"Alright. Just remember I want to talk to it, okay? None of that exorcizing stuff before I've had a chance to talk with it."

576736

>>576732
"Yes, I'll have to talk to the Commodore about that."
Which plants are in "storage" right now?

576737

>>576732
"Oooh. I see what you mean! This place is huge!" Try to appraise its general layout '1d10'

Roll #1 3 = 3

576738

>>576733
"Obviously I do it just to keep you in line."

His eyes, glancing at Cloudy, though, suggest he's doing it to make her happy.

>>576734
"Something to help brew on leylines I suppose. I don't know exactly how they did it."

>>576735
"Yeah, yeah."

>>576736
Just this one and the one planted before.

>>576737
It's a big, ruined mansion. It has been partially restored.

#Pause

576739

>>576738
Gotcha. Will note it down.

576740

>>576738
"Hmmm… magical equipment for magical liquid…"

576741

>>576726
"Alps, as in mountains? Well I have not yet been to Anniev myself so I have no idea how it will be or if it is worth it at all mind you ." I grin as I relax.

576742

>>576738
Nod.
"Sure…"
Well, I guess I can see that…

576855

>>576086
"Who is your teacher? Lady Puzzle? Manako-chan?"

576858

>>576855
"Both, as it so happens. They both help me out when I require it. Miss Manako has provided me with a very useful dictionary as well."

576859

>>576858
Lean forwards, fashinated.
"A dictionary now? Those must be incredibly rare, considering how isolationist Neighpon is."

576861

>>576859
"I do not know where she got it from, but I very much appreciate the gesture nonetheless."

576863

>>576861
"She's quite industrious, isn't she?"
Smirk.

576869

>>576863
"An engineer ought to be, of course. She certainly seems to have her heart in the right place. That filly of hers, have you spoken to her?"

576870

>>576869
Shake my head.
"Not yet, really. I've not been here often while the kids were around."

576872

>>576870
"A curious case… An Equestrian filly stuck in Neighpon? I do wonder how that happened."

576873

>>576872
"Maybe her parents were traders. She got lost. Isn't she talking about it with you?"

576874

>>576873
"She is a bit shy and I have avoided the subject so far out of fear that it may have been a traumatic experience for her. But perhaps I should simply ask miss Manako."

576878

>>576874
Nod.
"She does seem like the interesting story.
But I do wonder about the other kids as well.
Are they foundlings? I saw a donkey girl who could very well be Wark's."

576879

>>576878
"Red and Grey are both orphans I now have guardianship over. But… a donkey girl? You are not referring to Adel, are you?"

576882

>>576879
Nod.
Or it's impossible for me to see her around?

576884

>>576882
She's more than likely in this very room!
"She is mine, in fact. And Wark's too, of course. I would have thought you knew this already."

576885

>>576884
Shake my head.
"I did not bother with chatters, sadly.
But I didn't think a pony and a donkey could…
She doesn't look like a mule."

576890

>>576885
"Oh she is not. Miss Springleaf developed a potion to aid with that. Adel is a pureblood donkey."

576891

>>576890
Raise a brow.
"…I see."
Chuckle.
"So you were a donkey for a while? Or part of you was?"

576893

>>576891
"I was, yes. Magic certainly is a wonderful thing. Age, gender or race, it can all be altered."

576894

>>576739
Noted noting

>>576740
"Yes. I'm sorry I can't be of more help."

He itches at his bushy mustache.

>>576741
"That's right."

>>576742
The rest of the dinner goes quick and pleasantly. Soon you return to your cabin.

576896

>>576894
"Well, it is something to keep in mind, at least. Thank you for the information."
Sip from my tea.
"Where are you from, mister Wheatwall?"

576897

>>576896
"Originally just outside the capital – Equestria, that is – though I've spent so much time away, it feels a distant memory now."

576898

>>576894
Note some things down as I walk to see mister Wark. Is he near LH's cabin?

576899

>>576893
"If you think so, Lady Heart.
I'm not too keen on… Changing without changing."
We should do that magic thing.

576900

>>576898
He's not here. Maybe Light Heart knows where he is!

576902

>>576900
Go find Light Heart on the ships.

576903

>>576897
"Ah, Canterlot. So very famous around the globe. Are you a wanderer then?"

>>576899
"I think it is quite interesting."
We should. Which means forwarding a long time to where I come looking for you.

>>576902
I'm looking for Tree!

576904

>>576894
I nod.
"Well I hope hiking the mountains maybe worth while for the only worthwhile I know that mountains gave me are gem and ore veins that is worth a lot of bits."

I then stand up.
"Sir Winston, if you may excuse I may need to check on the Commodore if he is still busy, if he is still I will be back."

576905

>>576903
Sure. We can finish this another time.
Talk about officership maybe~

576906

>>576903
"Not at all, bird. Well, no more than you are."

He slides your glass to you.

>>576904
"Go ahead."

576907

>>576903
Probably hanging around the Seaworthy since I've nothing to do inbetween raids.
"Lady Heart?"

576908

>>576906
Go check if the commodore is done with his dinner.

576909

>>576908
He is. It's getting late: you should schedule your meeting for the morning.

576910

>>576903
>>576907
Find you both.
"Hello Light, hello mister Tree."

576912

>>576906
"I am admittedly a rather restless wanderer."
Glass?

>>576907
"Mister Tree, I urgently require your aid with a matter of grave importance. You are trained in the art of dispelling magic, correct?"

576913

>>576910
"Lady Selena."
Smile and gently bow my head.
"How are you feeling today?"

576914

>>576912
Nod.
"It's the main reason I joined your fleet, if you recall."

576915

>>576912
He doesn't have mugs for tea.

"Well! I have a purpose, I like to think."

He returns to washing glasses.

576916

>>576913
"Good. Very good."

>>576912
"Is this about the thing with Wark?"

576917

>>576909
Knock on his door, its better to ask for permission now for him and Topaz to meet than later tomorrow because he might be busy again.

576918

>>576916
Smile.
"Happy to know.
If it's about that talk, I still haven't had the chance I'm afraid."

576919

>>576918
"Ah…take your time, there's no real rush."

576920

>>576910
Nod at her.
"Miss Springleaf."

>>576915
Take a sip.
"Please. Do elaborate."

>>576914
"I do. Allow me to cut straight to the chase. Mister Wark and miss Rosemary seem to be influenced by some sort of magic effect. Miss Selena suggested it may be love poison. Whatever the case may be, it most certainly is magical and I would very much like to have it dispelled."

>>576916
Nod quickly.

576921

>>576920
"Okay, then I'll come with you."

576922

>>576920
"Ah."
Grow grave in expression.
"Do take me to them. Right now."

576923

>>576920
"Ah, I won't bore you with an old stallion's stories."

>>576917
You set up an appointment for tomorrow. Anything else you want to do before sleeping?

576924

>>576923
Perhaps go on deck and see if anyone in particular is still awake at this ungodly hour.

576925

>>576921
>>576922
"Thank you ever so much. Follow me please."

>>576923
Going to see Wark and Rosemary. If they're not in the cabin, I'll go check on the mansion again where I found them last time.

"A shame, I do love hearing stories. If you do ever reconsider, you will have a listening ear."

576926

>>576924
There's a batpone flitting around.

>>576925
You depart. Time splitting is bad, mmkay.

Then you went and talked to Selena and Flowing Tree.

They're still here cuddling.

576927

>>576926
I frown as I see Wark and Rosemary.

576928

>>576926
"…I see."
So this is love poison.
Do my studies tell I can just despel them or will we need some kind of potion?

576929

>>576926
>>576927
>>576928
"Not much has changed. What a terrible drug."

576930

>>576928
"…you know, I have some dispel potions in my lab, Light."

576931

>>576928
You need an antidote. They're poisoned, not hexed.

576932

>>576926
Perhaps approach her, scratching my head and call her out.
"Lovely evening, but I assume that the hour is far too late for ponies to stay awake is it not?"

576933

>>576932
"And dogs, hmm?"

576934

>>576931
Would a dispel potion do the trick?

576935

>>576934
Only one way to find out.

576936

>>576931
>>576929
>>576930
"I fear this is not an hex, but a poison."

576937

>>576936
"Ah. Miss Springleaf was correct then. But is it not magical nonetheless?"

>>576930
"Would that work better?"

576938

>>576935
I'll go to my lab and bring back 2 dispel potions.

>>576936
"Mister Tree, they might not drink these willingly…."

>>576937
"I'm not sure. Worst case it does nothing."

576939

>>576937
"See it like this.
If a magical bullet froze a lake, I could not taw the ice.
In the same way, the poison changed their minds."
>>576938
"I'm sure Lady Heart can persuade them."

576940

>>576938
This will nearly clean out your stock. You need to brew more.

576941

>>576940
I know!
I'll need to get that jew Topaz later.
I believe I have one left?

576942

>>576938
>>576939
"Hm. Very well. I fully trust your judgement."

576943

576944

>>576941
You hear Aloe yep in surprise from the other side of the lab.

576945

>>576944
Having this happen while we're trying to get Wark/Rosemary back to normal would either force me to timesplit or severely slow down me getting back to the situation with Wark and Rosemary.
Maybe we would better do this once the situation with Rosemary/Wark is over?

576946

>>576945
Crisis waits for nopony! No timesplitting.

"Oh no you don't! It's eating the ingredients! Or… something."

576947

>>576946
Your call.
"What is doing what?!?"
Run over there and check this for myself.

576948

>>576933
"What abou… oh, well the same thing applies for me I suppose." I chuckle and approach.
"I'm just being careful since it is almost impossible to spot a pony who has fallen off-board a ship during the night in the sea's. A terrible fate for those without luck mind ye." I fake a shiver.

576949

>>576947
There's some sort of aberration perched on your flowerbox. As it touches the flowers there, they wither.

Describing it is difficult. It has four legs, but no obvious head. It resembles, roughly, a low and stocky table, but has fungus-like properties, like some giant of giant mold. At the very center, there is some sort of oval-shaped pod that seems to have been fused with the rest of the shape – it's rooted into the monster.

You could always send aloe to take the cure to them while you deal with this.

>>576948
"I'm not worried, dear. I can fly."

She flexes her wings.

576950

>>576949
I wince.
"Aloe, could you get two dispel potions to Light Heart and Tree? I'll deal with this."

576951

>>576949
I chuckle as I stare at her wings with a bit of admiration.
"Flying in this darkness is a bit… reckless yet brave, but I suppose bat like yourselves can manage that is if I am correct." I then extend a paw.
"Sorry for my ill-manner for I have not made proper introductions to meself. Name's Chip."

576952

>>576950
"Uhh… alright. Imma shut the door behind me."

She leaves. The strange creature seems to have noticed you and one of its appendages reaches up, grabs the "pod", which you now notice is comprised of tightly-wound boughs of some kind of fir-like branches, and turns it around. Here, there is a hole in the boughs. The way it moves, the hole almost looks like a singular eye.

Whatever the case, it creeps down off the flowerbox toward you.

>>576942
Aloe arrives with your potions.

"Somepony call for a delivery?"

>>576951
"I don't have trouble with the dark."

She brushes off your paw and gives you a little kiss on the cheek. "Think nothing of it. I am the Baroness Talia."

576953

>>576952
"… Oh. Yes, thank you. Miss Aloe, was it?"
Take the potions carefully.

576954

>>576953
"That's right honey."

576955

>>576952
Take a few steps back.
Look around, there must be some boxes around here.

576956

>>576954
"Is Selena quite alright? Did something happen?"
Walk over to Rosemary and Wark.

576957

>>576952
>>576953
>>576955
"What on earth is that?"

576958

>>576955
There are some smallish crates. The creature advances on you.

>>576956
"We had an interruption, honey. You better focus on her own job first."

>>576957
You are not near Selena.

576959

>>576958
I think we moved in groups.
So where am I?

576960

>>576952
>>576955
It's been a while since I've talked to Selena. Maybe she's in her lab?

576961

>>576959
>>576958
And why couldn't I be, I mean, it's not like it's a private place or we were somewhere else before.

576962

>>576958
"Hm. Yes."
Get Close to them.
"Rosemary? Wark? Are either of you thirsty?"

576963

>>576959
Clearly you didn't move in a group because Light Heart remained here and Selena left.

So you're with Rosemary, Wark, Light Heart.

>>576960
The door has been locked.

>>576961
Yes, you were somewhere else before and you didn't say you were following her.

>>576962
They seem disinterested in you and are busy sweet talking.

576964

>>576958
Take steps back and grab a crate.
"That's right come here."

576966

>>576963
>>576964
Knock on the door.
"Selena? You in there?"

576967

>>576964
The fungus creature slowly advances toward you. You notice it moves sloth-like, lumbering in spite of its size, no bigger than a dog.

576969

>>576963
Whisper quietly into Rosemary's ear.
"Rosemaaaary~ Wark here wants you to drink this. He made it specially for you~ You wouldn't want to disappoint him, would you?"
Con Artist.

Roll #1 2 + 2 = 4

576970

>>576967
Let it come closer.
Then quickly put the crate over it, trapping it in the empty crate '1d10'

Roll #1 10 = 10

576971

>>576952
Oh! Give her a wide grin and chuckle.
"Well aint that a surprise, not that I am against such greetings mind ye." I then began to stare at her with interest.
"So a baroness aboard our ship? What made such a bat pony such as yourself board this humble fleet of ours."

576974

>>576969
"Oh…? Okay."

She horks it. Immediately she looks ill – even more than when she looked dazed.

>>576970
You drop it right on top.

There's an uneven rumbling from within, but it quickly stops as the creature inside gives up.

>>576971
"I'm just visiting. I'll probably be departing soon."

576975

>>576974
Uh-oh.
"… Is everything alright?"

576977

>>576974
Put some heavy things on top of it to make sure it stays that way.
Then open the door.

>>576966
"Hircus?"

576980

>>576977
Give you a concerned look.
"Is everything all right? The door was locked, and I heard these noises…"

576981

>>576974
"Visiting to Anniev I assume? That is our next destination Ms. Talia."
"However departing the fleet this soon seems a bit too hasty, considering you've already made an immediate friend onboard." I grin and sit next to her as I inch close to her.

576983

>>576980
"We got ourselves an uninvited visitor, say could you do me a favor and get Ciddir?"

576985

>>576975
"I feel… a bit ill."

She runs off.

>>576977
Noted

There is no more rumbling

>>576981
She gives you a fanged smile. "Something like that, dear."

576987

>>576985
Oh dear. What is Wark doing? If he's running after her too, I have no choice but to follow.

576988

>>576983
"Sure thing. I'll be right back."
>>576985
Head off to Ciddir's room!

576989

>>576987
Yes, right along after her.

>>576988
He's here, on the bed.

"Welcome back."

576990

>>576989
Then I will follow. He still needs to get his dose. … If this actually worked on her.

576991

>>576990
You find her at the starboard side of the ship, vomiting over the edge.

Wark is there nuzzling her.

576992

>>576989
"Hello to you too~" Nuzzle his cheek affectionately.
"Sorry to come here on business, but apparently Selena's got an 'uninvited visitor' in her lab that it seems you're best qualified to deal with."

576993

>>576991
Rub her back softly.
"There there, let it all out."

576994

>>576985
Grin at her at first before looking at her a bit worried specially that fanged smile.
"Are those fake?"

576995

>>576992
"Okay."

He stands up. He stops for a moment to give you one of his emotionless looks, then leans in and gives you a little peck right on the lips.

In a completely emotionless voice with his unexpressive face, he says after a moment: "I've have decided that I love you."

As if this were not enough of a surprise, he doesn't think this requires elaboration and immediately heads off in haste toward her lab.

>>576993
"Mmm… what happened?"

You're finding it hard to rub her because Wark is in the way!

>>576994
"Does it matter?"

576998

>>576995
"Just a moment."

Whisper to Wark.
"Rosemary made this just for you~ Want to have a taste of it? I'm sure she'd be very happy if you drank it~"
Con Artist.

Roll #1 10 + 2 = 12

576999

>>576998
He guzzles it, and has a very similar reaction. Almost immediately vomiting over the side.

"Ach… Wha' happened?"

>>576983
Ciddir arrives.

577001

>>576995
I shook my head as I inch closer and play with her tuffed ears.;
"It does not Miss Talia, its just the first time I saw a pony with prominent canine's. Specially these ears, kind of cute mind you."

577004

>>576995
Stand there frozen for a moment, trying to process this. Did… did he just…
Put a hoof to my lips, where I can still feel his warmth, smell his scent…
…w-why do my knees feel so weak all of a sudden?…

577005

>>576999
I perk up.
"Ciddir, there's some…plant…animal…thing here."

577006

>>576999
"You were both poisoned, it seems. Not to worry however, you should be healthy again soon."

577008

>>577005
>>576999
Oh… O-oh!
Race after Ciddir; I wanna see this 'visitor' too!
And, uh… talk to Ciddir…

577010

>>577001
She flits them as you touch them.

"Aren't you forward? I am nobility, after all."

She seems teasing… not offended.

>>577004
Fortunately you have his bed to collapse onto.

…It's warm. And smells like him.

>>577008
You don't rest here long, though! You follow him.

>>577005
"Okay."

>>577006
"Poisoned. Eugh… Food poisoning?"

Rosemary quickly chimes in: "That uh… must be it."

577011

>>577010
"Uh..it looks like…it looks a bit like a mold and at the very center it has this pod made of branches…I think there's an eye in it. Do you know what it is?"

577012

>>577010
"Yes… it seems likely food is a factor to blame. You two will require rest. Do try to take it easy."
Give Rosemary a pointed look.
"And we need to talk."

577013

>>577010
I'm… still a little shaky on my hooves. But I can't seem to wipe this goofy grin off my face… and you know what? I don't care.
I'm perfectly happy just watching my husbando work~
>>577011
"M-making new life in your lab, are you Selena?"

577015

>>577011
"Where is it?"

>>577012
"Ach… I think I'm gonna retire early."

He leaves. Rosemary gives you an innocent look. "Yes?"

577016

>>577013
Look puzzled for a few seconds.
Then smirk.
"That's not the kind of life I tend to make here."

577018

>>577015
Point to the box.
"I trapped it in there. When it came near the flower, the flowers started decaying. I couldn't let it loose."

577020

>>577015
"Come."
Let's lead her back to that room where I found them. Seems like a very private place.

577022

>>577010
I retract my paws and just sit close to her.
"Ah.. my mistake for my crude behavior Miss Talia, inexcusable with how my treatment to such a fine noble like yourself. In my defense I find you quite.. unique and attractive, a combination that prove too potent for me to stop myself from touching those ears."

577026

>>577016
Ciddir gives you typical blank look.

"Are you implying that you were impregnated here?"

>>577018
"I will examine it for you."

He swings a hoof down on the crate, smashing a small hole in the top so he can look through it.

"I have heard of this once before. Creeping Pseudopod Lichen. You attracted it with your plants. It could have been on the ship for a very long time."

>>577020
"Before you say anything – I was just trying to make you happy! I… I told you, I couldn't make myself love them, but then I realized there was a way I could! But… apparently things didn't work out like I expected."

>>577022
She smirks.

"Where are you from, Chip?"

577028

>>577026
"You're an idiot sometimes, Rosemary."

577029

>>577026
Speaking of.
I should have a chat with face.

577030

>>577026
"I'm just making a joke."

>>577026
"Ugh, what do we do about it?"

577032

>>577028
She thinks a moment. "Love potion doesn't work exactly like I thought it would…"

>>577029
You're on morning, right? He has the helm.

>>577030
"We will be arriving at mainland Equestria in less than an hour. You could throw the crate out the window."

577033

>>577032
"That might be best. …Ciddir it was also walking towards me, why would it do that?"

577034

>>577032
I sigh and shake my head with a smile.
"Reckless too."
Take her hoof with mine and squeeze it softly.
"Why didn't you come to me with this first? We could have talked this over."

577035

>>577032
"Master Face. Long time no see."

577036

>>577033
"The lichen is attracted to bright colors that do not move. It cannot see shapes, only colors and movement."

>>577034
"I thought maybe you wouldn't notice…?"

>>577035
"Good morning, Mister Tree. Are you anticipating the return to Equestria?"

He nods toward the horizon, where the mainland is now visible.

577038

>>577036
"I just live to see more of the world. It'd be sad indeed not to feel shivers down our spine."
Smile.
"I heard some rumors."

577039

>>577036
"Where did you even learn how to make this poison? Why did you not research it more first? You're lucky it was resolved so easily."

577040

>>577036
"…does it have any alchemical properties?"

577043

>>577026
"The cold north of Nodvogod, a collection of rich diamond dog cities and ports on the north east of Equestria and and east of the crystal ports. A very cold place to live in but its comfortable once one gets used to it, plus many of us live underground so the cold rarely bother us."
Seeing her positive reacion earlier, I then grin and stare at her flank up to her wings and to her face.
"Perhaps both of us can visit there, I can act as your guide not to mention keep you warm if ever the need arises."

577044

>>577038
"Well, I'm saving it for a special occasion, so I'd appreciate it if you didn't let the whole world know."

>>577039
"When we stopped in Bridgewater Port, I read the recipe in a discount alchemy shop when I went off on my own. The pegasus feather I got from preening you."

>>577040
"It is perhaps possible. In any case, they are very rare. A merchant may buy it as a curiosity."

>>577043
"Oh, believe me, I know about Novdogod. It is where I live."

577049

>>577016
>>577026
Snicker at Ciddir's comment.
>>577044
"You're not thinking about keeping it as a pet… are you?"

577050

>>577044
Nod and move closer, to his side.
"I was curious of what you thught of it though. Not the best time to talk?"

577051

>>577044
"You are such a silly mare…"
Shake my head.
"I'm not mad at you, but please don't do these kind of things again. I told you, if you can't love Wark then please just tolerate him. I'm not asking you to be hugging and kissing all the time, only to refrain from insulting or being mean to him or Adel. That's not so much to ask is it?"

577052

>>577044
KACHING.
"…that could work. I suppose we could better leave it in that box for now. Thank you Ciddir."

577054

>>577044
I look at her in shock.
"Ah… oh my, that is a surprise. A baroness from Nodvogod amongst the fleet…"
I then lower my head in respect.
"Truely my mistake for my ill-treatment, if I had known I would really not try to hit on you like that Baroness Talia."

577055

>>577051
"…Okay. I'm sorry, for what it's worth."

>>577050
"Well, it's a good year. It was really a fortunate acquisition. Really, I got it for a song. I mean that in the sense of the metaphor, not the actual currency, of course!"

>>577052
"If it gets out, it will ignore you if you keep moving."

>>577054
She prods your broad chest with amusement. "It is not a common thing for a pony and a dog to be together. I understand your surprise."

577057

>>577055
"It won't get out with those boxes on top of it, right?"

577058

>>577055
Facehoof.
"Not that rumor, Face.
The other rumor!"

577059

>>577055
Give her a hug.
"It's fine, just don't ever do something so silly again. … Though I really do wonder how Wark will react to this news."

577062

>>577058
"We're not talking about the vintage 2555 honeysuckle mead?"

>>577057
"I am not certain. The lichen has some intelligence."

>>577059
"I don't remember anything that happened… maybe he won't figure it out…?"

577063

>>577062
Shake my head.
"I'm talking about our lovely alchemist."

577064

>>577062
"Selena and Tree know. And… don't you think he deserves to know? I'm not going to force you to tell him, but I suggest you come clean with him."

577065

>>577062
>>577057
"What would it do to her if it did get out?"

577068

>>577062
Hmmm.
"Perhaps mister Burnside has a small cage I can use to keep it in till we make for shore."

>>577065
"Yes, that's an important question."

577069

>>577063
"Oh, you know about that? Listen… I don't really know where things stand right now. I don't think we should be talking about this."

>>577064
"…Alright."

>>577065
"I do not think it would be interested in her."

577071

>>577069
"Should I stay with you?"

577072

>>577069
"What I'm curious about is what a pony likes you thinks of children, actually.
Nothing more.
You must have experience with this already."

577073

>>577071
"You can always stay with me~"

577075

>>577068
>>577069
"Good to know…
So, um, Ciddir, what you said earlier…"

577077

>>577055
I look at her with amusement and surprise at her approach and just sit there as she prods me.
"That is an unfortunate truth mind ye, I've been in the past trying my best to court many mare's but alas all of it failed. A bit of a mistake for testing my charms on a Nodvogodian baroness nonetheless."

577078

>>577069
I should get back to Frankerfurt to find mister Burnside.

577079

>>577073
Nuzzle her cheek.
"I know… I'm glad to have you back to normal."

577080

>>577072
"I am in a line of work where I generally don't even find out about any of my potential progeny. Really, I don't think we should be talking about this. Doubly so because I am pretty sure you're just reporting back everything I say instead of her coming to talk to me directly."

>>577075
"Yes?"

>>577077
"There are still many ponies who fear diamond dogs, or find them unattractive. You're a cute puppy, though."

>>577078
Frankfurterfort.

It's a bit loud here as the Hamburgerburgians are practicing at the range.

>>577079
She gives you a big hug. "It's good to be back."

577081

>>577080
Is Burnside here?

577083

>>577080
Shrug.
"She's worried sick. I tried to get her to come by, but she wanted some reassurance first."

577085

>>577080
"You should rest first. Both of you should. When you are both fully healthy again, we will talk with Wark."

577087

>>577083
"This is something we need to talk about together. It's personal."

>>577081
Yep, he's practicing.

>>577085
"Okay…"

577089

>>577087
"You should go to her then."

577090

>>577087
Trot up to him.
"Hello, mister Burnside. How's the shooting?"

577091

>>577087
Glance at the mattress.
"Unless you are actually feeling frisky after that whole ordeal…"

577092

>>577089
"I invited her to speak when she's ready. For now I think she needs her space. She said she needed time to think, so I'm going to respect that. That's all I have to say on the matter."

>>577090
"YOU NEED EAR PROTECTION!"

>>577091
"Oh, my!~"

577093

>>577080
Grin as I stroke her mane.
"Oh am I? I didnt thought that this old sea-dog's charm would still have its admirers. You're not a bad looking pony yourself, specially the way you have this certain 'noble' charm surrounding you."

577094

>>577092
Smile a bit.
"What are you looking forwards to, once we are on land again?"

577095

>>577080
"Well, um…"
Slowly, hesitantly approach him with my ears laid back and head held low in submission, smiling happily if nervously.
"H-hearing you say it… I'm still having trouble grasping it… That you love me…
What I do know is… hearing you say it made me feel happier than I've ever felt before."

577096

>>577092
"Eeep."
Look around, somepony here has to have ear protection.

577097

>>577092
"Is that a yes? … You should probably wash out your mouth first."

577099

>>577093
She chuckles at you.

"You don't give up, do you? But I am busy tonight. Perhaps another time. It was a pleasure to meet you, Chip."

She boops you on the nose and takes off into the night.

>>577094
"Well, Anneiv is quite the city of culture. I'd like to take in the sights."

>>577095
He nods expressionlessly. "Good."

>>577096
There are some extra ear-stuffers nearby. They're just packed cloth, but they help absorb a lot of sound.

"WHAT'S UP?"

>>577097
"Alright… I'll be right back~"

As she leaves you appraise the room.

…This place is REALLY rundown. Even the spiderwebs are abandoned. The walls are dirty. There's a layer of dust everywhere. There's no furniture besides a single sheet that has been folded a few times to make it somewhat more cushiony – the 'bed'.

577100

>>577099
"No great places of nature nearby?"

577101

>>577099
But at least it's private! This place definitely will need a touch of renovation though.

577102

>>577099
"H.. hey!" I stand up as she leaves.
"Tease!"
"Dont leave me or the fleet!"
"Bye!"

……
Alright lets go back to my room and sleep next to Empress as I wrap my arms around and cuddle.

577103

>>577099
That's better…I guess.
"I NEED YOUR HELP MISTER BURNSIDE. DO YOU HAVE ANY CAGES TO KEEP SOMETHING AS LARGE AS A DOG IN?"

577104

>>577099
"W-well, uh… I wanted to say that… I-I think I feel the same way…"
Take a shuddering breath, then give him a soft, hesitant peck on the lips.
"…Yes. I… I love you."

577105

>>577100
"I'm afraid not that I know of. In fact, I only know of two. There can't be many…"

>>577101
Rosemary comes back in the nude!

Meaning she's not wearing her hat.

>>577102
Good, warm cuddles~~

She's teddy bear sized… or pup sized.

>>577103
"I DON'T USE CAGES AT ALL!"

>>577104
Without betraying any signs of expression, he leans forward into your peck and transforms it into a long, loving kiss.

577106

>>577105
"OH, I'M SORRY. DO YOU KNOW ANYPONY AROUND HERE WHO DOES?"

577107

>>577106
"AFRAID NOT! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SEARCH!"

577108

>>577105
L-Lewd!
"Hm, isn't this room just the most romantic place you ever set your eyes on?"

577109

>>577107
"OKAY. GOOD LUCK SHOOTING."

577110

>>577105
Melt into the kiss with a sigh of absolute contentment, feeling my heart pounding frantically in my chest.
R-rolling to not have my suddenly weak-kneed legs give out on me… '1d10'

Roll #1 6 = 6

577111

>>577105
"Good night Flora." I nuzzle on her neck lovingly as I wrap my arms in a warm embrace and sleep.

……..
Morning?
I then open my eyes.

577112

>>577108
"Any place with you in it is romantic~"

>>577109
"THANKS!"

>>577110
He senses your weakness and picks you up, carrying you on his strong back, back to the room! You wouldn't think he'd be so strong with his lanky legs.

"I know that you have said you do not feel like you can be submissive like my culture asks, but as your mate… I feel right, supporting you. Nurturing you."

>>577111
She's still snuggled up with you. No early morning for her today.

577113

>>577112
Hmmph.
No cages.
I'll go back to my lab.

577114

>>577113
No one is here. The crate hasn't moved.

577115

>>577112
Sit down and spread my wings.
"And any place where you are is worth coming to."

577116

>>577114
Pull out a book on plant hybrids from my hat '1d10+2'

Roll #1 5 + 2 = 7

577117

>>577115
"I'll make sure you're cumming, too!"

She bounds over and starts preening you.

>>577116
You pull out a book (DC8 to pull out a specific object). It's a children's book used for learning to read.

577118

#Pause

577119

>>577112
"…M-maybe I was wrong." Breathe deeply of his scent, feeling unimaginably vulnerable in the best possible way.
"Maybe… b-being supported like this… nurtured like this… being submissive for you… it feels good in ways I can't describe."

577120

>>577117
I'll put it on the shelf. That will come in handy later.
Put my hat back on my head.
Let's hope that…thing stays in its crate.

577121

>>577112
I pat her head lightly as I her lightly and lovingly before kissing her forehead.
"Morning."
After a minute or two I then stand up, cover her with the sheets and arrange myself up before heading to deck in hopes of seeing Abilio, if not other officers too.

577122

>>577117
"How lewd."
Relax and close my eyes as I enjoy the preening.
"Hm. Now that I think of it, we have not been giving that poor altar any attention, have we?"

578220

>>578218
"I can play the trumpet myself as it so happens, but the trumpet alone is not the ideal instrument for romantic mood music."

578221

>>578220
"No, a violin or a piano would be much better."
I cough.
"Mmmmh, or maybe I should book something in Anneiv, it would be more private…but more expensive too and less personal."

578223

>>578220
>>578215
"That we are, it really feels good hearing those words specially when its coming from you." I smile as I nuzzle and slowly brings you closer but still stick with cuddling.

"If what you say about Anniev is true, then perhaps some of the officers might appreciate relaxing there even for a little while. They need it after that job back in Neighpon."
"Perhaps you can convince both Abilio and Lucky to come with you and watch the theathers?"

578224

>>578221
"Perhaps you could, no shortage of musicians in Anneiv after all. See what you can afford."

>>578223
"I would very much like that. Though I will add that I am planning on hosting a feast on the fleet already. And I plan on making use of our new theater inside the mansion for this."

578225

>>578224
"Perhaps a street musician looking for some gold. I'd pay good."

578226

>>578225
"I trust you are resourceful enough to find the best deal."

578227

>>578224
I was about to nibble your ears when I stop and look at you.
"Hosting a feast? For what? When? Where? How come I did not know of this? Do you need any help?" I grin.

578228

>>578226
"Yes, don't worry about it, I'll hoofle it. But if you meet somepony just send him to me." I chuckle.
"You always meet lots of ponies."

578229

>>578227
"After we leave Anneiv, most likely. It will be very good for morale among the crew. As for aid, I believe I can handle it for now with the help of miss Puzzle. She is very eager to get it underway. If I do require help, I will be certain to let you know."

>>578228
"Of course. This talk of music does remind me… I once thought about learning to play the accordion. Perhaps now that we are closing in on Anneiv, I will be able to fulfill that aspiration."

578230

>>578229
Cock my head.
"Why the accordion?"

578231

>>578230
I smile.
"Because it is an amusing instrument."

578232

>>578229
"Hmmm.. that is true, after that intense fighting to take-over that last castle in Neighpon they do deserve it… the same as you deserve this."
Slowly spread pony wings and began preening.
'1d10'

Roll #1 4 = 4

578233

>>578231
"It really is. A very playful instrument."

578234

>>578232
"Good to hear that we agree then."

>>578233
"The trumpet tends to be more aggressive. And in fairness… it has been a while since I played it. I may have gotten a bit rusted."

578235

>>578234
"I'd love to hear it…if you're going to play it on board sometime."

578236

>>578235
"I certainly should. I still have my old trumpet with me, in fact."

578237

>>578236
"It's one from the New World?"

578238

>>578234
"Well I do agree because largely that both of us want to reward them for a job well done, also largely that they do deserve it, but as for me I am partly intrigue as to see how you and specially HP will plan out and execute this party."

Blushing at the shoddy job, I slowly roll you and go on top and cuddle as I lick your cheeks.

578239

>>578237
"It is indeed. It has aged well, so it should still work fine. I worked for a mercenary company at one point, where my sole function was to sound the trumpet when we charged into battle."
I chuckle.
"Quite fun. The trumpet is most inspiring during charges."

>>578238
Wipe my cheek.
"Please do not do that."

578240

>>578239
I giggle.
"That sounds so…unlike you. You must have been so different in those days."

578241

>>578239
I scratch my head in embarrassment as I pant.
"Sorry about that, I got carried away."
With that slowly position this pony accordingly so mounting her will be comfortable both for me and her.
"I hope you two have plans to bring lots of heavy drinks, food and perhaps some entertainers to boot. Many of the menials and crews do lack the sophistication that you and some of the higher ups enjoy and it can get rowdy."

578242

>>578240
"We all change as we grow older. If you told me I would end up on this fleet 10 years ago… well… I suppose I may have believed it."
I chuckle.

>>578241
"There is no need to worry, I have a clear plan so far."

578243

>>578242
I chuckle.
"If you had told me 5 years ago I definitely wouldn't have believed."

578244

>>578243
"What were your plans for the future five years ago?"

578245

>>578244
I blush.
"Being a famous stage magician."

578246

>>578242
I smile and nod as I pant.
"My mistake for having any doubts, I do trust that you and HP can handle it well."
I then position myself, blushing and whisper.
"I'll try my best… ~"
With that I nuzzle with this pony, slowly and fully mounting her before starting doing the deed. Whispering sweet loving piratey promises of loving her and things like tying both of us together.~
'5d10'

Roll #1 5, 6, 3, 3, 7 = 24

578247

>>578245
"Hmm… well there is time yet. You are young and have plenty of talent. It is a nice thing to strive for."

>>578246
"Mmmm…"
'5d10'

Roll #1 3, 9, 6, 6, 4 = 28

578248

>>578247
"Yes, I should get back to studying with Captain Forever, but she's awfully busy lately."

578249

>>578247
Just release everything inside this pony as I tie us together, I then cuddle her close, clearly wanting to spend more time with her as I try my best to make her feel warm and safe.
"Its been awhile." I nuzzle lovingly and plant a kiss on your cheeks.
"Now I am in a good mood to learn about this opera and theater stuff. You did tell me you are knowledgeable about this so perhaps this is the right time to ask… while we wait~." I hug closer
"Any suggestion for me on what play's to watch and those to avoid?"

578250

>>578248
"The life of a captain is not easy, so I am not surprised. Many responsibilities to take care of."

>>578249
"Oh there are more than plenty. Othello, the Alchemist, Volpone… All of them very lovely pieces. Classics such as Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet are magnificent as well, of course."

578251

>>578250
"I hope she has time soon."

578252

>>578250
I grin.
"I didnt know half of any of those stories and play that you just mentioned since I rarely read any books back when I was in Nodvogod. Klava, my sister however is a good reader thats why I've heard some of the name's like Romeo and Juliet and the Alchemist, specially when she cant stop telling me about how their undying love cannot separate the two characters not even by their strict family." I chuckle.

578253

>>578251
"Only time will tell."
Look at your belly.
"… Did you think of any names yet, out of curiosity?"

>>578252
"And yet they both die in the end. Rather miserably so."

578254

>>578253
"Really? Talk about bad luck. That is mighty cold of their family if they decided to kill them out of spite."

578255

>>578253
"I have a few ideas, but I'd talk about it with Face first."

578256

>>578254
"Oh no, on the contrary, they both end up committing suicide. Very tragic. Though to be expected from a tragedy."

578257

>>578255
"Of course. Would you terribly mind sharing those ideas?"
Give her a sweet look.

578258

>>578257
"Aria and Aira."

578259

>>578256
"Oh… well that is kind of sad to hear. Funny that Klava didnt mentioned that part to me though." I gulp as I cuddle closer.
"So have you watched any plays of it? I kind of imagined the whole audience maybe driven to tears or something along the lines."

578260

>>578258
"Oh, how sweet."
I chuckle.
"I simply cannot wait to see them both. Twins are absolutely adorable."

>>578259
"I have watched them. And participated in them as well."

578261

>>578260
I chuckle.
"I can wait."

578262

>>578260
My eyes widened
"Really? What part did you play?"

578263

>>578261
"Not sick of the side-effects of pregnancy yet?"
I chuckle.

>>578262
"Oh, so many roles… Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, Lady Would-be in Volpone, Dame Pliant in The Alchemist…"
I let out a content sigh.
"Lovely, lovely, memories."

578264

>>578263
I stick out my tongue.
"Bwuh, I can handle it. I'm way more scared of the effects of not being pregnant anymore."

578265

>>578264
"Oh goodness."

578266

>>578265
I frown.
"I'm serious.
Being a mom….I'm completely not ready for that."

578267

>>578266
"Hmm… some self-doubt is inevitable. Admittedly even I had some when I was expecting. Hormones are partially to blame for such feelings of unreadiness and inadequacy."

578268

>>578267
I start trotting in circles again.
"It's not just hormones.
Two foals….I don't know what Face will do, I'll have to raise them among pirates, I'll need to protect them, I'll need to provide for them, I'll need to educate them…"

578269

>>578263
I hug her closer and just bask for a moment in the after glow that LightHeart exudes as she reminiscent of her past life.
"I didnt know you are a big artist and actor back in the day. It must have been a very good time for you since you are feeling quite passionate and full of spirit right now." I nuzzle playfully.

578270

>>578268
"Privateers, not pirates."
I smile and hold out a wing to stop her.
"You will not be facing this alone, Selena. Face will come around. And I will be here to help where needed as well, I promise."

>>578269
"I am full of surprises, I assure you."

578271

>>578270
I chuckle.
"Well to be honest you do surprise me in many ways everytime you and me got the time to talk."
"So do tell me, what is your favorite play?"

578272

>>578270
Smile a bit.
"Thanks…almost everypony has been so supportive of this, you, Cloudy, Tree, Tela. I would have lost my mind already without all of you."

578273

>>578271
Shake my head.
"I cannot possibly pick one."

>>578272
"That is what friends are for."

578274

>>578273
"Well that is a surprise, how come?"

578275

>>578274
"They all have their strengths and weaknesses. I do tend to prefer comedies over tragedies, but even so I cannot pick one favorite."

578276

>>578273
"Friends…you know how odd it is that I've got friends on a pirate ship? I thought that would be the last place to find friends."

578277

>>578276
"Everypony needs friends. A pony without friends or family is nothing. On this fleet… you will not get far without them."

578278

>>578275
I chuckle.
"This reminds me of those puppet plays in the market place back in Nodvogod, me and my friends always are happy to see if the puppeteer do one of his comedy acts but most of us leaves when he do one of those plays with somber music. Perhaps that may apply too in theaters and play." I smile as I nibble your ears.
"Well I rather like leaving a theater with a smile on my face rather than a the latter."

578279

>>578278
"On the contrary, tragedies are usually more popular in the theaters than comedies."

578280

>>578279
"How come? Hearing the life story of two lovers, killing themselves because of family issue's does not sound like an attractive play on my part. I rather watch play's that revolves around adventure's, preferrably in the high sea's. Now that may sound like a good play."

578281

>>578280
"My guess is that many people enjoy drama and conflict."

578282

>>578281
I then scratch my head a bit confused
"I do not know what they find entertaining but thats their taste and mine differs." I shrug and hug closelybefore getting playful again and tugging my knot inside testing if I can pull out of this lovely mare
"I do take it that if given the chance you would love to act again on-stage again do you?~"
ooc:pull out or stay cuddling~

578283

>>578282
"I would and I will."

578284

>>578283
I then nuzzle and wrap my arms around you.
"I would love to see you on-stage, perhaps performing one of the many plays that you've acted before. Dont forget to tell me if you have any plans to go and act again. "

578285

>>578277
"I've been asking Abilio if I he knew about any family besides my mother, but it he doesn't know." Frown

578286

>>578284
"I may or may not have. You shall see in due time."

>>578285
"Hm. That is what you still have friends for then."

578287

>>578286
"We're not so far from Equestria, I was thinking I might ask Abilio if I could visit Dawnwood again after our job in Anneiv. Perhaps some of the ponies there can tell me more."

578288

>>578287
"That may a possibility."

578289

>>578288
"It's just an idea..we'll see I suppose."
Grin.
"I still have my friends."

578290

>>578289
Give her a suggestive wink.
"Friends until the end."

578291

>>578286
"Mmmm… alright." Just pet LightHeart… before suddenly coming up with an idea and smile.
"By the sea's, I got a bright idea. Alright listen."
I then pull this pony closer and further bury myself inside~ as I look at you with an excited grin.
"Alright LightHeart listen, what is your opinion about this fleet's adventure so far? I mean the struggle's, the hardships, that comaraderie, drama and adventure's. I mean it make's for a neat story dont you think?"
"So.. do you think it will make for a great theater play?"

578292

>>578290
I giggle.
"Oh my, Light, your wings look a bit ruffled…"

578293

>>578291
"Hmmm… perhaps it would. But emulating ships on the stage is far too hard. I doubt it is doable."

>>578292
Spread them and look a them.
"Oh? Goodness me, they certainly are."

578294

>>578293
I shake my head with a tiny grin.
"Light, Light, you should take care of your wings"
Move closer.
"Maybe I should show you again how."
I stand bit closer by you then I should and start slowly preening your wing.

578295

>>578293
"Building a stage to emulate the different ship wont be necessary I think, the audience would hardly notice since I doubt any land-lover have knowledge about ship designs. Perhaps there is a cryer announcing which ship the characters are in to orient them whats going on."
"Besides I do think that they will be more interested on the different and wide set of characters present and performing the story at hand, not to mention that one of the actors on stage is playing her character as herself."

578296

>>578294
"Oh I am dreadful, am I not? Simply dreadful. Look at the state I am in."

>>578295
"Perhaps."

578299

>>578296
I grin and stop for a second.
"I didn't know you could be so dirty Light."
Whip my tail playfully against your body.

578306

>>578299
"I suppose I have been very naughty. Such bad form for a noble lady like myself."
I chuckle.

578310

>>578306
"You should be more careful, what if anypony saw? That would be embarrassing."
Continue preening.

578314

>>578310
"My image would be ruined forever. I would be the laughing stock of the fleet. How horrific to even think about."

578316

>>578296
"Mmmm… perhaps." I then wrap my arms around you and close my eyes as I hold you closer with no intention of letting you go. Slowly drifitng to sleep.
"…. perhaps.. this time.. we could sleep together…" I nuzzle.

578317

>>578316
I clear my throat and get up.
"I'm afraid not. Miss Rosemary and mister Wark have both been suffering from some sort of affliction which has left them a little ill. I must look after my children."

578318

>>578314
"Good thing I'm here~"
Finish the first wing and start on the second.

578319

>>578318
"Yes…"
Let out a content sigh.
"Very good…"

578322

>>578317
"I understand." I then loosen my grip and slowly pull my knot out inside until it lets go~, before grabbing some towels and starts cleaning both of us.
"Suffering from what sort of affliction? Has HP or Nurse Heart checked on those two and as to why they are sick?"

578326

>>578319
Finish preening.
"There. All done."
Run a hoof over your wing.
"I'm so jealous, Light. I wish I had pretty wings like yours…"

578327

>>578322
"Yes, it was food poisoning. Absolutely dreadful for those poor dears."

>>578326
I chuckle and turn around to face you.
"Yours are every bit as impressive, Selena."
Take one of your wings with my hooves and stroke your primary feathers.
"But perhaps I am biased. Wings are some of my most favorite parts of a pony. They are beautifully complex."

578329

>>578327
I look at you seriously.
"Food poisoning? Seriously? Did they got it from bad spouiled food or…. no impossible. I doubt anyone would try to poison them." I shake my head.

578330

>>578327
Shudder as you go over them.
"I love my pretties, I wouldn't know what to do without them."

578333

>>578329
"Likely it was merely some spoiled food. Nothing you need to worry about."
Con Artist.

>>578330
"Hmmm… I agree. They are very pretty."
Move my hoof to the base of your wing.
"Are you a practiced flier, Selena?"

Roll #1 9 + 2 = 11

578337

>>578333
I chuckle nervously.
"No…I've never really flown much. Sure I can stay in the air but no tricks or anything."

578338

>>578333
"Hmmm…. yeah that is true, our cooks specially Empress do pester me about the fleet not having good and basic food reserve's like dried fruits and us lacking special ingredients like pepper, mustard seeds and chicken for those of us who need that. Perhaps once we reach Anniev I would address the problem to the commodore so that we will get fresh supplies once we anchored."

After cleaning you up, I then hug and nuzzle.
"…. thanks for visiting me in my own room LightHeart and liftin up my spirit, its been some time since we talked… and get to know more of each other so I do appreciate it. This old sea-dog means it."

578355

>>578337
"Hmmm, we are alike then. I do like flying, but I am no Wonderbolt."
I chuckle.
Gently massage the base of her wings.
"Did you ever visit Cloudsdale?"

>>578338
"I enjoyed it myself as well. Perhaps I should speak to Empress… she could aid in providing some catering for the feast. Nothing too grand, merely small digestifs."

578358

>>578355
I shake my head.
"No, I've heard stories. A city in the clouds, it's like a fairy tale."

578361

>>578358
"Hmmm… a pity. Was your mother a pegasus as well? Or did those genes come from further down your family line?"

578362

>>578361
I relax at your massage.
"You're quite good at this. Yes, she was a pegasus as well."

578363

>>578362
"Hm… Equestria does have plenty of pegasi, as opposed to home. A large majority of Dixie is earth pony."

578364

>>578363
"So how come you're a pegasus, if I may ask?"

578365

>>578355
"She is a good chef as far as I've observed. She is so much into something called 'bento' though the lack of ingedients makes her unable to make one. Thus the reason as to why she been complaining to me about it with the usual shouting and a bit cursing on the side." I chuckle fondly….before slowly pulling this pony closer then kissing you deeply and passionately before letting go.
"I'm looking forward to seeing you more, a friend like you who is there to lift one's spirit is always welcome under my roof." I smile fondly before letting go.

578366

>>578364
"My family mostly consists of pegasi, one of the few in Dixie. I suppose I should thank the gods for not being born a unicorn. I do not think chains would fit me well."

>>578365
Raise a brow in mild surprise after that, but then nod and smile.
"Of course. Good day, mister Chip. I will try to keep you updated on the feast."

578368

>>578366
"Chains?"

578369

>>578366
"Good day." I nod before opening the door and let you leave. After that I then attend to my stuff and began doing my usual stuff.

578370

>>578368
I nod.
"Yes… the good earth ponies of Dixie utilize unicorn slaves on their plantations. They have very little in the way of rights. Pegasi have it far better, but I do not doubt some earth pony families consider themselves superior."

578371

>>578370
"Oh…that's…I don't know how to wrap my head around that. In Equestria most unicorns are powerful and look down on earth ponies."

578372

>>578371
I nod.
"I am aware, yes. Perhaps a spot of revenge from said earth ponies. And perhaps why Dixie is home to some of the best and most dangerous spellbreakers and mage hunters in the world. That said, I myself am not a fan of slavery. I find it rather distasteful."

578373

>>578372
"I don't like it too." I scrunch.
"I'm glad there's no slaves here."

578374

>>578373
"Yes, you and I both, dear."
Let go of her wing.
"Now… that one received its share of TLC."

578375

>>578374
Flap it a bit.
"As good as new."

578376

>>578375
"Mmmm~
Do you think Face is the jealous type of stallion?"
I chuckle.

578377

>>578376
Smirk.
"It would be really hypocritical of him to be jealous about this."

578378

>>578377
"Good, because it is far too enjoyable to give up on this mutual wingcare."
Wrap my hooves around her from behind and pull her close.
"How fortunate you are that I am not the jealous type either. It only tends to complicate things."

578379

>>578378
Snuggle in.
"Rosemary seems a bit the jealous type…"

578380

>>578379
"A bit, yes. Between you and I, she is somewhat obsessed with me. I'm sure you have noticed as much already. She hardly socializes with anypony aside from me."
Bellyrubs.

578381

>>578380
I scrunch.
"She seems like such a kind pony, but so…in her own world. Maybe I should have tea with her sometime?"

578383

>>578381
"That would be kind of you… though she will likely be very timid. This may sound narcissistic of me, but I believe that if you wish for her to talk freely, you will need to talk about either me or Lilly."

578386

>>578383
Grin at the bellyrubs.
"No, I think I understand. I think she'll open up when I talk about you or Lilly and once she trusts me more, we can talk more about her…"

578387

>>578386
"Indeed. I would very much appreciate it. I do worry about her sometimes."
Slowly and carefully start to rub lower and lower.

578388

>>578387
Sigh heavily.
"She's very lucky to have you…"

578390

>>578388
I smile.
"And I am just as luck to have a mare like her."
Keep rubbing softly and gently when I hit the bottom.

578391

>>578390
Bite my lip.
"Ah….it's..been a while…"

578399

>>578391
Place a kiss on her neck while I'm busy.
"It has been a long time since I spent time with a fellow pegasus…"

578403

>>578399
Tear up a little.
I quickly wipe it away.
"I'm sorry…" I say with a weak voice.

578407

>>578403
Stop.
"Something… wrong?"

578411

>>578407
Sniffle and wipe a few more tears away.
"I'm sorry. Everything that's been happening lately. I'm worried sick all day, all night."
A few more tears roll.
I turn around and hug you tightly burying my head in your neck.
"I'm so sorry…"

578413

>>578411
Return the hug.
"Oh… there is nothing to be sorry about. You're just a bit stressed out. Everything will be alright."
Rub her back.
"I promise it. Everything will be alright."

578415

>>578413
I let my tears roll as you hug me and clamp on to you.
Then I start kissing your neck.

578420

>>578415
"I will look out for you. I swear it."
Pet her mane softly.

578421

>>578420
I stop kissing and look at you with pleading eyes.
"Just…make me stop worrying for a little while..please…"

578428

>>578421
I smile weakly.
"I can offer you my support… but it is you who must find the strength inside yourself. I know how hard it can be, I had to do it myself years ago. If I hadn't, I would still be in Dixie today. You will be fine, Selena. You are a strong mare."

578432

>>578428
Hug you and more tears flow.
"I'm not like you, Light…you're so strong, you know always what to do…I'm a mess…"

578434

>>578432
"You are far stronger than you think you are, Selena. I have seen the burning fire of determination in your eyes before. We all have our highs and lows, myself included."

578443

>>578434
I sniffle.
"These past few months, they all seem like a dream…I just…what am I doing?!?"

578450

>>578443
"You are carving out a future for yourself."

578454

>>578450
A chuckle escapes my lips.
"A future…what is that even? I was going to have a future…I had it all so planned out…to work hard on alchemy…illusion magic…and then this happened."
I hug you tightly.
"I tried, Light. I tried to convince myself to get rid of them…that I wasn't ready..that it was foolishness…but I couldn't…I was too weak…"
Tear up again.

578459

>>578454
"I disagree. You were strong enough to keep them, not too weak to remove them. Selena, listen… having children is by no means easy, I will admit that. But trust me when I say that if you love them, they will love you right back. You will be stronger thanks to them. They will give you a purpose in life unlike anything else. I know you well enough by now to know that you will make for a wonderful parent. Feelings of uncertainty may cloud your mind now, but that does not change who you are and what you can do."

578467

>>578459
I listen carefully to every word you say.
Then bury my head in your neck again as I consider your words.
I stay like this for a while rubbing your neck.
Then I chuckle despite the tears.
"Butters, a goat I once knew, told me I was a silly, silly mare…"
I laugh.
"I guess she was right after all…"

578715

>>578467
"I do think we all deserve to be silly every once in a while."

578722

>>578715
"It's a shame you never met Butters, HP reminds me of her in a way. Only HP is way calmer."

578727

>>578722
"Oh… my. This butters figure must have been quite… active then."

578736

>>578727
"She was quite a hooffull. But very, very sweet. I miss her sometimes."

578743

>>578736
"Perhaps you will run into her again during our travels. We do tend to visit many places."

578746

>>578743
I chuckle.
"Maybe, she said she wanted to start an island where there were parties all day every day."

578755

>>578746
"That certainly sounds… like something Happy Puzzle would do."
I chuckle.
"Perhaps it would be better not to run into her, I would not want to lose my valued doctor."

578756

>>578755
I chuckle while stroking your mane.
"That would be a big coincidence, the sea is so big."

578757

>>578756
"Hmmm… perhaps so, but I for one believe in destiny…"
Nibble on her neck while she's petting my mane.

578758

>>578757
"You think we're all guided by some invisible hoof?"

578759

>>578758
"In a way… yes. Yes I do."

578760

>>578759
Swing my tail over your neck, brushing the back of your neck.
"That's nice…hopefully it's a good destiny for us…"

578761

>>578760
"Oh I am certain that we have the best of destinies in store for us. The elements watch over us."

578762

>>578761
Brush my side against yours.
"Mmmm, the elements…which element do you think I'm most like?"

578763

>>578762
"Hmmm… Magic perhaps? You do have the talent for it. Alchemy… Illusion magic…"
Run my hooves along your sides.
"Or… kindness. You have a kind heart. A good heart."

578764

>>578763
Let my hoof run over your back towards your flank.
"Magic…I like that…I've always liked magic…"

578765

>>578764
"I only wish I weren't so awful at it."
I snicker.

578766

>>578765
Come to the base of your tail and wait a little bit.
"You've got so many talents, Light, if you mastered magic too, it wouldn't be fair to all of us." Smile.

578767

>>578766
I laugh.
"Very true. I do prefer using my tongue over using a catalyst."
Lick my lips.

578768

>>578767
Stick out my tongue while rubbing the back of your flank.
"I'm not too bad with a tongue either."

578769

>>578768
"Is that so? Well… let us put that to the test then."
Move forward to draw her into a deep Prench kiss.

Roll #1 6 = 6

578770

>>578769
My eyes widen for a second but I quickly ease into it, sloppily kissing you back.

578771

>>578770
Smirk into the kiss and move a hoof to you cheek.

578772

>>578771
Put a hoof at the back of your neck.

578773

>>578772
Keep the kiss up for as long as I can, before breaking it to catch my breath.

578774

>>578773
I giggle a bit drunk.
And put my hat on your head.
"You've got magic after all~"

578775

>>578774
"Mmmm… a side effect from spending time with you, perhaps~"

578776

>>578775
"Maybe we should do a magic show together."

578777

>>578776
"What kind of magic exactly?"

578778

>>578777
Tap your hat.
"You're the magician now~"

578779

>>578778
"Hmmm…"
Is there a bed in here?

578780

>>578779
A bedroll of me and one of Aloe.

578781

>>578780
Well now~
"I will need a stage for that."
Glance at your bedroll.

578782

>>578781
"Shall I be your enchanting assistant?"

578783

>>578782
"How king of you to offer."
I smirk again.
"I would be glad to have you."

578784

>>578783
Giggle and hop over to the bedroll.
Strike a little pose.
"So, miss magician, what do you want your assistant to do first?"

578785

>>578784
Gently push her backwards, onto her back. Then stand over her.
"To relax, for one."

578786

>>578785
Giggle again.
"This is so bad~"

578787

>>578786
I raise a brow.
"Are you telling me I am a bad magician?"

578788

>>578787
"A very, very bad pony~"

578789

>>578788
"Now now… no need to be rude."
Start grinding against her.

578790

>>578789
Whip my tail up, brushing between your legs.
"Or what~"

578791

>>578790
"I will put a spell on you."
Wink.

578792

>>578791
Kissu~
Fade to black?

578793

>>578792
Kissu.
Very well.

Roll #1 6, 8, 1, 7, 3 = 25

578794

>>578793
'5d10'
