You are Rusty Shackleford, a human who found himself in Equestria with no memory several days ago. Currently you are walking with Rainbow Dash through the Everfree Forrest. You are telling her all about how you escaped from the spider.

"Wow Rusty, you're a real hero!" Dash says, flying up to your height as you walk. "Of course, if it was ME, I would have gone right in and showed that dumb bug who's boss!"

"Dash, you did that with the spider. It almost killed you. That’s how we got here to begin with."

"Shut up." Dash says, playfully punching you in the shoulder with her hoof. Ow.

You and Dash are having a good time together. It shouldn’t be too long until you get to Ponyville you think.

"So how has the town been while I was gone?" You ask Dash, rubbing your shoulder. "Are the others OK? Your friend Twilight seemed really out of it."

"Oh yeah," Dash says, rubbing the back of her head. "The town is fine. There hasn’t been any more attacks. And Twilight is OK, she was just really tired from what I heard. I don’t think she's been sleeping a lot."

"What? Why's that?"

"I dunno." Rainbow shrugs. "After Applejack got be out of all that webbing, we realized you were gone, so we started a search to find you. I only heard about Twilight from someone else."

You continues walking and talking with Rainbow Dash.

"So, has there been any word from who Twilight was trying to contact? Celestia or something?"

"Princess Celestia," Rainbow Dash corrects you. "And I don't know. I didn’t even know there was a problem with that..."

"Rusty!" You can hear Pinkie calling out somewhere not far away. "Ruuuusty! Come out come out where ever you are!"

"Oh, that's Pinkie!" Dash explains that quite a few ponies volunteered to come out and try to find you. "We're over here Pinkie!"

There’s a rustling in the bushes to the side of the path in a few moments. Pinkie Pie jumps out from the brush, soaring through the air and colliding with you. You fall flat on the ground with her standing on top of you.

"RUSTY! You're OK!" Pinkie shouts, beaming straight down at you.

"It's nice to see you too, Pinkie." You say, gasping. "Get off. Please. Can't breath."

"Oh, sorry ahah!" Pinkie says as she hops off your chest. You can breath now. "I was just SO excited to see you. After what I heard what happened with the spider and you ran off I was SO worried but now you're OK and now we can have a party!"

"Pinkie," Dash says, a little annoyed. "We just HAD a party yesterday. Remember?"

"Yeah, of course I remember, I was there silly!" Pinkie says, patting Dash on the head. "But now we can have one TODAY!"

"Ugh, fine." Dash says, brushing Pinkie off her. "Here, lets get him up."

Pinkie and Dash help you back to your feet and you brush yourself off.

"Pinkie, how many ponies are out looking for me?" You ask.

"Hmmm...," Pinkie thinks, then starts counting on her hoof. "Well, there’s me, and Rainbow Dash, and Applejack and Derpy and Lyra and Berry aaaaannnnnd I think that’s it! Why?"

"Well, now that you've found me, don't you think you should call off the search? This forest seem dangerous."

"I got it." Dash says, flying back up to the tree tops. "I can find everyone faster anyway. You two go back to town."

You are now alone with Pinkie. She is smiling up at you.

"So... How you been lately?"

"Weelllll," Pinkie says, taking in a big breath. You immediately regret asking that question. For the next several minutes, Pinkie talks your ear off about everything that happened to her yesterday, pausing only momentarily to breath. You try your best to follow her as you walk together, but she just keeps going. From what you can tell, nothing very important happened... you think.

Before too long, the forest finally starts to thin out some and you can see Ponyville not far off in the distance. Pinkie jumps around you happily, still talking.

"And I lost that cute little caterpillar, but then I ran into you and Dash and you asked me how my I had been, so then I sa-"

"Pinkie!" You interrupt the little pony, forcefully closing her mouth with your hands. "Uhh, how's your friend Twilight? She seemed sick last time I saw her."

Pinkie starts saying something, but seems to be ignoring the fact you are still holding her mouth shut. You roll your eyes and let go.

"-nd Spike seemed OK, but were really sleepy. When I asked them, they said they hadn’t been sleeping so well, so I left them while they went to take a nap."

"Maybe we should go check on them, to see how they're doing."

"Good idea!" Pinkie says, over joyed. "And if they're still not feeling well, we can cheer them up!"

You and Pinkie decide to go to Twilight's to see how she and Spike are doing. As you walk through town with your friend, you see a few ponies in the street going about there business. As the two of you walk by a lot of them stop and whisper amongst themselves. You catch some of it.

"That big one... don't really know."

"Should do something... piece of my mind."

Pinkie doesn’t seem to hear anything and continues on. You follow, ignoring the looks you seem to keep attracting.

Soon enough, the two make it all the way to the library. The door is missing. You guess there wasn’t time to replace it since Applejack kick it down. Pinkie just waltzes in the door way.

"Knock knock!" She says loudly, knocking her hood on the wall. There’s no answer.

You decide to poke around a bit. The inside looks much like it did last time, though someone cleaned up a little. the broken glass is gone and the burn marks from where you accidentally set that fire has been cleaned up, though there are some well done books set to one side. There’s still a lot of books just stacked up everywhere. Pinkie follows in behind, looking around.

"Huh," She says, looking around at all angles. "Where could they be?"

"Is it OK for us to just come in here like this?"

"Sure!" Pinkie says, climbing a little staircase to the loft area above. "We're all friends here, I'm sure Twilight wont mi-oh here they are."

You climb up behind Pinkie. Twilight is fast asleep on a plush looking bed, Spike sleeping in a little bed not far away.

"Shhh," Pinkie hisses to you, holding her hoof to her lips. The two of you slowly and quietly go back down the stairs without incident, leaving the others to sleep.

"So," Pinkie asks once the two of you are outside again. "What do you want to do now?"

"Lets go and... ugh, see if Rarity will slam the door on us again."

"OK!"

From Twilight's it's only a short walk to Rarity's boutique. It doesn’t look like the spider was ever here, cause everything looks undamaged like last time. So, once again, you knock on the door. There’s a little commotion inside and Rarity opens up.

"Oh." Shes says, turning her head from you. "It's you again."

"Hi Rarity!" Pinkie says, waving her hoof.

"Hello Pinkie."

Inventory check:

Rarity hasn’t immediately slammed the door at the sight of you, so you take it as a good sign.

"Uhh, hello Rarity. Me and Pinkie were just wondering how well little Sweetie Belle is doing."

"She's doing better." Rarity says, still giving you the cold shoulder. (At least you think she is. Do ponies have shoulders?) There’s a lot of uncomfortable dead air.

"Ahem." You cough and go to pull out some of the money the Cakes gave you the other day. "I was wondering that, even though you don't normally ma-OH NO!"

Somehow, you fail to manage to easily pull out the coins from your pocket! They're going EVERYWHERE! You frantically try to get them, juggling them in the air in a panic. Without meaning to, you punch Rarity right in the face.

"Oh no wait, I didn’t mea-!"

"The nerve!" Rarity shouts in a huff and slams the door on you. The door cracks slightly.

"Wait! Please!" You plead right up against the door, trying to reach Rarity. "It was an accident I swear! Please don't be mad! I'm sorry!"

"GO. AWAY." Rarity shouts from the other side.

"Please, I didn’t mean to!"

No answer this time.

Once again, you have upset Rarity. Defeated, you slide down the door, sit down on her stoop and start trying to pick up what little money you have. Pinkie helps.

"You're really bad at this." She says.

"I know." You sigh.

Pinkie leans up against you sympathetically. You couldn’t find all the money you dropped. You are now down to 15 bits. You also lost all but one of your strange coins.
